Amazon review: Return refund policy

They only gave me 3 of 4 items I paid for. Tell me I can't get the item because the sellers (Amazon) inventory keeps changing. I agree to gift card account refund. Wait and no refund shown. Next day still none so I try again and told I will be refunded. Then an email threaten to ban me for abuser and to not try asking about this anymore because I'm not going to get my money that I gave. They have defamed my character and committed theft! I will do all I have to in order to have a resolution. How is this refund abuse when I didn't even ask for a refund? It's not. This is nothing less than theft on their part. I'm actually very offended and just want to buy from Amazon again but who would when they just rob you?
