Ashore Shop

So, I was looking for some new clothes and I stumbled upon Ashore Shop. I found a really cool shirt that I wanted to buy, so I went ahead and made the purchase. But, to my disappointment, I never received the shirt! I've tried emailing them multiple times and even called, but no one ever responds. It's really frustrating because I was looking forward to wearing that shirt. I wouldn't recommend shopping at Ashore Shop if you want to actually receive your items.

I gotta say, my experience with Ashore Shop was not great. I mean, seriously, their customer service is just terrible. I talked to this lady named Cynthia, or maybe it was Amy? I don't even know. And she was supposed to be "patient," but honestly, she was just useless. I ordered something from them and they said they shipped it, but I haven't gotten any tracking info and the website still says "awaiting fulfillment." What's up with that? It's been weeks! I don't know if I'll ever order from them again.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Ashore Shop. Their return policy is a real head-scratcher. One minute they're saying you can send back stuff that's never been worn with all the tags still attached, and the next they're saying you can only exchange it if it doesn't fit. Like, what gives?

So, I decided to reach out to them and see if they could help me out with a return. I ordered a large shirt, but when it arrived, it was way too small. I mean, I could barely get my arms through the sleeves! But when I asked if I could send it back for a refund, they straight-up told me no. No refund, no exchange, nothing.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I was really excited to try out some of their clothes, but now I'm not so sure. It's a shame, because they've got some really cute stuff on their website. But if they're not willing to work with their customers on returns, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

So, I ordered from Ashore Shop about 3 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for my order to be fulfilled. It's been a long time, and I'm getting pretty frustrated. I even tried emailing them a few times, but they haven't responded to any of my messages. It's really disappointing, and I'm starting to think that this company isn't very reliable.

To make matters worse, I had to make a bad review before they finally shipped my second order. I mean, come on, why do I have to resort to that just to get my stuff? It's not like I'm asking for anything unreasonable. I just want my order to be fulfilled in a timely manner.

And to top it all off, I found out that this company is based in China. If I had known that before I placed my order, I never would have done business with them. I've heard too many horror stories about ordering from Chinese companies and never receiving your items.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Ashore Shop. They haven't been very responsive, and it's taking way too long for my order to be fulfilled. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
