I stayed at Hyatt Dreams Vista Cancun 8/29-9/3/24. Unlimited Vacation Club pressured me into listening to their talk about the club. I agreed to spend $750 for a future vacation that the representative told me I could take anytime in the next 18 months. When I called today to book a trip they told me my certificate had expired even though they kept my $750. I want either a refund or promise of your representative made good! The reviews on UVC are horrible on all the review sites where other people have had a BAD experience and this directly reflects very poorly on Hyatt Hotels! [protected]@yahoo.com

Recommendation: Avoid UVC like the plague!!!!
