Amazon HX9023/65 genuine C2 optimal plaque control toothbrush heads

My Mastercard was charged nearly $110 for shipping on a $16 item. I have had a Prime membership for years, and should have paid nothing.

In the Amazon customer service pages, there is no item for billing errors. I guess they never happen, huh?

Let's get this fixed NOW.

Amazon Unpaid time and wrongful treatment.

I have 2 Complaints. I was employed for over a week with AMAZON. at address 1200 Westport Road. Imperial, Pennsylvania. I started on Monday. 3/28/2022 My Start time was 6pm. And my end time was 430am. That was the only day that I worked. I found out by email that I was terminated on 4/11/22. I had several discussions with the HR TEAM on the phone and in person about a shift change and how my current shift was not going to work out. It was declared by me that it was not going to work out. After I stated that I needed a schedule with less hours I was assured that I would not be terminated and my current shift of 6 to 430 would just be eliminated and could continue to look for other shifts. My 2 complaints are — #1 I was not compensated for the 10 hours that I was present at Amazon on 3/28/2022. And #2 — I was led to believe that I would not be terminated and in fact I was. Desired outcome: I am owed for 10 hours at Amazon and expect to be paid. And I do believe that being terminated was not justified based on all of Amazons feedback from Amazon HR employees.

Amazon Their commercials

Amazon had a commercial that is circulating that has Medusa (a mythological creature) stealing a victim's phone and ordering sun glasses from the deceased Amazon account so she has a choice to kill or not. Then Medusa is at a bar with female friends. The bar tender looks at them like he interested in them. After a very subtle flip of the middle finger from one girl, Medusa chooses to pull her stolen sunglasses down and murder the man just for looking at them. Bars and clubs are supposed to be social places where people express interest in other people. Amazon is advocating for assault and murder with this commercial. This Marxist, idealist narrative is disgusting and as a hetero sexual white man, I am done being put on the cross for things I never did. Amazon's Marxist [censored] can go to hell. I will not buy anything through them ever again.

Amazon Delivery Driver just threw my package

Amazon I cannot get Amazon to refund my money

I placed a order last year with Amazon and package never came I called them to see what was wrong they said problem with delivery they asked me if I would like to reorder and I said sure package never came now that's 16 weeks I've waited now I just want refund they said they would have to send a claim to their a to z refund policy they never did since then I've contacted them over 30 times trying to get refund they kept telling me same thing now its been over a year and they tell me they can't refund because it's been to long well that's not my fault its there's I've tried every thing don't know what to do they keep sending me emails saying they will fix it but they dont

Desired outcome: I just want them to give me store credit for my money so I can't at least spend it since I made order the bank I was with has closed down in my area and I no longer have a card by them or contact since they closed

Amazon Delivery/packaging

Item was delivered,but item inside box was not secured with bubble wrap or paper inside the box causing the fairly expensive item to slide around in the box. I had a delivery yesterday that just had the Amazon tape around the actual package,item was not in a delivery box.Also driver places the Amazon package inside the entry door as close to the outside door as possible.only 1 delivery driver followed my directions to please ring buzzer and bring item to 2nd floor. The least this delivery driver could do is leave the package closer to the inside doors of my condo/Apartment type building. Anyone could have taken this package with barely going inside the building

i have returned the product the one which got because of the colour texture i.e the one which i wannted was not the same i got one.

and nearly after 15 days i found that i have not been refunded.

and upon complaining the associates are saying they have got a different product.

it's a clear case of cheating because how come your associate took it back and later after u people are saying that's different.

i also said ok fine do return the so called different product which i sent.but they are not ready with that too.

how can u cheat such old costumer with such cheap tricks.

come on !

keep the money & product u liars.

never ever gonna buy any product from your website.

Amazon Toddler clothing i ordered

On March 3rd i ordered 2 outfits for my granddaughter to be delivered to Hawaii. The outfits were suppose to get there on March 10, 2022. The next day it was posted that it would get there March 11-14. I called on March 14, told me they could not issue a refund cause it was out for delivery. I call the next day , March 15 cause it was still not delivered. Told me again i could not get a refund cause it was out for delivery. I called again today demanding a refund, said it would take 7 to 10 business days! Well now my granddaughter will not be getting all her gifts on her birthday cause i am on Social Security and just don't have the extra money to even get her gift cards. I won't ever be ordering any gifts from Amazon again that go to Hawaii! Amazon has gone downhill in the last year!

Amazon Filing a review

You can't even write words that may offend whoever is reading a well-deserved review without getting reprimanded and threatened not to be able to write reviews.

The terms "[censored]ty," "complete pile of [censored]," "[censored]," "[censored]," "retarded-[censored]," are no longer REAL or "appropriate."

If these people want appropriate reviews, they ought to act appropriately and not like the well-deserrved descriptors.

Desired outcome: Ban banning words. It's [censored]ing retarded.

Amazon Charge of $13.77 on my most recent bill dated 2/28/2022

My most recent credit card bill for February, 2022 had a charge of $13.77 posted 3/01/22 which I did not authorize. Is this a scam? I would appreciate a credit on my next months statement.

Amazon Commercial

The newest commercial you have with the bride and the horrendous “maid of honor”, talking about the subscription & save and can be “canceled” anytime, comparing to getting married. The maid of honor is so annoying. I have to mute the commercial whenever it comes on. I don’t have issue with the commercial itself but the way she delivers it. Not funny, not cute, confusing if anything and she’s just annoying. Just putting my .02 cents in. Turns me off of Amazon. Don’t know if you care for the feedback but had to say something.

Desired outcome: Remove commercial, it is very annoying.

Pick up was done, and then i was never refunded for over ten days. Amazon customer care harassed me, even cut the call on my face saying their team decided to give verdict in favour of the merchant and I, as a customer have sent some other product back and THEY HAVE DECIDED TO NOT ISSUE REFUND FOR THIS, ...what nonsense is this? They let their loser merchants on their platform and loot customers. I lost my money, amazon is horrible, wayyy worse than flipkart, I want my money back. THIS IS WRONG, I WILL NOT STOP TO POST THIS ISSUE EVERYWHERE ON EVERY ONLINE COMPLAINT SITE.

Amazon Bebird m9 pro

I ordered this device through Amazon - Bebird M9 Pro ( from the company bebirdmall.com )on 4/3/21. Order number [protected].After about 8 months the device stopped working and despite following troubleshooting directions still nothing.

I contacted the company via their webpage and sent an email from that site to :

[protected]@blackbees as requested. I did this before the 12month warranty ran out but they failed to reply. It is now out of the warranty period. I feel ripped off. It seems the company has a customer service in name only.

Extremely disappointing.

The company is also deceptive as its web page gives an address in Paris - but I discovered it is actually Chinese.

Very disappointing.

The company has several similar items which are run via an app which I downloaded. That one and only app does not cover the model I ordered although it did work for that 8 months-but no longer.

Trying to communicate with this company is impossible - they never reply.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund.I would have preferred a new device but there is no software to run it.

Amazon Delivery driver damaged my property

On 2/25/22 an Amazon delivery driver drove through my wet grass causing more than two thousand dollars of damage. I have provided quotes for the damage, and made countless calls to Amazon and the stated claims company ARC to no avail. I was offered $500.00 for the issue and no I am being ignored. Desired outcome: Amazon needs to pay no less than $2,400.00 for the damage

Amazon Delivery

Around 2:20pm on 3/9/22 a pkg was delivered to my neighbor belonging to me . This has happen on many occasions. My house is clearly mark with big letters and signs because of this. What gives ... I would greatly appreciate if my pkgs get delivered to my steps instead of my neighbors and to top that the driver posted a yellow label by the address so now you can't even read the address what gives... Yellow label reads j-21.3D 2932 pkg traking was TBA018577055404 thx in advance for addressing this issue I just want my pkgs deliver to my steps and not my neighbors steps

Amazon Trade in

submitted a trade in on the jan 29th for 2 items bose speakers and surface book and they were both delivered on the 8th and amazon sent me an email conforming the same , one item was immediately processed and rejected and sent back to me on the 10th of febuary while the other item the surface book stayed in the received state for a whole month without being processed , i calle and emailed and after a month they tell me that they dont have the laptop and there is nothing that they can do

now im out of the laptop or the $1000 dollars that i was supposed to get the trade in amount for

Amazon Films in France

Why are plenty of films..( of course the ones I want to watch….) in France only in French and not original language..!? ….sorry it doesn’t make sense.

There are not only French people in France 🇫🇷..and even though…I’m sure a lot of English speaking French would prefer the films in original language!
