Game app called Township
This game app offers an in game purchase of a product called a "Golden Ticket" which I purchased. This product provides perks and rewards for 30 days. About 33hours ago I was abruptly blocked from using the Golden Ticket product that I purchased. I contacted the Township's customer support people through a messaging system they offer to inquire about what happened. Their response was that they were conducting a group test of some sort and that I was a member of that group.I recieved no other explanation of why I can't access a product that I had purchased. Or how long I will be denied access to that product. I feel that if a customer purchases a product that customer should expect to be able to use that product.This game app is a free download from your app store. I am receiving no satisfaction from Township's support and I was hoping that you could help me resolve my problem.
Desired outcome: Helping restore my access to a product that I have purchased with amazon coins.
2 day shipping GIMMICK
They NEVER honor 2 day shipping and blame the carrier. Their response times for customer service between answering you are like 15-20 minutes. They tell you to ask for a refund, and when you do A WEEK AFTER ordering, they want those items that WERE NEVER DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER...MAILED BACK TO THEM. What am I supposed to do mail an EMPTY box or envelope back to them since I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS?
Desired outcome: The last 2 months of Prime refunded and a refund on the items never received. Totals about $40 after taxes. Sent back to MY DEBIT CARD ON FILE, I DON'T WANT CREDIT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. IT DIDN'T TAKE YOU A WEEK TO DRAFT IT.
Delivery
I was a Prime member for awhile. Amazon has my address on file, I have not moved in 15 years. The last four orders were delivered to the wrong address. (Notice I said was a prime member. I won’t pay that much for prime when they can’t get my address right after 15 years when they were doing so well up until then.) And yes Amazon was the delivery people not a third person delivery service.
Amazon does not refund money to the original payment method
I ordered a product for $162.22 from Amazon.
Then I returned the item. They issued the refund not to my original payment methid (AMEX), but to the gifcard balance without letting me know.
2 days later I made a rented a movie from Amazon prime video and it turned out that they used the gift card balance to pay for the movie.
I called Amazon today asking to refund the money to the original payment method. They said "since you used $3.99 for your the price video, it can't be transferred to the original payment method" I tired to explain to them that using gift card was not my choice. They basically said "We can't do anything about it. Have a great day! ".
I other words, Amazon is by default keeping our money in their possession and make us spend the refunded money on Amazon.
It's a scam!

I have found that everything boils down to money or power. In this case, I believe, it was money.
They never shipped this battery in a protective shipping box. They shipped it only in its display box. Mind you, this battery has a lot of metal (lead) in it and its very heavy. Everything from Amazon that I have ever received, always comes in its own padded protective shipping medium. None of this damage would have happened if this battery was shipped correctly. This battery was left flopping around inside its box with virtually no protection. I have the pictures and have them available. The battery then sat on my counter top for a few weeks. I then noticed it had leaked a pool of acid off to its right. Unbeknownst to me, I now can see that this battery had internal damage, root cause unknown. I then promptly cleaned up the acid using water and a small amount of baking soda to neutralize the acid. At this point I was hoping that everything would be ok. I came back a few days later to find the counter top had sustained permanent damage. We will now have to replace a counter top costing hundreds of dollars. Looking back, I believe this was the following scenario...Company has a bad battery. Company wants to maximize profits so company sends out defective battery in its display packaging as company knows it is not adequate to protect battery, thus battery and display box will be damaged enough to blame the shipper and company can then file a claim and make its money. Meanwhile, customer gets taken advantage of as he/she is told they do not have to send it back but now might have to pay hazardous waste fees to dispose of it and may even sustain other expenses (in my case, a new counter top). The Shipper is out money...the Customer is out money...and the Company wins $$$! Again, this would have never happened if the battery was shipped in a protective padded shipping box.
Amazon has already seen this review prior to them refusing to list it. As of now, they have not reached out to right their wrong.
Desired outcome: They left me with a leaky battery, root cause was either it was leaky before it was shipped or became leaky as insufficient packaging damaged battery during shipment. This was not the shipping companies fault.
Amazon my money and won’t help
Ok let me start from the beginning this issue is recent it’s on going it happen in mid July 2022
My account was blocked so to suspicious activity which I don’t know what the heck I did wrong I just returned a few items I recently ordered for the reason I was unhappy with those items so when I found out my account was blocked I called in on July 23 2022 and spoke to a customer service member they told me that they sent a request to have my account reactivated and that I should be good to go so the next I tried to log back and it was all good I ended up returning a device that I had purchased it wasn’t working anymore and that item was worth $431 upon the return I requested my money to be transferred to my Amazon gift card balance instead of my original payment method the problem Is that the customer service rep forgot to mention that my account would only be open for 72hours so no my account is locked again and my money is stuck inside that account and customer service is refusing to help me they’re like useless no help at all I just want my money to be put back into my original payment method (debit card )

ARGH! Customer service sucks! For some unknown reason my buyers account has been suspended. After over two decades of being a champion of Amazon I don't know what happened... I have probably less than five returns, wrote maybe three reviews and am a prime account user with Prime Video, audible, and music and my account was just suspended out of the blue. This weekend I contacted customer service at least six times and always get the same response "someone will e-mail within 24 hours". First of all it unacceptable that SOMEONE can't resole my issue right away (as most reliable online businesses can), and that NO ONE has contacted me within 24 hours (going on almost three days now). Presently no access to my shopping account, Prime Video and Audible... Am I expected to pay for this service I am not receiving? I am drafting a consumer complaint to the state AG now...

The request for return of the Power Color 6900xt card was through UPS pickup. They came as we were in the car leaving, so UPS waited, we hurried and grabbed the wrong 6900xt box/ new sealed/ and put it in the UPS box, sealed it and UPS driver put a label on it and quickly left. NOW it is in your hands, since June 6th Tracking #1ZY0827926856636531. The problem is we called the next day realizing the wrong Video Card was sent as the return and asked for it to be returned to us. The Customer Service person said they would return it to us as soon as they got it - Then send us the correct card for a full refund no restocking fee will be charged. - BUT it was never sent and we never got it. I called an was told, "Yes, Amazon is liable for the card, once received, so we will find it and return it to you, and if we don't find it we will refund what you paid." We have called many times to resolve this and finally got a nasty "read them the riot act" email, but all the other customer service experiences were supportive, understanding, and tried to help. That is why we buy "Amazon Sold and shipped on Amazon.com.
Now almost two months later, we get an email that says: — "Hello,
As I can check, you believe you returned wrong item instead of coreect item in your return of order #[protected].

Well my faith in Amazon Customer Service has been restored. I think there has been a full refund made and all due to the professional and courteous Customer Service persons who help when you call Amazon or ask for a call back.
Just keep trying. The email posted will be reported as inappropriate protocol and not representing normal Amazon business. Further, the difference from my post and feeling lost to the wind or not getting my card back and told it was disposed of and now is the good fortune of talking to intelligent and creative people Amazon hires to do their Customer Service all over the world.
Amazon is my got place again, so keeping customers happy is good for Amazon and good for consumers.

" , then I contact with the customer service, the customer service told me will refund and asked me to booked the third one, the price different will return to me when I received the order, I re-order the third one with the price of CDN$ 861.16. and Amazon refuse me refund the price different . they told me there are no option to refund this price different.

My son published an e-book through them, which started garnishing excellent reviews. Mine (admittedly but deservedly) was one of the first about a month ago. My birthday is this friday, my son ordered my gift from amazon, and they shut down any and all incoming reviews and removed mine because they assumed - without researching or asking - that I was receiving compensation for my review (surprise - none of the other reviewers have - they don't have birthdays now - or he doesn't know them). We have both tried to contact them repeatedly, and they will not respond. Even sent them a scan of my driver's license to verify my birthday. In the meantime, they will not accept anymore reviews for his wonderful book.
Desired outcome: That they realize their error in their presumption (how many times has this happened to others, I wonder??) and resume posting reviews.

Product never received
I have prime and was told I would receive my order in two days now I keep getting told order will arrive in two more days over and over again. What is the purpose of buying prime with two day shopping and having your order keep getting delayed over and over again, They said I can’t track where my product is it just said tracking by Amazon but no info available. I Paid $139.00 plus tax for full year of prime and this is how they treat me. My last two orders had broken on arrival products in them.
Desired outcome: Want my products and when they arrive not to be damaged that should not be asking to much they have my money.
Prime delivery drivers
I live in a 400+ room apartment building. I,m handicapped & confined to my apartment. I have been with Prime off & on for about 6 years. The problem I have is that the driver NEVER delivers to my door. I have to go on a elevator very painfully to get the packages. I order alot. They leave the packages on a park bench outside the building. I have complained soo many times I gave up. They say they will note the account but NOTHING gets done.It clearly indicates that DO NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGES ON THE PARK BENCH OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY OR IT COULD BE STOLEN. It has happened to me & I have picures to prove it. I guess the drivers just DON'T CARE.
Amazon Prime Delivery Truck
My Thursday, July 21, 2022,. 11:40 AM, I was clearing some branches and yard debris from the tree lawn of my home. I was close to the road when a Amazon Prime Delivery Truck passed me coming within 2-3 feet of where I was working. There was no other traffic and the road was sufficiently wide enough to provide reasonable space.
The truck, Ohio license plate PQM-1912, stopped at my neighbor's house. As the driver delivered the package, I commented that you had driven too close to where I was. I was then greeted with a few choice words which included at least one four letter word. A couple of exchanges took place which were not pleasant followed.
Desired outcome: I want an apology, first I was very concerned with my safety as close as this truck came to me. Second, I really expected a driver from Amazon to be be professional and respectful in addressing people.

Amazon prime
I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my wife, as I always complain about bad policies or practices for her. My wife has Amazon Prime service and she just recently purchased a few items on Prime Day and one of those items was an Apple Watch which said it will be delivered by Monday but now it says it will not be delivered until the 28th of July. I feel she should get credit or something for their failure to deliver with the two day prime service promise. If Amazon is going to have a service that people pay for, then they should honor that service or provide remedy for their negligence and failure to meet the requirements for their own service. This has happened more than this one time. I tired of hearing that she is getting taken avenge of and/or ripped off.
Desired outcome: Amazon to take remedy the situation by giving her credit, free month of prime, or something similar and to take steps to fix the Prime service delivery delays or getting rid of the service.
Next Day Shipping
More and more, I am lured into making a purchase with the promise that it will be delivered the next day, but then on the day it is to be delivered, the date suddenly changes. I don’t mind if a delivery takes two days as long as I know that it is going to take two days when I order it. I kinda feel conned when I am pressured to order something immediately for next day delivery and it doesn’t happen. I might understand when it is a third party involved, but if it is an Amazon warehouse product, it should be delivered when stated. I have always been very impressed with Amazon’s delivery accuracy and timeliness, but over the last few months, not so much. Just wondering what the increase in my Prime membership got me other than unreliable delivery.

I purchased three of the Cloud Cam on August 18, 2018. All three still work just fine and I rely on them.
I understand that there will be no further support for this product at the end of 2022. No explanation, no apology for rendering these devices useless. And I do not wish to buy any more of this sort of thing from them, free one unit of Blink or not.
This is completely rude and inconsiderate. The cameras will effectively be destroyed by this arbitrary action.
Desired outcome: Amazon should make a 100% refund for them.

I submitted an account cancellation request several days ago and have not received any confirmation. My account was compromised three times in the last 60 days. I have experienced no identidy theft issues of any kind with any other vendor, just Amazon. I want to avoid filing the two lawsuits I am preparing and will be filing them in K--g County while I am there next week . I have been trying to escalate for the past two days and all I get are the typical scripted responses from both humans and bots. After all i came across Amazon Helpdesk and resolved my pending cancellation. Thanks to staff.

Closed my account no refund
I returned a package and specifically informed them I wanted back credit on my credit card. Instead, the customer service gave me amazon credit. I called told them that is not what I wanted due to the interest rate. I found out I was charged a second time for the same returned item. They said it would be refunded but felt I needed to contract the credit card company. The credit card company refunded the amount but felt there was fraud. I was then told my amazon account would be restored within 48 hours. It has been 72 hours plus and the account is still locked. I contacted them again today, they informed me it would take longer than two weeks Pual was the representive. I can't tell you the amount, dates, etc., since I locked out of my account and rented college books that I have no access to, and they refused to refund me for books I do not have access to.
Desired outcome: Either access to my books or a refund for digital kindle books purchased. I don't understand why I can't have access to Kindle books it's not fair I purchased and rented books I have no access to.
