I already had dental insurance through blue cross blue shield before being seen at aspen dental and those cards were presented to them before being seen. From the start ashley hardison and brenda who was the office manager were told to submit all claims to blue cross blue shield dental. Any other outstanding balances were to be submitted to dental first. Without my knowledge they submitted it all to dental first. The only way I found this out was by contacting dental first nearly 2 months ago as well as blue cross blue shield. Blue cross blue shield dental also testified that aspen dental never submitted any claims to them. I called aspen dental today to follow up on the claims being submitted to blue cross blue shield dental. Ashley claimed that brenda the office manager never followed through with the submission and that she'd have to walk their new office manager brandon through it. And that it would take another up to 2 months. Ashley asked me to email copies of my blue cross blue shield dental cards to her again today. At this point aspen dental has stalled submitting claims to my dental insurance, who knows how much I overpaid dental first up to this point. A copy of this email will be submitted to the oklahoma dental association. Sincerely, michael hoover
Aspen dental will look at your credit scour & charge you as much as they can . The dentures might fit good at first and be comfortable but as soon as they put the stuff into them about six or so weaks later, they are hard and uncomfortable & they will not refund your money like they say they will so your stuck with a huge bill & terrible dentures. They talked me into pulling 19 teeth saying they where all going to fall out any way. What a lie and the biggest regret of my life. I found a place that made a new set for free and they are beautiful and look real but I still miss my real ones. DON'T GO TO ASPEN THEY ARE CROOKS.
Aspen gave me an estimate amount of $705.80 for SRP cleaning. I was like, I never paid for deep cleaning before so I contacted Delta Dental. I was informed I could get a second opinion from other dentist and I did. The new dentist charged me for $115.00. That's much better than Aspen's estimated amount of $705.80. I will never go back to ASPEN anymore. They will rip you off.
