I inquired to them about six weeks ago to receive a passport from my family tree. They assured me it would be easy and I trusted their "reputation in the industry" as they like to say. I chatted with them on Skype and they almost instantly billed me to get started. They wanted me to wire the money but I wasn't about to do that so I went through Paypal. After weeks of "progress" they reneged and told me they couldn't do what they promised. I told them I wanted my money back and they just tried to sell me on other products. They also tried to pretend like I didn't tell them the scope of the situation and said most of what I said before was new news and that's why they couldn't fulfill their services. I told them again I want a refund and didn't hear from them for weeks. I tracked their emails and I know they opened them. The only response I got was when I had Paypal freeze their money. They said returning the money will take days to weeks to transfer accounts! I escalated it to a claim and they sent me harassing emails saying "I don't think anyone has ever explained to you that you don't get to hire a company and then decide on your own terms when and how they refund your money." I almost have my money back thanks to Paypal but don't ever do business with these people. They are unprofessional and only want to steal your money.
Impossible to cancel the order and seller charged for higher price
