My agency ordered from Axon on August 8/19. They sent the wrong amount of items. I called and emailed them many times to get a RMA number and a shipping label for the return. Finally, I found my RMA number on their website because nobody told me. They promised to send a shipping label, but I still haven't received it. They never return my calls, and when they email me, it's just to say that someone else will contact me, but they never do.

I bought a Taser Pulse+ and it never worked right. I contacted Axon many times and they gave me the runaround, telling me to email them. I emailed them 7 times in the past months. I want a replacement for my product. The battery cover never stays on and it keeps sliding off. The laser pointer stopped working a few months ago. I was in a serious situation as a Personal Protection Agent recently and I had to use the Taser, but it didn't fire when I needed it to. I talked to someone in their customer service, the only ones I can reach by phone, and they said it seems like I have a defective unit that needs replacement.

I returned it and followed all the steps to send it back, like talking to the company, getting an rma number, and paying for shipping. When I got the replacement light, the taser part didn't work. I contacted the company and went through the process to get a full refund. They got it on 6/17 according to the fed ex website. I still haven't gotten my money back and the tasers rma department says I didn't send proof of purchase, even though I sent it with the first return and email. It's been over a month and I haven't gotten much response from the "rma" department, they didn't even reply to the first few emails from their own "team". Their product didn't work and I want a full refund. They should also give me back the money I spent on shipping since it's their product that was messed up.
