I am writing regarding a refund issue for an order I placed on August 8, 2025, for a pair of Nike shoes. I returned the item and received the refund to my card; however, I have not yet received the portion that was paid using an Amazon gift card.
I have called customer service five times regarding this matter. I was offered a credit, but it was limited to Amazon brand purchases, which does not resolve my situation. I was also told the gift card refund would take an additional two weeks to process, but it has now been over a month since the return, and I am still waiting.
Could you please issue my remaining refund to my Amazon gift card balance as soon as possible?
