I have not received my goods. To start with, when I purchased my items, I paid for E-Packet so I can have the goods delivered to me within 11-20 days as I need to complete my customer orders. I needed the goods asap. I get an message online that the goods will be sent for SF Express. I replied back advising I was not happy as I paid and requested specifically for E-Packet. I have sent sent messages to Chen Lucy on the 25th June 2018 and 3rd July 2018 chasing where my goods are as other items I purchased that day from other suppliers and via e-packet were all received ages ago, but still I have not received any communications. I have also tried to communicate via whatsapp, skype and email to the details on their shop page via Aliexpress ie:

but again, no reply.
I have contacted SF Express on a few occasions and still they are refusing to advise where my goods are saying they dont have it. I just want my goods asap. I also appreciate this supplier communicating with its customers. This is not the first time they have failed to communicate.
I dont want a refund as I need the goods asap to fill orders. I want my goods sent asap, via overnight to me as I am losing business to actions not of my own but from one of your stores.

glitch in app causing orders to be duplicated and tripled on aliexpress
I ordered products from many different aliexpress stores on 6/25 and went to pay for all of them on their app. I received a message that there was an error and to try again, so I did. I received the same message. I then went to the individual stores and paid. I just looked at my credit card statement and all the orders have been duplicated and some have been tripled. If you look you can see that they are all the exact orders with the same quantities either twice or 3 times but with a few minutes different. Its not physically possible for me to have gone through the thousands of items in each store and added the exact same ones that quickly. If I wanted that many products I would have ordered 9 of something not 3, 3 different times. There was a glitch in the app. I have gone to customer service but they said I need to reach out to the stores indivdually which I have with no recourse.

I waste a lot of time because your website doesn't let me copy/paste anything. I can't even copy my own old messages and I have to rewrite them.
I understand you don't want people to copy but surely not things that are important. If I am on a chat with your customer service I need to be able to copy order number for them. Twice I have lost my chat while writing order numbers.
You have far to many categories but you don't have one for AliExpress or the AliExpress website.
Please consider your customers. It doesn't make sense to make it harder for them.

I requested a refund and it was marked as 'Refund Processing' on the 23/05/2018. It is still pending completion, and nothing has been refunded to the designated account.

I ordered earrings from a shop named Orsa. Order #91257127236728. I did not receive the earrings. The tracking said the package was delivered. It was not delivered to me. I opened a dispute and was told to go to the Post Office that the package was probably there. I went there and they did not have the package. I went to my account on Ali and the dispute was closed, not in my favor. I feel like I wasnt given enough time. I do not have a car and the post office is not close by. I am 61 and can't walk that far. I got a ride as soon as I could. In my dispute I said I was willing to take a refund or send me the earrings. It took me a while to save for them. I love them and I really want them. I looked for them everyday. I am very sad that I wasn't treated fairly. I always buy from Ali every month. I pray that you can send me my earrings. The shop Its a didn't seem very concerned that I didn't get my earrings. They just told me to remove the dispute. Please reconsider your dicision

I order smartband from aliepxress on may 15 2018 I received product on 27 may 2018, I received manufacturing defective product, I apply for a refund process with the picture they reject my application, so once again appeal for it they rejected again and said no evidance for prove my side, so I taken video and chat with the representatives and send the videos the representatives they told me they have note it down on their system. But after that also I won't get any result.in the meantime I contact seller he also not give proper response to me. I chat with more than 10 representatives of aliepxpress but I won't get money back. One representative apply for a refund on 5th june and say wait for 10 working days, I did that and ask today 19 the june the other representative told me the refund process is taken on 13 the june only so you need to wait for 10 working days upto 27th june. I've placed the order on January 18/2018.. according to tracking number the item arrived on March but I didn't got the item. It never got to my house. I've contacted the supplier and he asked me to wait a few more days. Package wasn't delivered. I've contacted him again and he proposed the refund or the resend the item. I told him to resend the item on April the 28 but the item never came and the supplier stoped answering my messages. Please take some action on this subject.

I ordered over 100 NFL Rings From AliExpress in 2017 and 2018 that I was Collecting to sell on the Internet and at Flea Markets when the weather warmed up. On January 12 of 2018 I had Six Agents from The North Carolina Department of The Secretary Of State Confiscate 113 Remaining Rings that I had Left. They also Confiscated17 Necklaces. I talked to My Bank (BOA) and they said to talk to you about a Refund since the Rings contained Counterfeit Trademarks, even though the Rings were Confiscated. The Agents said it was a Felony to Sell, Buy, or Own the Rings. Since I had no idea that it was illegal to Buy the Rings there were no Charges filed as long as the Rings were turned over to them. My Bank said if I Got no Results then to Call them back and they would turn it over to their Fraud Department and let them Handle it. If necessary they would Contact the NC Dept. of The Secretary of State. I Done a Rough Estimate of the total worth of the Rings and it came up to around $600.00, that includes the Necklaces. I figured my amount was actually less than the actual Amount Owed. If I need to I can Go into a Detailed Count which will show a Larger Amount. I am Also sending a copy Of the Voluntary Surrender Letter With a Card with the Name of the Head Agents Name and a Count of the Items Confiscated. I am Disabled and been sick is the Reason I have been so late getting this to you. It doesn't matter how long it has taken because the fact is the product is Counterfeit and being sold by you, as a matter of Fact they are still being sold by you, which I don't care as long as I get My Money Back. My Bank called me and said I need to get this Resolved as soon as Possible, if not they would go ahead and turn it over to their Fraud Dept., so I need an Answer ASAP. Thanks

hoverboard not charging
I ordered a hoverboard from china and 3 weeks after i received my order the board will not charge . this is a problem for me because i paid a lot of money and was excited to get my order and have a ride of the board . On 03.02.2018 we received three amplifiers (see the full title above) (order number is 89187064820103). Unfortunately we confirmed the order and left poistive feedback before we discovered the damage.
All three amplifiers arrived with some damage on its front panel or the body surface - visible and touchable defects (scrathces, dints, blurred paint etc).
We asked for small discount and the seller promised to give us a discount of 5$, but in reality, whne we made another order, we didn't receive any discount and had to cancel our order.
