Arby's review: Great food, great service, poor groundskeeping

Chris who took our order and presented it at the drive-through window was exemplary in the service he provided. Chris was kind, patient, helpful, efficient, communicative, and cheerful. The ham-and-Swiss sandwich and the pecan-chicken-salad sandwich were superior - tasty and fresh. As for the grounds of this Rochelle Arby's, it looks VERY unkempt. TALL weeds going to seed in the landscaping rocks and unwanted trees growing in the landscaped bushes gives the Rochelle Arby's an unattractive, we-don't-care-too-much look. How is this sloppy look attracting customers? We truly enjoy Arby's food, but are embarrassed for them about the current (08/22/26) poor upkeep of their outdoor property.
