I am overly frustrated that his matter has not been fully resolved after 5 to 6months. I was advised by an amazon supervisor name Gary out of W VIRGINIA, THIS WAS THE PROCESS TO ESCALATE. Amazon has refunded all except 400.00 back to my card ending in 5165. I have been very patient up to this point. Again, my card was used without my authorization or knowledge for over 1800 in merchandise and I am waiting for the balance of this refund. I need resolution today...

The email address under my amazon account is [protected]@gmail.com. The purchases made off of my debit card was ordered from an unknown account. The phone number connected to my acct is [protected] the last 4 digits of the card used was 5165. I have attached my card statement showing deposits that amazon did credit back and some of the purchases made just to provide you additional info. I no longer use my [protected]@gmail email and have been using my school email for now. This delayed matter has caused emotional, mental and physical stress I am a disabled elderly person and I cannot believe I am still trying to resolve this matter. All I can do is keep fighting.

Amazon is scum they took down all 3 feedback I gave on SparkleWAC so thank god for this site. This is happening more on amazon and now we know why. SparkleWAC is a scammer and amazon is with him not you. I had 3 orders and got none and to sum it up I called amazon I was shocked to find they will do nothing doesn't matter if the feedback reviews show his scammer ways. Hell they didn't do nothing they took down my feedback and I learned they need his permission to refund doesn't matter if it shows delivered to wrong state. I was talking to amazon on the phone because I had done all I could I got Sorry, this order is not eligible for a refund under the A-to-z Guarantee. Amazon likes to change the price in cart or right away if you go to buy right away and 14.99 cookies go to 44.99 but just in your cart for you to pay but not on the webpage itself. Go see for yourself the Grandma's Cookies Variety Mix - 36 / Box dose this a lot .I remember the first time I ran into a scammer on amazon it was over 6 years ago and he was up for over a year even through I phoned amazon and did all I could and so did many other according to the feedbacks. So this is going on and now it's worse but what do you expect amazon is with them. Amazon like to put a line over the bad feed back saying amazon takes responsibility but just removing my feedback is what they did for I had 3 feedbacks on SparkleWAC from china and I can't even find one of my feedbacks. At this point I feel like amazon is unsafe and it's only gone a get worse. I say go to ebay or the stores like home depo for bug pest control it is cheaper then amazon. I go to stores much more now but PLEASE WATCH OUT read all feedbacks all the way through on amazon like even now my feedbacks may be gone but there's many others on SparkleWAC to be seen. At this point to me supporting amazon is supporting crime and that's no good.

On Friday April 22, one week ago at approximately 4:30, a Prime Amazon Van was delivering at 1449 Delk Road, Longwood Fl. This property was going through remodeling which included a new circular 12,000 square foot driveway. The new driveway had been poured but was still receiving treatment and was not finished. As a result we had cones and saw horses in front of the entry way with a clear sign that read :Please No Trucks on Driveway. Well the Driver ignored all of this and drove to the front door and left the [ckage. He then proceeded to attempt to exit on the other side of the driveway. When seeing it was closed he attempted to turn around by driving on my yard. The truck got stuck and and Bobcat that was working on the neighbors house was needed to pull him out.Property Damage Occurred. Deep trench from the tire tracks and exit. A large chip out of the side of my fresh poured driveway. Muddy tire tracks back 3/4 of the driveway to the entrance. I would estimate, fill dirt, leveling, sod,

fix the chip?, pressure wash the tire tracks. A reasonable price without considering other things such as my time and efforts would be $2,000. P{lease inform me if Amazon is cooperative with this. Otherwise I just hired a construction attorney who is helping with a bad contractor and I will turn it over to him, with of course higher costs.

Recently my buyer account was closed. I had a hacker. Amazon did not lose any money, but I sure did! I changed my passwords and other info and explained to them what happened. There are three charges for gift cards to be sent to me. One is for $150.00, and two for $100.00.

none were sent to my account and I never received refunds for the others.

Now they tell me my information is gone, but I do have copies of these transactions. I've talked or responded to about 5-6 people, but nothing is resolved. Can you tell me what to do next? Please help, I'm on Social Security disability and I can't afford to lose this money!

Today (4/28/2022) I received an unathorized charge on my bank statement for $11.42 from "AMZN MKTP US AMZN.COM" states as the vendor. This does not correspond with any of the my past orders made on Amazon whatsoever. can you please investigate this and email me at [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible. Thursday April 21, 2022 @ 5pm PST. Delivery van parked, idling in front of my home, blocking all access to my parking space and my garage. Driver was sitting in the van and looking at his phone for at least 10 minutes; he had already made his delivery. The van was also blocking access to any of the other homes on my small cul de sac street.

When asked how long he planned on staying in front of my home, the driver gave me plenty of attitude and even called me "dog". This is not the kind of behavior I expect from those making deliveries to my area. Never mind that he was clearly fooling around with his personal phone.

This is not the first incident - in fact it happens several times per week. I have respectfully asked multiple drivers to consider their impact and to park with their flashers on alongside the main road or in front of the home they are making their deliveries to. On several occasions I've had my garage door blocked by Amazon vans - unacceptable. Your drivers have clearly not been trained well.

On 1 January 2022, Amazon.com offered a deal on a Deering banjo at a reduced price by applying for their store card, six months same as cask no interest charges or service charge. I applied for the card and deal. Total price was $635.47. Immediately Synchrony/Amazon added $15.00 charge to the price. No explanation. I made first payment on 6 February for $100.00. I purchased some other items using the store card and amazon added $13.00 interest before I had a chance to pay off the balance, I'm 74 years old and have a credit score over 800, I could tell a con when I see one. I added up all my purchases with the amazon store card and sent Synchrony a check for $798.57 and told them to cancel the card. That payment also included $139.00 for the annual prime membership. Instead of Synchrony/ amazon sent me a statement claiming I owned them $55.00. I told them they were crazy. I didn't owe them any money.

Since December 2016, I have been receiving emails from Amazon Seller Central ([protected]@amazon.com) claiming that I have listed products. The email subject is "Action required for some of your listings on Amazon.com", and the body contains details of non-compliance with their listing rules. I can provide numerous examples.

On contacting them by online chat, email or voice, I am told that I do not have an account or that my account has been deleted. Either way, it is supposedly impossible for any activity. Yet the emails continue. The Spam checkers at Google have validated that the emails are authentically sent from Amazon, as can be seen from the email headers.

I live in England, United Kingdom, and have no ability or desire to sell in USA.

Billed 03/31 04/31 Amazon Prime*168UROSDO Amzn.combillWA on my Bank of America statement $15.93. Don't know what this charge is. Might be Thrive for a medication my wife was given. She died 4 months ago and I called the company and they said they canceled the recurring order, but maybe not the recurring charge.? Today around 1:20 our balcony was damaged by another delivery truck. This is the 5th time now that a delivery driver has backed into our balcony and caused damage. It seems to be when delivery drivers park on the curb next to our unit, then attempt to back up to turn around.

In looking at the unit across from us, unit 125 I see the the red curb comes out so that if a truck backs up along the curb, they do not cause damage. Our balcony extends beyond the curb and this is why it keeps getting hit. At this point I am getting concerned for our safety as this hit was harder than many of the others.

The driver did file a claim with Amazon and gave us the claim number AMZ2022158801.

We have begun the work to repair the damage and have photos if needed.

In the Amazon customer service pages, there is no item for billing errors. I guess they never happen, huh?

I have 2 Complaints. I was employed for over a week with AMAZON. at address 1200 Westport Road. Imperial, Pennsylvania. I started on Monday. 3/28/2022 My Start time was 6pm. And my end time was 430am. That was the only day that I worked. I found out by email that I was terminated on 4/11/22. I had several discussions with the HR TEAM on the phone and in person about a shift change and how my current shift was not going to work out. It was declared by me that it was not going to work out. After I stated that I needed a schedule with less hours I was assured that I would not be terminated and my current shift of 6 to 430 would just be eliminated and could continue to look for other shifts. My 2 complaints are — #1 I was not compensated for the 10 hours that I was present at Amazon on 3/28/2022. And #2 — I was led to believe that I would not be terminated and in fact I was. Amazon had a commercial that is circulating that has Medusa (a mythological creature) stealing a victim's phone and ordering sun glasses from the deceased Amazon account so she has a choice to kill or not. Then Medusa is at a bar with female friends. The bar tender looks at them like he interested in them. After a very subtle flip of the middle finger from one girl, Medusa chooses to pull her stolen sunglasses down and murder the man just for looking at them. Bars and clubs are supposed to be social places where people express interest in other people. Amazon is advocating for assault and murder with this commercial. This Marxist, idealist narrative is disgusting and as a hetero sexual white man, I am done being put on the cross for things I never did. Amazon's Marxist [censored] can go to hell. This is not the first time this happened. My package is just thrown from the my gate to the door.

This Happened today, March 26, 2022.

I placed a order last year with Amazon and package never came I called them to see what was wrong they said problem with delivery they asked me if I would like to reorder and I said sure package never came now that's 16 weeks I've waited now I just want refund they said they would have to send a claim to their a to z refund policy they never did since then I've contacted them over 30 times trying to get refund they kept telling me same thing now its been over a year and they tell me they can't refund because it's been to long well that's not my fault its there's I've tried every thing don't know what to do they keep sending me emails saying they will fix it but they dont

They charged my account never shipped items me and blocked my account and still trying to charge me a 2 be time for items on a blocked Amazon account

Item was delivered,but item inside box was not secured with bubble wrap or paper inside the box causing the fairly expensive item to slide around in the box. I had a delivery yesterday that just had the Amazon tape around the actual package,item was not in a delivery box.Also driver places the Amazon package inside the entry door as close to the outside door as possible.only 1 delivery driver followed my directions to please ring buzzer and bring item to 2nd floor. The least this delivery driver could do is leave the package closer to the inside doors of my condo/Apartment type building. Anyone could have taken this package with barely going inside the building
