I recently got ATT cell phone service on 9/19/25. By 9/20/25 I realized ATT does not work in my home. I have to go outside to use the phone, my calls go straight to voicemail while in the house. I am trying to go back to the provider that service do work in my house, but ATT has put a fraud alert on the number. After several phone calls and physically going to the ATT store with my government credentials I was not able to have the fraud alert removed so I can go back to the cell phone provider that works in my home. Please understand the danger ATT have put me. If I get injured while in my house I cannot call for help due to this issue. That being said I am in potential harmful situation. I cannot use their service, and they are blocking me from returning to my provider that works.
I am requesting assistance to get this resolve. Plus being on a fixed income I do not have additional funds to spend on having duplicate service for my safety.
