I placed and online order at the 8737 store in Carrollton Texas’s night. Order#1000030835697 The order was missing sandwiches and the ones in the bag were not made as ordered on the app. Some of the sides were missing as well. I turned around and went back and returned everything untouched. They told me nothing can be done. My bill was over 65$ and nothing can be done? I’ve always loved Arby’s and take lunch 2-3 times a week at the one by my office and never experienced anything like this. If I have to just shrug off almost 70$ I’ll never return. That’s robbery straight up
