You have taken £69.85 from my account on 22 May 2026 for a payment to I/P Vanish which they never received. I have already written two letters to you on this subject 08/06/2026 and another on 24/06 2026 which you didn't even have the decency to acknowledge.The letters were addressed to 1 Principle Place, Worship Street, London. I am still awaiting repayment.
