On augn4th I called aspen home office to dispute there practice of not giving me my new dentures because I was told in the begining that my dental work would be covered and now they want 603. 08 from me and
Will not give me my teeth until its paid. I have ill fitting dentures now waithin
On my other ones. I was made to have the work done by the oral surgeon
And have bone removed that I didnt want to do but they would not remove
My teeth unless he did that. Now my insurance will not pay for the bone
Removal and I can not afford to pay the 603.08. Im on ss ad my income is very limited. I had to finance some as well which is a burdin on my finances. Please help me. They are so crooked.

Desired outcome: want my new denture and not have to pay the extra 603.08
