We were told the couch we were buying as a gift for our daughter would arrive in boxes, so we chose to not have them deliver it into the house and deliver it to save the $100. When it arrived, it was assembled the guys dumped it on the front porch and said there were buttons on the side to push to take it apart. Didn't even take the time to show us where they were they were they practically just dumped it and ran. I called to get them to come back & the gal with a smirk in her voice reminded me we didn't pay the $100 for the inside delivery. It annoyed me & I unfortunately said I would pay the f'n $100. Forgive me my momentary temper flare but it felt like we were being played to get the extra $100. Which we would have gladly paid had we NOT been told the couch would be arriving in pieces. Eventually we got it arranged that they came out to get it into the house AND come to find out there was an extra big heavy board attached on the sofa that they would have had to come back to remove it AND they also said this was the heaviest sofa they had ever delivered. How unkind, and what lousy customer service to drop a piece of furniture that is heavier they have ever delivered seeing that they are leaving for 2 elderly people & a woman to get inside the house when they knew how heavy it was. On top of the poor customer service the couch is so poorly made, there was something sharp in the back of the sofa that gouged a big bloody cut on my forearm. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Recommendation: Spare yourself the upset DO NOT SHOP HERE
