We bought the Boyington Sofa, Loveseat and Recliner in gray from Coleman Furniture. Order # 6333860. It was delivered on Oct 17, 2024. The leather is turning brown only on the recliner and one side of the lovseat where my wife and I set. The stiching is coming loose and the thread is exposed. The leather is also buldging where we sit. There has been no cleaning products used or any sun light exposure. Wer filed a complaint with Coleman Furniture and it was denied by Ashley. My wife and I are in our late 70’s and on living on SS. I was hoping this would be the last set we buy. This service is unacceptable Over the years we have spent over $40,000 on Ashley Furniture. I would expect better service than this. We will never buy a Ashley Furniture Product again.

Recommendation: Don’t buy Any Product from Ashley Furniture
