Aspen Dental review: Over charged what I was first told for a partial.

I had dental insurance from my job, so I needed a new partial and bad teeth from an accident that broke them ten years ago. I went there and they said I only needed one extraction and I needed to pay $138.00 that day and pay Cash Credit $900.00. My insurance would cover the rest. They gave me a temporary partial, which my front teeth were off from the center of my face and was not comfortable. I was told to wait 6 months for extraction to heal. I went back six months later and they then said I owed them more money! They said I signed this paper but the signature was mostly a black line. I gave them the only $200 I had and they turned me into collections for the other $130. I got sick from a new pill my dr gave me and I guess I flushed the loose partial down the toilet. I'm wearing my ten year old partial minus the tooth they extracted. I pay Cash Credit but still have no new partial and not sure what I'm paying for or what my insurance covered or how to solve this problem.
