Applebee's my waiter was very rude my food was undercooked

Hello me and my husband went to applebees for my bday. Our waiter was very rude my food was under cooked I tryed explaining that to her but again she was nasty. I love applebees and would go back I jus think the waiter was in a bad mood but dont take it out on customers. My husband had hair on his tots but because she was nasty n rude we left food paid n left again I love applebees

Wings were cooked but cold! Pizza was warm. The quality of taste was horrible! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Delivery was prompt, but this may be the result of wings being cold. Trying to get delivery out quickly. This is the 2nd time I've been disgusted with Pizza Hut.

Applebee's applebee's manager named greg

I call Applebees and I was talking very respectful to the manager and he told me that he don't care about what I had to say and was very rude and hung up in my face I attempted to call back and he did it again so I will not be eating at Applebee's in Griffin anymore thanks to the service that I got as a customer paying customer Manager named Greg was very rude and hung up on me

Applebee's roaches!

Dined in at the Applebee's off of Abercorn street here in Savannah, GA this past Friday (11/24/17) Me and my two other guests had not been seated more than 5 minutes before I felt something crawling on my right hand. I swung my hand & what do we see, a big roach crawling away to the other side of us. We asked for the manager, he came over, apologized & asked if we would like to move to a different table. That is all he offered. His name is Tim Thomas & I feel he should step down from his management position. Not handled well at all. I have video of it & plan to keep reposting it so that people are aware of this disgusting matter

Applebee's half rack of ribs?

I don't know what you guys consider a half rack of ribs but never in my life was it for bones worth of meat. If that is the amount in a half rack fine but I don't like paying for burnt meat. It would be hard for me to trust your carryout Center anymore without having to open every box to make sure I have not been cheated. Nobody has time for that, we feel we should be getting what we ordered with some honesty and work ethic. We also ordered a kids chocolate milk not a kids mountain dew but that is minimal. The rest of food was good but ribs are a rip off for how much is spent and to have to eat them burnt or drive back to have them make them again is ridiculous. Thank you, hope you can fix this. Applebee's service

When my husband and I sat down at the bar. The bartender did not greet us until he was done complaining to a server about how little money he made the night before. After making our drinks, he went to the end of the bar and unzipped his pants to tuck in his shirt( both hand in his pants) When my salad came, he never checked on it and I had to walk to the to get my own silverware ( the manager saw this, and did nothing ) The other manager was talking about her trip with many severs for 10 minuets wan the bartender still did not check on us. The bartender checked his phone 12 times within the hour we were there. We receiver or food ( which was the only good thing about our visit ) and the bartender did not check on us until I was on my last bite. Then he walked away for over 7 minuets. At this point I walked up to the manager to take the coupon off our tab. He never once said anything about me having to get up twice for service or silverware. We paid and walked out without anyone even noticing. This was the worst severe/management I have ever seen.

Did you tell the manager you spoke with about your experience? Despite it seeming like they did, they may not have noticed or assumed you had gotten up for other reasons. They can't resolve what they don't know about.

Applebee's terrible service, drinks and food.

My name is DeShunda Boston, I recently visited Applebee's on 1517 E. Bert Kouns in Shreveport Louisiana. I ordered 2 sweet teas, Bahama Mama, mild bone-in and boneless wings, wonton tacos, battered fish and a grilled cheese kids meal. Upon ordering, the server brought out the teas but no alcoholic beverage. I mention the Bahama Mama and she says it'll be right out. As she brings out our apps, I notice 2 things, the coleslaw on the tacos wasn't fresh and the wings were the wrong flavor(Honey BBQ) I informed her we had the incorrect wings and about the slaw. So I ask if I could get the tacos minus slaw. When arriving with the wings and tacos remade, the wings weren't cooked all the way through, so I ask to speak with the manager. By this I'm I'm still waiting on drinks and alcoholic beverage, as well as the manager. With no success of the manager coming to our table, I asked if the server could cancel my ticket and give me the number to corporate, she says let her get the manager. I wait 15-20 minutes and no manager has come to the table. I was very upset at that moment, so I walked out and decided to take matters into my own hands. I love Applebee's, but this experience has made me Leary of eating at any of the stores and that's not a good feeling to have at all. Please tell me what can be done to rectify this situation. Applebee's apple bees sever danielle

While visiting an apple bees in West Palm Beach Fl 1975 N Military Trail. I began to order my food and I noticed the sever Danielle (dirty blond/ redish hair) body language was very disturbing. She seemed bothered and aggravated. She never made eye contact with my party, she seemed aggravated by the questions we were asking about prices for drinks. After answering the questions with attitude, she ask us for ID, my sister and I gave her ID with the side cut off and they were invalid. I explained to her "when I purchased my valid DL the DMV allowed me to keep the invalid ID for proof of age". My sister gave her a valid ID and I ask for a manger. I ask for manager because I always come to Apple bees and used the ID. The manager Neil came and he was polite and nice, explained to me company police and that the DL was expired, I ask him to see the policy and he said he couldn't show it to me, so I took out my phone And went on the DMV website to show him my DLs were not expired. He then allowed us to drink and he was nice about everything, but the principal about this situation is the sever was rude and her body language showed that she was not happy to serve us. I would also like to know if this is policy about my DL being valid.

Applebee's onion rings

Thank you for being open on Thanksgiving Day to give people a chance to enjoy a wonderful meal. I wasn't very hungry and I requested a serving of your fantastic mac and cheese. Even though it was on the special menu back page it wasn't available. Had to settle for onion rings. Unfortunately, they were more "ring" than onion. Much too crusty and hard for me. Just letting you know and hope you understand. Love eating at your Rockwall, Texas restaurant. Today is 11/23/2017. My name is Marlene Greer and I live at 299 Chris Drive in Rockwall 75032.

Applebee's basic customer service at the university location in charlotte.

So my fiancé and I walk in, and get greeted by no one. Why is there two employees looking at me, and not showing me to a seat. What would have been at least decient is for somebody to acknowledge me, and say somebody will be with you. Nope! After looking at these clowns look at me I walked right back out only takes 3 min of people watching you. And now I need 350 words for this BS! Smh

Applebee's hostess set us and no one ever came to take order we set for 43 minutes and got up and left after being ignored

The other day which was 11/19/17 around 3pm my business associate and I met at Applebee's in Bessemer, Alabama. We were set promptly, we starting talking we realized that no one even came and took our drink orders or asked if we needed any service. The restaurant was almost near empty and there was a full staff. We press the button for service and the light lit up and we waited for service. One of the managers was hanging round the bar talking and laughing with his buddies, the servers were all gathered together hanging out like it was a high school hangout, it was some other staff standing against the walls near the restroom grouped up together just laughing and hanging out, no one even acknowledged that the help signal was going off or that we were just sitting with menus waiting to order our beverage and meal. After 43 minutes we got up and told the hostess that we were leaving and that the staff and the environment was very unprofessional. Her response was "my bad" We left and went to another restaurant nearby that gave us excellent service. I will never go there again.

Applebee's the management staff

I have worked there for about 5 weeks I understand that I'm new but I'm getting cut after an hour and 15 minutes this is absolutely ridiculous every single day I'm the one that gets cut and I can't live my life and pay my bills on whether I want to get cut after an hour after I'm going to be there it's unfair they let everyone else stay and they keep their favorites plus the fact that I have to pay 1% to a host a lot of the time that isn't there and I'm giving up my money to pay for the job that I'm doing and who is getting the money I have no idea

You could try to talk your human resources representative, but it's unlikely anything will change. Unfortunately they have the right to schedule you as little as possible. Also, as a new employee, they are going to give you the least priority when it comes to hours. You may want to look for a job elsewhere.

Applebee's management

Lancaster South Carolina. I was stuck in a hotel for veterans day weekend and had a great time at Applebees on Saturday and because my server was so awesome I came back the next day but my same server was absent quite a bit. When I asked why I found out that the manager Frank said to not pay me very much attention. He continued to get onto my server even though there were only 7 other customers in the whole restaurant. I do not appreciate being told by a third party that I a paying customer am here for the wrong reasons and that my server is suffering for it. I was made to feel like a pervert and my server was made to feel like their employment was in jeopardy if they talked to me. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Applebee's customer service

I was in Applebee's on Friday 11:10 and I was there a day ahead of time for the Veterans Day celebration. I called ahead of time to speak to the manager and he told me that the event will be going on all day. Once I got there the manager came very rude said he didn't have the time or the ability to service veterans on that day it's only on Saturday. He then became loud and begin to say that he doesn't have the funds are food to worry about veterans a day ahead of time. The service is poor I took me and my family and we went to another restaurant.

Applebee's food

We go to applebees about once a week. We was at the Crawfordsville Road in Speedway Indiana on November 3, 2017. We ordered the 2 for $25 meals. My husband had the steak with baked potato and was suppose to be the potato wedges and ended up getting French fires instead but didn't say anything, We ordered house salads both with Ranch dressing, I ended up getting something that was not Ranch I think it might have been poppy seed but not sure. Went a head and ate it and didn't say anything. I got my firecracker shrimp pasta and when they brought it out to me the vegetables on top was gray, they was not fresh, the pasta was gross, the shrimp was really hard and not able to be eaten. I tried to eat a few bites and I couldn't eat it. It was gross, nothing I would serve to my dog much less a person who was paying for it. I ended up just not eating it and didn't take any of it with me. We have been going to Applebee's for years and I will say I will not go back there and waste my money. If the cook is too lazy to make something fresh and just throws it on a plate then I don't need to spend my money there. So just wanted management know that I will not spend another dollar there.

Applebee's food and service

Let me start with I always go to applebee's with my parents and my two kids and two grandchildren and have never had such bad service.. But I decided to treat my boyfriend and his brother and sister in law to try applebee's for their first time, and it was horrible and they were very disappointed. First off my bf was served the wrong dish, and mine was cold he ordered the chicken and shrimp but was served a stir fry waitress then served his correct meal all the while I returned my burger and fries due to fact it was cold, when my food was brought back with warm burger not hot and more cold fries, then complained again n by time waitress got manager who went in back and brought me out hot fries everyone else was fine eating and I just packaged mine up n took home.. Two times my food was returned and still served cold to me, were offered a margaretta which I declined since everyone else was finished eating and it took ten mins for my first drink.. Waitress was to much in a dish to assist us... Very disappointed, waste of money. And when I asked for my receipt after paying I was told that they had to keep it.

Applebee's food quality and portions, going downhill

I ordered "Curbside" from the Applebee's located at Columbia Point-Richland, WA and must say the food value nowhere near matches the prices you pay. I placed a very large order, and was very disappointed with the salads... I got a Steak Quesadilla and Southwestern Steak Salad... for over $11, I would at least expect to get some meat in both. In the Quesadilla, I had to SEARCH for the 'steak' and the salad had 3 very SMALL pieces of steak! Their portions are HALF of what they were last time I got meals from them. I am very disappointed overall with their portions in comparison to what you pay! It's going to be a long time before I order from them again! Just NOT WORTH IT!

Applebee's food quality

Dined at Applebee's in Morganton Heights Shopping Center, Morganton, NC on 10/31/17. This is my 3rd experience at this location over the course of 3 years. I have been dissatisfied all three times. The food tastes like a Lean Cuisine microwave box dinner with no originality whatsoever. Last night was a 6 oz sirloin medium rare, garlic mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli. The food was cold. The steak juices had dried up already, the cheese on the potatoes could not melt because the potatoes were cold. The broccoli was steamed, but cold. For the prices, I would expect better quality. The service was great and the food came in a timely manner, but it was cold. I have had the enchiladas before as well and the portions were skimpy, tasteless, and Lean Cuisine would have been better than what was served. The rice was definitely tasteless and instant. Pico de gallo was definitely not made in the restaurant. Old El Paso jar sauce would be better. The food is just not worth the price. I would never have gone back the 3rd time since my first 2 experiences were not good, but my client chose this as our meeting place. No wonder young people dislike Applebees. This is the worst food in Morganton.

Applebee's service and menu availability

we eat at Applebees often, when at home and when traveling. we find the staff service to be friendly and the menu consistent However, we stopped at Applebee's in Wytheville, Va we have stopped at this particular site on many occasions and have found it to be great. This visit was far from that, we sat at the bar, there draft box was down, and we were told it had been down for several days. They had very few domestic bottles primarily just a few other beers. They were out of bud lite, just how does that happen...folks setting at the bar with us, and perhaps the entire restaurant were asking, well what do you have when ordering not only drinks but food items as well. Food service was slow, and not up to par. We felt sorry for the bartender. We had traveled 8 hours that day, needless to say it was a very frustrating experience. I asked if they were getting ready to close the location.

Applebee's fingernail in my salad

I visited a location in Dover, NH two Sunday afternoons ago.
We ordered drinks and oriental salads. I took most of mine to-go, and my two other friends took theirs to-go completely.
The next day when I was eating my salad, I noticed that there was a piece of an artificial FINGERNAIL in my salad. I was so disgusted and immediately texted my two friends, who had not eaten there's yet and we all ended up throwing them away, considering they were all probably prepared by the same employee.
Initially, I sent a complaint email to guest relations-did not receive even a confirmation email it was received. A few days pass, I call the actual location and ask for a manager. The manager was very nice, stated he would contact someone else to send me an e-gift card. Wait a few more days, nothing!
I asked for a refund of just my salad but at this point considering this is over $30 in a complete waste, I want a FULL refund and also am considering never visiting Applebees again. I come dine with you guys weekly if not twice weekly, I do not understand if maybe my email was written down incorrectly, but honestly, you are a corporation how hard is it to replace $30? I should have just called the health department. It's not like the salad was cold, this is a legitimate complaint.
I need an e-gift card sent to me by the end of the day or I am never stepping foot in one of your locations again. This is taking way too long.
