My HOME PHONE does not work and has not worked for 3-4 or more days.
I called and the automation lady does not understand. It is not my internet, my problem is my home phone.
So I pay $129 a month and have to jump through hoops to speak to someone, so I can explain that another new cable company has recently gone through my neighborhood and has screwed up other lines. So how do I tell that to a ROBOT?
Then, ATT, the multibillion dollar "communications" company wants me to hold between 34 and 1 hour!
Claimed loss: Just my patience.
Desired outcome: Let me know what the problem is and who is responsible. Its me, I want to know so I can move on to other life issues. Thank you.
