The mattress has not been comfortable, it's supposed to be firm but it's not. It has started to dip on the side.

This is my second claim because someone from the claims department entered the wrong description of my product with my SKU number.

I would also like to have a free delivery charge on my replacement mattress.

Desired outcome: I would like to try another mattress. The extra firm might be better.So I am hopingthat i can get this resolved quickly since my information was entered wrong in the claims area,without having to wait another 3-6 months.
