American Freight review: Lane furniture couch loveseat and chair

To whom it may concern I have been dealing with this ordeal for the past 3 months The manager at Taylor store Lorraine wants me to file the complaint she's no help at all we purchased the furniture the same day had to take it back poor poor conditions structure totally messed up they had me put backs on the furniture I brought back Made me take a floor model chair and a love seat was the only thing that came out of a Box The backs of the couch came off a floor model in the store I tried to get this taken care of make the wrong right But Taylor manager wants me to take it up with The warranty I'm at the point where I'm ready to put it on a trailer and go sit in front of the store and let other people know how bad this furniture is and you can't get no help So I was told by the lady Brenda that works for American freight in Taylor that they're wasn't no more they could do for me to send you pictures and give you my complaints I took many pictures and the last few pictures I send you will be what we returned the 1st time I would hope that your name meant more to you than the people that's Representing American freight your business because they don't seem to care if you're satisfied or not they knew this furniture was messed up the couch the right side looking at it The foot rest is all Lopsided and the centerpiece with the charging base is lopsided and sits crooked as you will see in the pictures the back doesn't even lineup with the couch the same thing on the love seat on the left side lopsided Leg restThe back of the couch does not lineup as you will see in the pictures the loves seat on the left arm hasn't even been sewn The right side of the love seat sinks on the right side into the furniture there's more things hard to keep up The chair the right side the padding doesn't even go to the tip of the Lining where the trim is along the arm We have the brackets for the back of the couch that broke off it broke off when you put the back on and it slides down those 2 metal things yes broke off With the cold bed and everything going on this furniture and many other things in our country is literally being made like crap but I sure do hope you are concerned over this situation as I am appreciate I paid a lot for this furniture And it should meet up to the standards The last 3 pictures again is of the furniture we had to take back the same date was purchased It's hard to put it all into words but someone needs to come out with appreciate it very much sincerely Donna newsome
