So, let me tell you what happened when I tried to order some shirts from Arm The Animals. I found a couple of tees that I really liked and they were on sale for half off, yay for sales, right? But then I saw that the shipping cost was $12, which seemed kind of steep to me. Oh well, I thought, I still really want those shirts. I placed my order in early August and was excited to receive my package.

But then I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Three weeks went by and my package still hadn't arrived. I checked the tracking info and it said that it had been delivered, but when I checked my mailbox, there was nothing there. I was starting to get frustrated, so I decided to contact customer support.

And that's when things got even worse. I sent an email to their support team, explaining the situation and hoping for some kind of response. But after a few days, I still hadn't heard anything back. If you're considering placing an order on Arm The Animals, I would advise taking caution as the customer service department seems to be almost non-existent. The products themselves might be of good quality, but any issues or missing items could be difficult to rectify.

And once again, when I reached out to the company to get a replacement, I didn't hear anything back.

Overall, I think Arm The Animals has a lot of potential, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'd love to support them further, but I'm hesitant to order anything else given my past experiences. If they could improve their communication and their attention to detail, I think they could really succeed.

Arm The Animals is a company that sells clothing and accessories with a cool mission. They donate a portion of their profits to animal shelters and animal rescue groups- which is awesome! But I gotta be real with ya'll- I had a really bad experience with this company.

I placed an order over a month ago and never received any updates on when it was going to ship. I tried emailing them and even reached out on social media, but no one ever got back to me. I was starting to get really frustrated because I had already paid for my order and had no idea what was going on.

Finally, 6 weeks later and after several messages, they replied to me and said they were just going to refund me. I didn't even get the items I ordered! I'm so disappointed.

I know that there are sometimes issues with orders and shipping, but the fact that I had to chase them down for weeks and still didn't get my products is a big let down. I wanted to support their cause and their products looked really cool, but unfortunately that didn't happen.

If you're considering ordering from Arm The Animals, just keep in mind that you might not get your order or any communication about it. I would suggest finding another company that supports animal shelters and rescue groups- there are a lot out there!

So I put in an order with Arm The Animals more than 30 days back, but it's nowhere to be found. I sent numerous emails to their customer help and didn't receive a single response. I mean, if they're dealing with a COVID-19 situation and something thwarted the delivery, I understand, but it kinda bothers me to see promotional emails still dropping in my inbox. It's like, hello? Where's my delivery? As of right now, it's looking very unlikely that I'll get either my order or any refund 'cause of their lousy services. Kinda miffs me since I was planning to help them further with their excellent mission, but I feel way more than bummed out about this now.

Ordered a few things on armtheanimals.com on November 25th. It's almost a month later, December 20th to be exact, and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. Can't even believe it. So, I contacted their customer service for some answers. But the only response I got was an automated message with no useful information whatsoever.

This is just too much for me. It's frustrating to see such unprofessional behavior from a company. They could easily step up with better shipping processes and customer service and make it big, but, alas, it seems like they're not interested.

It's really disappointing because I wanted to recommend this brand to everyone. But now I'm sorry to say, I don't think it's worth the time or money.

Despite me being my own worst enemy and mistakenly ordering a men's small instead of a men's large, I'm disappointed that the shirt still doesn't fit my furry friend. I mean, who doesn't want their dog to look fly? These particular pieces come with some righteously cool slogans and artwork but what's the point if the size is whack? When I finally received the large shirt that I originally ordered, it was too tight for even a scrawny teenager! Trust me, I'm no slim Jim myself, but I should still have enough breathing room in my T-shirt. Ain't nobody want a shirt that feels like a bra, y'all.

All in all, I'm not sure I'm going to try another order from Arm The Animals. It's unfortunate that a brand that does such good work with their donations to animal charities can't seem to nail the basic part of sizing their apparel. It looks like they need to go back to the drawing board and make sure that their products can fit us big folks too. It's a real bummer since I was really looking forward to the good-looking garments in my size, but more than anything, I want my furry companion to be looking fresh to death too.

I got a jaguar tee from Arm The Animals a while back. They ain't sellin' that design no more tho. When I got it, the jersey didn't fit me well. It turned all square after a wash and plus it felt thin. My arms didn't get enough room either. Dang that!
On top of that, the prices they ask for their garments are way too high! They claim each tee and hoodie is worth a pretty penny, but then they act like they're always on sale. What kinda shenanigans are they pullin'? Don't fall for the bait and switch.
In contrast, some of Arm The Animals's designs look downright ghetto. You wouldn't wanna rock that, let alone pay a fortune for it. Just ain't worth it.
With all the other animal charities out there, I'm sure you could find a more worthwhile company to support and spend your money on.

Honestly, I don't think I can recommend this company to anyone. You're better off going to someplace like Caf? press or Zazzle if you want to make your own animal-themed merchandise. It's a real shame, because I wanted to like Arm The Animals, but so far, they haven't given me much reason to.
