I was cut on my lip, and bleeding, which I didn't discover until I looked in the mirror, they never told me after the procedure. I was also brushed bad on my chin, during a filling. I have since, started going to another dentist, after the horrible service, and many different billinote issues, such as getting billed for amounts, when I still had a balance on my care credit card to cover the balance that was not even used yet. I have had to get two of the teeth done over, that I got a root canal and filing from at aspen, by my new dentist which I love and is much more experienced than the dentist at aspen. I have made several complaints to them as well. I now have a balance of 199.75, and they are mysteriously saying it's really $268, when I has no previous balance
