Aspen Dental review: Dentures

October 23 2019 my husband had a 12/15 appointment has been going there for almost a year now just to get his new set of dentures I always went with him and went back with him because of him having early stages of dementia and does not remember things they tell him on this day wednesday 23 / 2019 we got there when they called his name to go back I got up to go back with him to be told I could not go back I asked why and they told me the rooms are small and was not big enough for others go back... And I replied its funny I have been in every room back there with him with no problem I even asked if it was a new rule and they said no its always been our policy with that being I asked why have you let me go back all this time she said we have a sign on the counter and the sign read if you are a parent... Guardian or caregiver you can go back I was my husbands caregiver where is written that a wife cant be her husbands caregiver so I sat out in the lobby! Then I went up to counter and told the receptionist please tell the hygienist that he has dementia and will not remember what she tells him and she said she would so while he was back there they had to do a bite in a mold the person that filled the mold put so much crap in it it came off and got in his throat and chocked him she left... Out of the room and get someone else to come in and check on him she had to put her finger in his throat to remove it good dam thing nothing happen to him the hole experience today was not a good one... When he gets his dentures we will never be back and will never recommend... Aspen... To anyone
