Amazon Amazon not addressing they sent me the wrong computer

Dear Amazon,

This an official request of a refund of US$ 1857/95 plus shipping cost of US$ 71.00 from Amazon as Amazon did not ship a Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model), Sold by: STC Distributors (Serial # Recorded) computer to me from STC Distributors for my Amazon order #[protected]. Instead Amazon shipped to me a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer from STC Distributors for my Amazon order #[protected].

The Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model) computer and the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer are not the same model of Dell computers.

The registered owner of the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer with Dell is Jason Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at STC Distributors, company name Netix, inc.. Dell would not provide me warranty for the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer which I received from Amazon as I was not the registered owner of the computer.

I have received an e-mail from Dell, which I sent a copy on October 28, 2021 of the e-mail I received from Dell (ref:_OOD0bGaMp._5002R1MMtKk:ref) to Amazon, confirming the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer and the package I had received from Amazon had been previously sent to Jason Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at STC Distributors, STC company name Nexit, inc, Dell Order #[protected], on March 16, 2021. STC distributors was the Amazon Marketplace Seller who was supposed to provide the computer to Amazon to fulfill my Amazon order. I still have the package I received from Amazon indicating the package had previously been sent to Jason Wilson. I did not get a reply from Amazon concerning the e-mail from Dell.

Amazon informed me that the Amazon shipping records indicate they shipped me a Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model) computer which are false. Amazon shipped me from STC Distributors a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer owned by Jason Wilson and a package which both had previously been sent to Jason Wilson from Dell. All the Amazon shippers did was attach labels and placed a label, indicating the package was supposed to contain the computer which I ordered, on the package that Dell shipped to Jason Wilson containing a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer. By attaching labels with false information on the package could be considered as fraud. Amazon shippers did not confirm that the computers were the same models.

I e-mailed to Amazon on November 02, 09, and 11 photo copies of the labels that came with or on the package from Amazon (originally sent from Dell to Jason Wilson) which contained a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer. Again I did not get a reply from Amazon concerning the photo copies of the labels which I sent to Amazon.

I returned the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer I received from Amazon to Amazon. Amazon discarded the Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3. Amazon discarded evidence that they did not sent me the computer I ordered. Amazon discarded the evidence that they sent me the wrong computer.

Amazon is not addressing the issue that Amazon did not send me the computer I ordered from Amazon. Every time I provide Amazon with evidence that Amazon did not ship me the computer I ordered, Amazon does not address my evidence. I have informed Amazon many times that I did not receive the Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model), Sold by: STC Distributors (Serial # Recorded) computer I ordered from Amazon. Amazon's response on all occasions has been “return the Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model), Sold by: STC Distributors (Serial # Recorded) computer for a refund”. Amazon's response is stating return the computer you did not get for a refund. I understand other Amazon customers have received the same response from Amazon “return the objection you did not get for a refund”. On another occasion Amazon asked me do another impossible thing, “on January 15th, 2022, Amazon asked me to respond to an e-mail that Amazon had sent me on January 16th, 2022”.

If I had received the Dell XPS (9310), 13.4-inch FHD+ Touch Laptop – Intel Core i7-1185G7, 16GB 4267MHz LPDDRx Ram, 512GB SSD, Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 10 Pro – Platinum Silver with Black Palmrest (Latest Model), Sold by: STC Distributors (Serial # Recorded) computer from Amazon why would Amazon be giving me a refund if I returned it and why would I be asking for a refund?

I have tried to contact STC Distributors, company name Nexit, inc., asking for information why would I have received a Dell XPS 13 (9310) Service Tag #CZRW9C3 computer, registered owner Jason Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at STC Distributors, from Amazon. STC Distributors would not answer the phone or would not reply to any e-mails sent to them.

If I do not get a refund from Amazon for not fulfilling my Amazon order #[protected], Amazon is stating, Dell has provided me false information on the computer I received from Amazon. I will sent a copy of this e-mail to Dell's Fraud Prevention Web Site.

I again may not get a reply from Amazon, this e-mail will be a record that I informed Amazon that Amazon did not address that they did not fulfill my Amazon order #[protected] and I have requested a refund from Amazon.

If I do not get a refund from Amazon or a reply to this e-mail, I will take further action against Amazon in Canada and the USA.

Amazon Coins purchase from Amazon - missing items and received not the real coins,

I ordered 3 items coins from amazon, $15.53 + $8 +$ 27.96, it was said take a while to receive product.

I been waiting, but only the 2 items shipped, and I unable to find the $27.96 on my ordered list?

It was charged 3 items.

Plus, those coins shipped to me was not real coins?

Cheating?

I was plan return all 3 items and get refund, but never get the 3rd item,

What should I do?

Amazon Refund on two items

I purchased a Nike shoes and Bike Cleats. None of them fit and were not comfortable. I returned it online and shipped it via whole food. Amazon received it and I never received the refund. I called Amazon and I was notified that it is in the form of gift card. I told them that I never had Amazon gift card and both items were charged on my credit card. The rep. refused to issue the refund on my credit card and told me that I can order other items. As far as I am concerned, these people are thieves and I never buy anything from Amazon. Please dump Amazon. These people are working to steal the money. I am going to order items on this gift card and return it so much since it is free return until these people learn their lesson. Pissed consumer.

Desired outcome: Give my refund on my credit card. The way that I paid and apologize for it as well. The treatment of customer help to keep your jobs.

Amazon I bought two home improvement items on amazon actually three

all have been returned and my affirm account has mysteriously after two weeks still not been credited. All my other returns such as a saw, a fan and a heater have been taking 30 days and several calls just to get a refund for items I rightly returned in excellent condition the next UPS pick up day.

Half the time I have to file disputes.

Desired outcome: I just want my items refunded and ii will never shop amazon again

Amazon Refund due for order order # [protected]

Item received back 2 weeks ago today and they are giving me a hard time receiving my refund. Both chat and phone calls have been made and unsuccessful.

Desired outcome: I'd like my refund asap. Proof they received the item in the attached screenshot.

Amazon Destruction of property from Amazon delivery

This Amazon driver on Tuesday 2/22/22 delivered our package and as they were leaving instead of backing up out of our driveway decided to turn around in our yard, got stuck, spun the tires and left massive destruction to our property before driving away without a word.

Desired outcome: Compensation for the destruction of our property estimated at $900.

Amazon Prime membership

Since 2018 I have been paying US prime membership without being aware of this, whilst actually having a UK household prime account. This seems to be double taking my money unnecessary and as a frequent Amazon user I am generally quite upset about this. The household account is in the name of Timothy G Beard on [protected]@bigfoot.com

Amazon Straws that I have ordered/received in the past can no longer be delivered to me

A container of 300 straws, which I have ordered and received three times in the past can no longer be "delivered to my address." In an attempt to order them again recently, I talked to someone on the phone who assured me that they would be able to arrange for me to receive these straws.

I was not able to order the straws. The company gives no explanation as why this is so.

Desired outcome: I want to be able to order and receive the straws.

Amazon Tribesigns defective product sold through Amazon

I purchased an office desk from Tribesigns (seller) through Amazon and the material was defective, with missing holes to connect the middle part of the desk. I paid $370.99 for this desk and spent 2-3 hours on trying to assemble this desk and it doesn't work. I received two boxes around 02/15/22 and 02/16/22. It came in 2 separate boxes left unattended in my bldg. I've contacted the seller and they are giving me the run around about sending me a paid shipping label so that I can return this product. They asked me to send pictures of the product and shipping label and when I attach the pictures, the "send" button doesn't work. There's no surprise there. I want a full refund and I've expressed that to the Tribesigns (seller) and Amazon and still have not received a return shipping label. I think this company is a fraud and I've expressed this to Amazon as well. This is why I'm reporting this company as fraud and Amazon said they will do everything in their power to reach out to this seller since the company used their website to promote their defective product. I WANT A FULL REFUND AND A PAID SHIPPING LABEL. I don't want any replacement just want a refund and nothing to do with this fraudulent company ever again.

Amazon TV commercial

I’ve enjoyed most of your tv commercials, but I find that one running right now, about a young woman getting married, and one of the bridesmaids comes to her and tells her not to be afraid, that Amazon prime could be canceled at any time. The young woman woman getting married looked worried, and your commercial tells her - although not directly - that it’s okay that she can always get a divorced. Is Amazon promoting divorces? Please look at that commercial well and you’ll have the same conclusion.

Desired outcome: That you stop that commercial.

Amazon Bad amazon seller experience

Amazon treats its sellers terribly! Not only do they withdraw money from a corporate card almost every day, it is still not possible to get them to get what exactly they withdraw money for! There is no decoding of services, only invoices with the name Charge! Rogue style!

Recently, we decided to pick up our goods from the Amazon FBA warehouse and transport them to the ChipBob warehouse, but Amazon sent the goods according to the Order, but not all of them! They "forgot" to send hours for almost 1000 usd! (SKU B093YJS831, B093LVMBY9, B093HJ8MNF)

Attempts to prove something lead to nothing! They drag out the correspondence, answer completely different questions than they are asked, put forward more and more new requirements for providing evidence of a shortage! It's horrible! All our energy goes into fighting this monster!

If you ever decide to become an Amazon seller - think 10 times before - you will become Amazon slaves and your credit card will become your shackles!

Amazon When asking amazon for a heartfelt apology it is always a damn standard letter of no remorse what so ever..

It seems that amazon drivers do not get the training they need to PROPERLY deliever items. Either placing them at wrong address or promising they will be dropped off at an exact time then not placing the items at the address on the right day. When giving credit to accounts only giving like 1 % of what you have spent on site and if your lucky and pick a fight with them like always do. Getting an almost somewhat decent amount of money back as they say a "site credit" which it is utter [censored]...

I would like to suggest a F rating be placed on amazon for poor service concerning packages and and where and how they are placed at customers homes.

Amazon Amazon prime movies

Tuesday 2/22/22 and Wednesday 2/23/22 I have accessed my Amazon Prime television account. Tuesday I rented Ford vs. Ferrari, and Wednesday I watched Jack Reacher.

Both nights during the movie and series were stalled frequently as if the Internet was buffering. And both shows finally stopped streaming. But my Internet was working fine on all of our other televisions, computers, etc. There was no Internet interruption.

This has happened many times before.

This is so frustrating. Why does this happen? And why should I continue to pay for a service that cannot deliver a movie or show without interruption? It's like a bad VHS or corrupted DVD.

Desired outcome: Fix your streaming issues.

Amazon Reckless driver in amazon delivery truck

On 02/23/2022 at approximately 5:50p I was at an intersection of 75th Ave and possibly Camelback. As I was crossing thru the intersection I signaled a lane change as my lane merged into the center lane. Your driver in truck #352333 speed up and laid on the horn in an attempt to prevent my necessary lane change (as my lane ended). He proceeded to yell and scream at me out the window. As we continued south on 75th he started to tailgate me so I applied my brakes twice to get him to back off. At the next major intersection he continued yelling and screaming at me. I told him I had his truck number and would report him. He proceedd to yell that I should follow him so he can kick my [censored] at his warehouse. I continued to follow the truck until we got to the Buckeye/75th intersection. At the stop intersection a tan car pulled up beside me and a Hispanic male demanded to know what my problem was. I asked what he meant and he said I was following his employee and brake checking him. I told him that I was following the truck so that I could go to the drivers workplace and file a complaint with the drivers supervisor. As the light turned green we all turned west on Buckeye and the male Hispanic cut into half my lane attempting to wreck me or run me off the road. I followed both subject to 7775 Buckeye road where they pulled over and both walked towards my vehicle. I got out of my vehicle and demanded to speak to both their bosses. The white scrawny driver of the Amazon truck made all types of threats and the male Hispanic refused to contact a supervisor and told me to leave. The Hispanic guy also made comments about the incident being on video and that no one would believe me. As I prepared to drive away the scrawny guy said he would go home, get his gun and come back and shoot me.

Amazon Prime driver near collision

On Tuesday February 22, 2022 at 6:43 pm my fiance and I were driving on SR302 near Four Corners in the Key Peninsula area. We were heading westbound on SR302 passing 4 corners. There was one vehicle (a van) in front of us and as we were approaching the 4 corners intersection (Wright Bliss/Bliss Cochrane) intersection an Amazon Prime delivery van completely blew through the stop sign, crossing SR302 in front of the van and our car doing 60mph. He nearly hit the van in front of us. I work for a 911 dispatch center and was completely appalled at the drivers behavior. He never slowed down, applied brakes or anything. I have seen at least 3 fatality collisions at this intersection and have lived here for many years. This truly could have been one of those fatal collisions. This is completely unacceptable behavior and this driver needs to be reprimanded.

Desired outcome: Driver contacted and reprimanded for his driving.

Amazon Renewed boat airdopes 441 stopped working within 6 months warranty period

I bought a (renewed) boat airdopes 441 tws ear-buds with iwp technology, immersive audio, up to 30h total playback, ipx7 water resistance, super touch controls, secure sports fit & type-c port (sporty blue) on 4th october 2021 with a warranty of 6 months.

It was working perfectly till last week and stopped working all of a sudden. The product is in warranty period and I kindly request you to either repair, replace or refund the product.

Amazon Fraudulent items multiple/ deceptive selling practices and not providing prime benefits

I am beyond livid with Amazon. EVERY time I order something it either is fake, doesn’t come on time or at all, price gouging the hell out of every item. One seller in particular claims he’s sams Club. I ordered Dawn power wash and received it in a sams club box. I contacted Amazon 6 times about the seller. I then called sams club HQ and they confirmed that this man is using his membership and buying from sams to resell as sams on Amazon and then telling sams he never got the item. I cannot fathom how the hell he’s able to sell. I can go on for weeks with my order issues. More than willing to speak on the phone

Amazon Truck damaged mail boxes

On the afternoon of Saturday, February 2/19/2022, a delivery vehicle hit and damaged two mailboxes and posts in front of my house. It also backed up into the grass and then accelerated from the yard which tore up the grass from the roots.

I am fairly sure it was an Amazon vehicle because a piece was left behind and the color is similar to that of the Amazon vans.

Desired outcome: I would like the two posts and two mailboxes replaced.

I purchase a AMAZON fire stick approximately 2 yrs ago & in ignorance tried to to subscribe for the above channel only to realize after I signed up that they don't broadcast to my country/region. However, since this time they have been making regular withdrawals from my credit card of $ 13.09USD per month. How can I stop the deduction & get a refund of what was unjustly taken from me?

Desired outcome: To stop the deduction & get a refund of the money that was taken unjustly from me (since I never receive the product/service).
