Amazon - never listing a product that shipped to amazon

I am ending my relationship with Amazon! I sent 1 product to test as a seller and I'm glad I didn't send more. The product was stranded and never ever listed even from numerous hours of waiting on the phone with your support to be transferred and then to be disconnected. I sent several tickets and your support team asked for information but there is no way to respond! Your support team says "okay, no response so we will close the ticket." There is no logical way to do business like this and I intend never again to put myself through this! Many phone calls, long waiting time over the phone, many disconnects. I expect the support team will create another ticket and ask for more information via a non reply email and then dismiss this as just a nuisance and list it as "case resolved!" Good for you! I am not wasting another moment with Amazon! Please, consider this resolved! By the way, I am a certified programmer and the Amazon Seller Website is a mess!
