I signed up for a membership with unlimited vacation club at the breathless hotel in Dominican Republic last year only after I confirmed with the sales agent that the Moon Palace hotel in Cancun Mexico where my son's wedding would be held was including in my membership. I even provided the Moon Palace hotel name and address to the agent and his supervisor and they both had confirmed that the Moon Palace was listed on the membership plan as a choice of hotels.
Five months later, I tried to make reservations at the Moon Palace Hotel for my son's wedding and was told that the hotel was not on my membership plan. Had I known this in accurate information from the beginning I would have never signed for this membership with Unlimited Vacation club.
I was given inaccurate information by the agents from Unlimited vacation club and was scammed into purchasing this membership knowing the fact that the Moon Palace hotel was not included.
I have never used this membership. I tried to cancel this membership recently through the Better Business Bureau because I was misled and scammed into purchasing and your club refused to cancel my membership due no fault of mine. Your club did not even apologize to me for the inaccurate information that your agents had provided to me prior to signing up. This is not the appropriate way for you treat your customers. I now understand why your company is not a member of the BBB.
Unlimited Vacation club scam its members into signing membership contracts, takes your money and unable to deliver what was promised to members prior to signing their contract.
