Amazon Unathorized Charge

Today (4/28/2022) I received an unathorized charge on my bank statement for $11.42 from "AMZN MKTP US AMZN.COM" states as the vendor. This does not correspond with any of the my past orders made on Amazon whatsoever. can you please investigate this and email me at [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible. Amazon Santa Barbara delivery drivers

Thursday April 21, 2022 @ 5pm PST. Delivery van parked, idling in front of my home, blocking all access to my parking space and my garage. Driver was sitting in the van and looking at his phone for at least 10 minutes; he had already made his delivery. The van was also blocking access to any of the other homes on my small cul de sac street.

When asked how long he planned on staying in front of my home, the driver gave me plenty of attitude and even called me "dog". This is not the kind of behavior I expect from those making deliveries to my area. Never mind that he was clearly fooling around with his personal phone.

This is not the first incident - in fact it happens several times per week. I have respectfully asked multiple drivers to consider their impact and to park with their flashers on alongside the main road or in front of the home they are making their deliveries to. On several occasions I've had my garage door blocked by Amazon vans - unacceptable. Your drivers have clearly not been trained well.

Desired outcome: Train your crew to be respectful. Train them on how to navigate Santa Barbara's smaller streets. Never should a resident be called "dog". Provide an option for residents to mark their homes as a no-go zone.

Amazon Unauthorized credit card charges

On 1 January 2022, Amazon.com offered a deal on a Deering banjo at a reduced price by applying for their store card, six months same as cask no interest charges or service charge. I applied for the card and deal. Total price was $635.47. Immediately Synchrony/Amazon added $15.00 charge to the price. No explanation. I made first payment on 6 February for $100.00. I purchased some other items using the store card and amazon added $13.00 interest before I had a chance to pay off the balance, I'm 74 years old and have a credit score over 800, I could tell a con when I see one. I added up all my purchases with the amazon store card and sent Synchrony a check for $798.57 and told them to cancel the card. That payment also included $139.00 for the annual prime membership. Instead of Synchrony/ amazon sent me a statement claiming I owned them $55.00. I told them they were crazy. I didn't owe them any money.

Desired outcome: cancel store credit card and cancel so called debt of $55.00

Amazon Seller Central

Since December 2016, I have been receiving emails from Amazon Seller Central ([protected]@amazon.com) claiming that I have listed products. The email subject is "Action required for some of your listings on Amazon.com", and the body contains details of non-compliance with their listing rules. I can provide numerous examples.

On contacting them by online chat, email or voice, I am told that I do not have an account or that my account has been deleted. Either way, it is supposedly impossible for any activity. Yet the emails continue. The Spam checkers at Google have validated that the emails are authentically sent from Amazon, as can be seen from the email headers.

I live in England, United Kingdom, and have no ability or desire to sell in USA.

Desired outcome: I would simply like these emails to stop.

Amazon Charge for a service I did not order or receive

Billed 03/31 04/31 Amazon Prime*168UROSDO Amzn.combillWA on my Bank of America statement $15.93. Don't know what this charge is. Might be Thrive for a medication my wife was given. She died 4 months ago and I called the company and they said they canceled the recurring order, but maybe not the recurring charge.? Medication called Blood Builder made by Mega Food PO Box5244, Manchester NH 03108.

Amazon Amazon truck backing into a balcony on our property.

This was a message we received from one of our tenants.

Good afternoon,

Today around 1:20 our balcony was damaged by another delivery truck. This is the 5th time now that a delivery driver has backed into our balcony and caused damage. It seems to be when delivery drivers park on the curb next to our unit, then attempt to back up to turn around.

In looking at the unit across from us, unit 125 I see the the red curb comes out so that if a truck backs up along the curb, they do not cause damage. Our balcony extends beyond the curb and this is why it keeps getting hit. At this point I am getting concerned for our safety as this hit was harder than many of the others.

I attached pictures below of the damage, license plate and vehicle

The driver did file a claim with Amazon and gave us the claim number AMZ2022158801.

We have begun the work to repair the damage and have photos if needed.

Desired outcome: Pay for damages to the property.

Amazon HX9023/65 genuine C2 optimal plaque control toothbrush heads

Amazon.com order number: [protected]

My Mastercard was charged nearly $110 for shipping on a $16 item. I have had a Prime membership for years, and should have paid nothing.

In the Amazon customer service pages, there is no item for billing errors. I guess they never happen, huh?

Let's get this fixed NOW.

Amazon Unpaid time and wrongful treatment.

I have 2 Complaints. I was employed for over a week with AMAZON. at address 1200 Westport Road. Imperial, Pennsylvania. I started on Monday. 3/28/2022 My Start time was 6pm. And my end time was 430am. That was the only day that I worked. I found out by email that I was terminated on 4/11/22. I had several discussions with the HR TEAM on the phone and in person about a shift change and how my current shift was not going to work out. It was declared by me that it was not going to work out. After I stated that I needed a schedule with less hours I was assured that I would not be terminated and my current shift of 6 to 430 would just be eliminated and could continue to look for other shifts. My 2 complaints are — #1 I was not compensated for the 10 hours that I was present at Amazon on 3/28/2022. And #2 — I was led to believe that I would not be terminated and in fact I was. Amazon Their commercials

Amazon had a commercial that is circulating that has Medusa (a mythological creature) stealing a victim's phone and ordering sun glasses from the deceased Amazon account so she has a choice to kill or not. Then Medusa is at a bar with female friends. The bar tender looks at them like he interested in them. After a very subtle flip of the middle finger from one girl, Medusa chooses to pull her stolen sunglasses down and murder the man just for looking at them. Bars and clubs are supposed to be social places where people express interest in other people. Amazon is advocating for assault and murder with this commercial. This Marxist, idealist narrative is disgusting and as a hetero sexual white man, I am done being put on the cross for things I never did. Amazon's Marxist [censored] can go to hell. I will not buy anything through them ever again.

Amazon I cannot get Amazon to refund my money

I placed a order last year with Amazon and package never came I called them to see what was wrong they said problem with delivery they asked me if I would like to reorder and I said sure package never came now that's 16 weeks I've waited now I just want refund they said they would have to send a claim to their a to z refund policy they never did since then I've contacted them over 30 times trying to get refund they kept telling me same thing now its been over a year and they tell me they can't refund because it's been to long well that's not my fault its there's I've tried every thing don't know what to do they keep sending me emails saying they will fix it but they dont

Desired outcome: I just want them to give me store credit for my money so I can't at least spend it since I made order the bank I was with has closed down in my area and I no longer have a card by them or contact since they closed

Amazon Delivery/packaging

Item was delivered,but item inside box was not secured with bubble wrap or paper inside the box causing the fairly expensive item to slide around in the box. I had a delivery yesterday that just had the Amazon tape around the actual package,item was not in a delivery box.Also driver places the Amazon package inside the entry door as close to the outside door as possible.only 1 delivery driver followed my directions to please ring buzzer and bring item to 2nd floor. The least this delivery driver could do is leave the package closer to the inside doors of my condo/Apartment type building. Anyone could have taken this package with barely going inside the building

i have returned the product the one which got because of the colour texture i.e the one which i wannted was not the same i got one.

and nearly after 15 days i found that i have not been refunded.

and upon complaining the associates are saying they have got a different product.

it's a clear case of cheating because how come your associate took it back and later after u people are saying that's different.

i also said ok fine do return the so called different product which i sent.but they are not ready with that too.

how can u cheat such old costumer with such cheap tricks.

come on !

keep the money & product u liars.

never ever gonna buy any product from your website.

Amazon Toddler clothing i ordered

On March 3rd i ordered 2 outfits for my granddaughter to be delivered to Hawaii. The outfits were suppose to get there on March 10, 2022. The next day it was posted that it would get there March 11-14. I called on March 14, told me they could not issue a refund cause it was out for delivery. I call the next day , March 15 cause it was still not delivered. Told me again i could not get a refund cause it was out for delivery. I called again today demanding a refund, said it would take 7 to 10 business days! Well now my granddaughter will not be getting all her gifts on her birthday cause i am on Social Security and just don't have the extra money to even get her gift cards. I won't ever be ordering any gifts from Amazon again that go to Hawaii! Amazon has gone downhill in the last year!

You can't even write words that may offend whoever is reading a well-deserved review without getting reprimanded and threatened not to be able to write reviews.

The terms "[censored]ty," "complete pile of [censored]," "[censored]," "[censored]," "retarded-[censored]," are no longer REAL or "appropriate."

If these people want appropriate reviews, they ought to act appropriately and not like the well-deserrved descriptors.

Desired outcome: Ban banning words. It's [censored]ing retarded.

Amazon Charge of $13.77 on my most recent bill dated 2/28/2022

My most recent credit card bill for February, 2022 had a charge of $13.77 posted 3/01/22 which I did not authorize. Is this a scam? I would appreciate a credit on my next months statement.
