My girlfriend of 18 years, who was essentially my wife, passed away a little over a month ago. While settling her affairs, I contacted Amazon to remove her credit cards and cancel her subscriptions. The experience was extremely frustrating—reps kept transferring me, one even hung up, and no one gave me a clear solution. After wasting three hours, I finally learned that the only option was to cancel the account altogether, which I had already figured out on my own.
Even worse, despite being told earlier that her streaming subscriptions would be canceled, I later discovered she was still being charged. Overall, this was a deeply unsatisfactory customer service experience at a time when I needed compassion and support.
Recommendation: Fair Warning. Customer are outsource to overseas.
