AmeriGas Propane review: Billing

Already talk to Amerigas representatives just following up. i been a long time customer, we told them we are snowbirds, (years ago) n will probably not use a lot of propane, they said they would waiver the rent fee if we fill up when we get back, we usually fill up in the summer months to get a discount. this year we got back late due to medical reason. when we got home our tanks were disconnected. NO Warning, no calls nothing. Also I'm last Amerigas customer area my area. Talk to my neighbor's they left you because your prices are very

high, not even close to your competitors pricing. you should send a customer representor to look around n see what the story is that your losing that many customers. If you cant Match your competitors, I'm leaving . Have too much going on to worry about this, going to have many surgeries, in the coming months. In the interim going to look for other gas company, Maybe get my own tanks, so i can have them fill up by me choosing. Sorry to take up so much of your time but I'm so frustrated on this issue. shouldn't have to worry about this stuff this time in stage of my life. being old LOL Thanks for your time n cooperation in this matter Salvatore Sarro
