DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE! LONG READ BUT WORTH IT!
I purchased a vehicle from here in August of 2025. Within the first week of having the vehicle I was left with having to "jump" the vehicle off every time I wanted to go somewhere. I purchased a new battery and the problem still occurred. I contacted the dealership and took the car to them for repair.
2 weeks went by and they finally fixed the vehicle(new radio) and it took a month and a half for this repair. Less then one month later the check engine light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode. I contacted them again and it took a couple of weeks for the them to have an available time for the vehicle to go back to the shop.
Mind you, during all this time they only contacted me when they wanted a payment. They came and got the vehicle because I refused to make a payment on a vehicle that I could not drive. While it was there and in the shop, I went to the dealership, caught up the payments, and signed an agreement for lowered payments while they were trying to figure out what was wrong with the car.
About 4 days AFTER I signed the agreement, they reported it as a repossession on my credit. I called them several times, and every time I called, the manager Josue was always busy and could not talk.
I finally called their employee complaint line and spoke with someone, who was able to at the least get someone to return my call.
I went back to the dealership, made a payment, and picked up the vehicle with an assurance that it would be removed from my credit report.
THEN, a couple days later, the check engine light came BACK on. It then took me a week to reach(speak), to anyone and I took my car back to the shop.
I personally spoke to Josue and requested to switch to another vehicle, or resend my contract. He said that he would speak to his boss and call me. HE NEVER CALLED. I called three times during the week and he was always "busy", or not in the office.
I called again and finally spoke to him, only for him to say they would let me out of the contract, but it would still show as a Repo.
When I went to the lot there were very few cars for sale and it appears they are close to going out of business. With the quality of cars they sell and the way they treat their customers, it would not surprise me
