December 2023 I requested a replacement phone due to a battery charging malfunction. I called three times december, four times january 2024, and two times feb 2024 to be told the same lie.'we're sorry about your wait, we will send a new phone upon verifying your address. After verifying address several times they never sent the replacement phone. After three months of these promises I called feb 2024 to ask for a supervisor and I got hung up on each time. My service was approved in december 2023 after recertification. My certification expired in feb 2024 for non use. I had no phone to use because they refuse to send the phone. They turn off the phone when you complain about a malfunction. They also put me on hold each time to have the survey interrupt my service request and they never called the number I gave them to use if we got disconnected. Three months of horrible liars and no help, no replacement phone, no consideration for the customer experience. I am treated as scum. Every customer representative could bearly speak english. They lied each time with a forein accent. They assure you of a fix for your problem, then hang up without resolving the issue only to have you call back and go through the process over and over. I still dont have the replacement phone I was promised december the 5th 2023. Keep your empty apologies. Stop treating people who use your service like peasants.

Desired outcome: STOP LYING AND SAY YOU WILL take care of itJUST LET ME PUT YOU ON HOLD A MOMENT,ONLY TO HAVE THE AUTOMATED SURVEY COME ON THE CALL THAT YOU KNOW WE WONT BE RETURNED TO THE REPRESENTATIVE.YOU ARE THE WORSE COMPANY IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
