I have spent over $35000 at Amazon to date, my account was created in 2006 and I have freak n' had it! Calling just gets me transferred 4 time then hung up on and sending emails gets me the standard reply below. This return is over a month old and ordered over 2 months ago. I have emailed my ID, a screen shot of my account and org payment Visa for refund, the order/return information and have sent the required formal form below over 8 times. You refunded the other 2 items in the order return, my Payment source has not changed on my account, nor the Shipping & Return Address and my Phone number is the same.

"There's the rub"

I was asked to submit my ID and did so on Fri, Dec 15, 2023 at 11:54 AM. Then you asked I do it again and this was completed on Mon, Dec 18, 2023 at 5:54 PM. Amazon Reply: Hello, Thank you for submitting your ID information. To continue processing your refund or replacement request, you can contact our Customer Service

I have answered emails, sent ids, contacted the Amazon Managing Director 3 times and jumped through all the hoops I am going to jump through. team after 3 business days of receiving this message. Now the response below is all I am getting. I have over 25 of these standard answer emails to my repeated request for my refunds!

Please contact our specialist team with all relevant information. Customer Service team is unable to provide any further details about the issue. Desired outcome: Refund to Original Payment Source! NOT AMAZON CREDIT!
