AliExpress south african postal service

when I order product on NO CHARGE from aliexpress, the product is ship fast until it reaches south Africa postal service. it can take up to 3 months to get to me when using the south African postal service an one it get here I still need to pay 1.5USD even though it was free delivery. is there a alternative way to ship to avoid the SA postal service. I think you will triple your sales if you can avoid the south African postal service, maybe have local ali Express collecting points in south Africa.

AliExpress never received the shipment

order [protected] / Tracking number LX476827971NL

Although the track/trace information shows that the shipment has been delivered at my address, it never was actally delivered at my address. PostNL can't tell me where the shipment is as the person who actually received the package did not have to sign for it.

And since a signature isn't needed on receival, also PostNL won't create official documents for me, simply because they don't know where the shipment is.

I've contacted the seller multiple times, but to me it seems that this person doesn't understand the English language as he kept on asking me for offical documents from PostNL. I've explained at least 4 times that they won't create those documents as they don't know where they delivered this shipment. All they know is what their app says, but really that is not the truth, as I never received it.

So, since there was no progress with the seller, I opened a dispute, but that seems to be a fart, it STINKS and ... well that's all it just STINKS a lot!

Where is the buyers protection that you are advertising with?

AliExpress just blames me fir the fact that the shipment is lost. BUT THEY ARE THE ROOTCAUSE of this as they send out shipments for which the receiver doesn't have to sign ...

So all that Mr. or Mrs. post(wo)man has to do is: say they delivered the shipment and in the evening the can try to sel it on Ebay ... I'm not saying they do this, but AliExpress gives them a big oppertunity to do so!

So, who is going to deliver me the shipment for which I paid?

AliExpress delivery

I ordered two things in last may .I did not get my item until this time.Order ID: [protected] and Order ID: [protected].I'm in Ajman now. I ordered one mobile cover and pouches. Two months ago I had ordered. Requests to be sent as soon as possible. I do not know if there is any other procedure. Please inform me if it exists. If you want any further details, send it in the next mail.

AliExpress scarfs that I didn't receive - order no. [protected]

Hello, I have ordered three scarfs with this company. I still haven't received them after waiting a long time. I have contacted the seller and he keeps telling me that the package is at the postoffice. I have been there but the postoffice doesn't have the package. Therefore I want my money back. The seller keeps telling me I have to be patient and that I have to go the post office. But I have been there numerous times and they don't have the package.
I filed a disputed but that hasn't solved the problem. I got the message the dispute has been settled, btut that is NOT the case at all.
Therefore I am now filing an official complaint.

AliExpress anti theft backpack

15.6 Inch Laptop Anti-theft Men Backpack With USB Charging Headphone Interface Port Lock Business Waterproof Gray Drop Shipping?The seller has said it is 15.6 inch but the actual size is 12. I got to know after I ordered it.

After I ordered it the order got closed and they said they will give me refund and now it has been more than 15 days for a $18 refund.

В указанное время был произведен заказ, произошло списание денежных средств с моей карты. примерно в течении часа я отменил заказ, продавец не успел отправить заказ. На данный момент с момента отмены заказа прошло 22 дня, но денежные средства так и не поступили на мой счет обратно. Продавец утверждает, что он вернул денежные средства сразу после отмены заказа. Так же он посоветовал обратится к вам для решения данной проблемы ( показано на скриншоте разговора ). Прошу возврата моих денежных средств.

AliExpress original abv brand bateria

I have ordered and paid US$ 3.69 for a battery at this seller but my order never came to my address, before the time is up I already contacted the seller but he asked me to wait, and not opening "dispute", later it seems that he is buying the time. My order ID is: [protected]. Order time: 2018 02 23 at 16:33. My order is: Original ABV Brand bateria BL5C BL-5C. The battery for mobile phone never came to me. I asked the seller to return my money to my credit card (the way I pay him) but he didn't answer me. Seller name is Lei Shen.

I didn't get my ordered product.

This was the tracking number RB478492768SG.

I have contacted delivering service from my country and they answer me this:
"Due to the incomplete address of the recipient, the item was dispatched from the authorized customs post office in Novi Sad, ordered by the Customs House Novi Sad, in order to return the sender. According to the information we have available, the address of the consignee didn't have surname of the recipient."

Than I contact seller and he told me that he will send me back when he receive product back.

It's been more than 5 months since I ordered product.
How I can be sure that he didn't receive product yet?
Is there any mechanism that you can check that?

AliExpress unethical behaviour

I ordered several products from aliexpress. But I was not informed that there is 50% custom tax for my order. I didn't receive my products and they are returned. I have showed the customer survice of Aliexpress the proof that the ordered products are returned. Aliexpress promised me to refund for the order. Unfortunatetly, I didn't received any positve feedback from them. And I have waited for around 3 months.

AliExpress order id [protected]. order date 31/05/2018 @1953 and the amount of £20.79

As written above I changed my order almost 7 weeks now with no refund. Seller gave me 15 working days that was from 18th of June, when I spoke to her again on the 11th of July she gave me another 15working days and when I challenged her she then referred me to aliexpress. I'll my money refunded as soon a possible i've been very patient.

AliExpress not receiving promised refund

A problem arrised for Order number: [protected]
Before buying this watch I specifically asked for availabitity of Dutch language.
The seller confimed that it has Dutch language. I bought the watch. Upon arrival it became clear there was no Dutch language and I asked the seller for a solution. Also I opened a dispute.
In the dispute I uploaded the necessary evidence . The seller promised to refund the watch and the return shipping because they made the mistake. That is also in the evidence.
I send back the watch on april 18 and the seller got it on May 3.
The seller does not make the refund. I asked for it in several messages and in the end they do not respond on my messages at all.
I asked for help from the chat team. They promised time and time again to solve the problem but up to now nothing happens.
So now I ask you for help to get my money back
In the dispute is all the evidence that I am in my right.
If you need further proof I can Mail it to you.

AliExpress order id - [protected]

Seller, loving photo store shipped to me a faulty item and asked to go fix it for him that he will pay for repairs which I did after telling him I can't fix it because it's his fault send a bad item to me, after begging me I took it to two engineer and they both said it a software issue that I should return it to the company, I informed the seller he said I should please buy a new battery for the remote i did that too and it didn't work, he said i should send a video him on YouTube I sent him one and he did nothing, then he said I should ship it back to him I declined at first because it inconvenience for me but I did that too but shipping it to China is $83 And he only offered to pay $10 it's is very bad for Ali express platform it will only discourage you customers and I believe it is my right as a diamond member of Ali express to get a fair judgement. Thanks

The seller seem to me knew the product is bad he just sent it so that he could get rid of it, I will stop buying from Ali express and also inform my friends and family to be ware of shopping on Ali express if the case is not handle well .

AliExpress [protected]- dress not received

hi there,

I ordered dress for my daughter to attend wedding that will be this Friday 13th July. I ordered it back in February 2018 so 6 months ago. In April I have contacted company saying I still haven't received it and they said they will send it again but they haven't.

I cannot open dispute with them as it say the order has been accepted. I don't know how it could be accepted when I haven't received it,

I had to buy new dress for my daughter so I would like to get my money EUR € 15, 89 back please.

AliExpress unethical behaviour

Order ID: [protected], please check this order id and the amount of time the customer care team takes to give a resolution. It is very embarassing to deal with your team who handles the disputes. The wait is for ever and i feel that the company favours the sellers.

I have places an order (Order ID: [protected]), item was shipped and the last tracking was on may 23. since then there is no update on the order.
when contacting the seller, the response is not satisfactory. raised the dispute, but even then they keep on increasing teh date for refund.

had to fight tooth and nail to get a solution.

very bad customer service. this experience have made me not to come back to your site.

AliExpress amd central processing unit not delivered

3 months ago I ordered a amd athlon 4850e from alex press.com for $5.00 roughly zar 60.00 and it never arrived. It was supposed to arrive between 13 may and 2 june but now it's the 10th of july for goodness sake and it's still not here, also it said if not delivered in 60 days they will give me a refund but they still haven't. This seller still sells the cpus for the same price and personally I think he/she be banned from selling on this site. All i'm asking for is that my package be redelivered/delivered.

[protected]... This order was defective so I returned it (this was the second similar item with the same defect) but no replacement received.

If this is the service from ALIEXPRESS then I will not be using this again. Thanks

AliExpress product not received - order id: [protected] seller: xaybzc store

I ordered a product in February from this seller. Time went on and I have not received it. I wrote to the seller that I have not received the product and we agreed to give me full refund.
But there was a problem. I needed to "open dispute" but it was not available anymore.So I told the seller it is a problem, and he/she (zheng zhenjing) told me it is OK they going to solve it.
But than he wrote me to wait for the product and if it is not arrives than he will give me full refund. I told him that is do not want to wait anymore I want my money back. Than he told me again to open dispute, and started to repeat himself. It is like I would speak to a robot. Last time he wrote me with some other language I cannot even read the letters.

I paid for a Bob Marley shirt for $9.96 on May 26th 2018 The order number is [protected] and have not received it. The number on the shirt order is TXS mt55 m. My name is Sue Wells and I need a response. The company gave me an e-mail that said my order was sent to me and sent back. There was no reason for that. My phone number is [protected]. I have ordered a 'Women High Waist New Floral Shirt Girl Casual Shorts Print Short Summer Beach' on the 2nd of April and have received no order in which I have purchased via Credit Card. I have paid €3.73 and the order has not arrived. I have directly contacted the seller and(s) he had reassured me that the order was in transit and was held in customs. I repeatedly enquired about the whereabouts of my order and the seller, by the name of 'Trend Clothes Store', and the seller refused to directly answer on the whereabouts of my order. I asked about acquiring a refund, however the seller tried their utmost best to give a refund for a product that never arrived. After demanding a refund as it began to get quite frustrating as the representative in which whom would not give a refund continued to avoid the outcome of giving such refund. I am politely asking you help resolve such issue as I frequently purchase off your website using your app. Hope this issue can be resolved.
