Aldi Great Value

I love Aldi's! What an amazing store and employees.

The freshness of their food is incredible and an amazing value too.

Example - 8lb Standing Prime Rib Roast - $63.84 I have paid local Butchers over $125 for 4-5lbs and they are nowhere near as tender and flavorful as Aldi's.

Their employees are very helpful and kind. I wonder why do small companies like this do so well and the big guys can't get things right?

Aldi Fruits and Veggies are cheap eggs too

Lafayette, LA first time shopping there. Next time I will be more prepared Bring a quarter for your basket and your own bags. It's ok if you forget your quarter the manager will give you one. Also to purchase a brown bag is only.12 cents. Some of there products doesn't look to be from this country but still some great stuff. I purchased Strawberries for less than 2.50 and they looked fresh. I'm really impressed. I'm not to sure about there meat I prefer to go to a butcher or a meat market. There lunch meat looks good to.

Aldi Above and Beyond

I would like to say how helpful everyone is every time I visit Aldi. Today I was the Rochester, MN North location. I could not find an item on the floor and asked someone for assistance. She did not remember seeing them in the store but quickly offered to check in back. Unable to locate them she yet again, quickly offered to look it up in the computer system and it said 9 of the item I wanted was available. Megan was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for when she very easily could've said (what we usually hear from customer service sales people), "what is on the shelf is what we have". I am SO thankful she took the time for me. Huge kudos for GREAT customer service. Thank you again, Megan

Aldi Diet Green Tea

We've been Aldi's customers for several years. Our main purchases have always been milk, eggs, ice cream, low calorie snacks and diet Green Tea. My comment concerns the diet Green Tea. Two years ago, we found we preferred the tea, in individual bottles, we get from Aldi's rather than the name brand at other grocery stores. It was so good, we would buy 4 cases at a time. However, recently, something has changed with the diet tea. Not only is the Label different, but now it includes 5 calories, where before it was 0 calories. Not only that, the taste, now, has a bad after taste. We, now, make tea at home, instead of drinking the diet Green Tea, all the time, like before. In fact, we didn't buy any diet green tea, at all, today. Please, try to go back to the other recipe.

Aldi Impressed with their improvement!

I've been shopping at Aldi for as long as I can remember but in recent years I've been shopping there a whole lot more! The quality of the food has gotten much better and ever since they re-modeled my local store, they provided a larger selection of products to choose from. I get some of my staple groceries there such as bread, spring mix (which is amazing), deli meat, granola bars, bottled water, and frozen veggies for quick meals. Their organic line is also very tasty and reasonably priced, I absolutely love their Simply Nature multigrain tortilla chips! Almost all their off-brand products I've tried are close to indistinguishable from brand names, which they also provide a little of. I live right by the store and can always take my time shopping unless it's super busy! I always look forward to re-stocking anything I need from there, absolutely a money saver and a fun place to shop and try new things.

Aldi Greatfully Satisfied!

I live in Manatee County Florida. The only other grocery "main chains" here are Publix & Winn Dixie. Prices have gone off the charts & would honestly say double, compared to what you have to pay at Publix. I love the variety of specialty items offered at Aldi's & really uphold an exceptional quality. I love eating healthy & Aldi's make that possible with their pricing on fruits & veggies. Yes, you need to pick carefully & items have a short shelf life...but I never buy more of perishable items that I can utilize within 1-3 days. Their own condiments & cooking aids, are very flavorful. Being of German decent, it is also an added bonus to see those items stocked as well. The only negative thing I can say is that they run low on inventory quickly. I've learned to go during the time of the week, where I know it will be well stocked. I would also like to see more of misc goodie isle to have more selection here locally.

Aldi Best service, prices and ethics

I was skeptical at first... why do I need a quarter? Where are the bags? But then, I saw the difference. Excellent prices on organic food, which means I can now eat more than one cup of food per day. I haven't run out since Aldi came to town. The staff is paid well, given seats and are very happy. I can now get avocados and organic frozen fruit for smoothies, everyday. The selection could grow, I'm a little disappointed that there's organic milk, but not half and half. Why would you want pesticides, chemicals and pus in your half and half if you didn't want it in your milk? Aside from thatthat, they have special weird deals, like I was saving for over a year to get an 8" memory foam mattress, I had a weird last minute decision to go to aldi. I found one and only one, 8" memory foam mattress, in twin, the only size I could use. It was half the price, so I got it. I have severe degenerative joint disease. Since then, my pain is reduced by at least 60%. Thank you Aldi!

Aldi Aldi twin pack of porterhouse steak with garlic butter

Yesterday I purchased a twin pack of porterhouse steak for a BBQ today, I have been recently buying a similar product from Woolworths and needed two more pieces so I grabbed a two pack from your Bribie Island store, basically to save me stopping at the other shop. When I opened the Aldi package it was around half the thickness of the Woolworths which straight away caused me headaches as I had calculated that on a previous experience this was the necessary time for a perfectly cooked steak, medium rare and as tender as you could make, 4 minutes on each side. I cooked the Woolworths for around three minute and then the Aldi so by the time I had finished the Aldi had two minutes on each side, the result two perfect Woolworths and two chewy, gristly Aldi steaks, probably the last steaks I will buy from Aldi. On a brighter note many of you Aldi products are excellent but when will Le Pav cheese be back for its cameo appearance, probably the best soft cheese we have ever eaten

Aldi Product that you need to stock

You had a plant based Italian seasoned breadless crumb by Simply Nature. It was on the specialty food aisle. This product needs to become a standard stock item for your stores. There are so many people now that need gluten free and this product was excellent. I would highly recommend this become a regular for your store as I have recommended it to many but it is not available.

Recommendation: I have told multiple people about this excellent product but you are out of this in our store.

Aldi Service at Rutherford NSW Aldi

Hi

I am writing this on behalf of my friend. This morning, she went to Aldi at Rutherford to purchase one of the mattresses. She asked for assistance to put it in her car and was told that they could not do that. They are allowed to help in store but not in the carpark. So, she struggled with the mattress into her car. She turned around to put the trolley back and saw the staff assisting someone to put a mattress into their car. Robyn went back into the store to ask why the other person got help and she was denied assistance. First, she was told by the staff that the other person was a staff member. Robyn asked again why help them and not me. She was then told they helped cause the person was pregnant. Robyn then started to get upset and said, "well I've had breast cancer and two boobs removed so why can't you help me." She started to get upset and she did swear. She was then told to leave the store and that she was now banned for entering the store in the future. Again, she got upset with them and swore. Now she has calmed down she does regret swearing at the staff. She was getting upset because she has had back surgery and after lifting the mattress into her car she was in lots of pain.

Desired outcome: We would like an explanation please to why someone can be told no you cannot have assistance and then not even five minutes later the same are helping someone with the same product into a car in the same carpark.

Thankyou so much for your compassionate words.

Yes consistent policy's would mean this whole situation would not have happened.

The person that did receive assistance was supposed to be a staff member, they should have known they are to bring their own help with them as staff on duty cannot help in the carpark.

It's disappointing to hear that the staff weren't consistent in their assistance policies, especially when Robyn could have used some help with her health concerns. It seems like they missed an opportunity to show a little empathy and kindness, which can go a long way, especially in a challenging situation like this.

It's understandable that Robyn was upset, especially after struggling to get the mattress into her car and then seeing others receive help she was denied. It’s one thing to have a policy, but it’s another to apply it inconsistently and leave someone feeling hurt and ignored.

While swearing wasn't the ideal reaction, it’s easy to see how the situation might have overwhelmed her given her past experiences and current pain. Hopefully, Aldi can learn from this and provide clearer guidance to their staff to avoid situations like this in the future.

I hope Robyn recovers quickly from her pain and feels better soon. Remind her that she's been through a lot and shown incredible strength, and I hope her next shopping experience is much smoother and stress-free.

Aldi Aldi Mobile $45 Family Plan

I purchased the family plan on line for $45.

I received 2 sim cards

Ower Activiation code 6e23uc

Card number [protected]

2nd card number is [protected]

I have tried multiple times to activate this plan without success.

I contact Aldi and the lady was very difficult to understand and told me that I have received a refund, which is incorrect.

Each time I try to activate the plan it debits my account again for $45 and then when it fails, after going through the entire process, my 2nd debit of $45 is refund within a couple of days.

I am seeking a refund for the $45 for ordering the sim cards on line in the first instance, not the amount when trying to activate the plan.

I have the sim cards, they are useless to me and I would like a refund of $45.00 please.

You have my account details, as I advised above I have spoke to customer service and she checked all my details.

Claimed loss: Aldi Mobile Sim Family Plan of $45.00 does not work. Have tried several times to activate. I have also contacted customer service without success.I would like a refund. I am fed up

Aldi Barissimo iced latte

When I opened this unopened bottle at my home, poured half a cup, and attempted to take a drink of it, only to know the moment the liquid product was in my mouth, it had a strong chemical odor and sting while in my mouth. I knew it was a strong cleaning agent of some kind that got into the bottle and then the bottle was filled. I have the liquid here with the original bottle. I request to be contacted asap, as other barissimo coffee products could be trainted with a foreign substance not intended to be sent for purchase to the public.

I bought the product at aldi's located at: 1481 sw pine island rd, cape coral fl 33991. The bar code reads: [protected], best by date: 11-16-2024. I can be reached at my home address: 4852 flamingo drive, st. James city fl 33956, cell: [protected].

Claimed loss: Left to be known, as I believe I had a toxic cleaning agent that I drank from the bottle, but did not swallow the toxic drink, but it was in my mouth for about 7 seconds, until I could get to my kitchen sink to spit it out in my sink.

Aldi No contact with Australian stores except through social media platforms

Not enough information on the Australian website for Customer service Contact,

I refuse and will not even try contacting any store through Social Media Platforms (I do not trust Them), Aldi either has Customer Support to Contact or they Dont.

Contact page also doesnt supply enough Information or allow contact to Customer Service Support..

I am trying to find out if I can Purchase online and have the Order be sent "through Australia Post to my Location which is like *8 Hours away from the Nearest Store"?

BUT there is no option besides social media (which I no longer trust) to ask anyone this question...

Desired outcome: Like to see Information on the Website that links DIRECTLY to Customer Support, not the standard FAQ, not given the run around looking for answers that arent there...Also an answer to my question ?

We bought the wine for a party which tasted much like vinegar and had sediment when poured into a glass. When we tried to return the wine at your Boynton Beach store we were advised that alcohol could not be returned. We would not have returned the wine if it was fit to drink. NOT HAPPY!

Aldi Accident

Went to Aldi seacroft leeds on Saturday 24 at about 6.45 my partner tripped on the wheel of a cage trolley in the isle and complained to a member of staff I think her name was Donna she shrugged me of and said it’s not down to us and wasn’t her problem she was very dismissive in the process of trip g I hurt my finger quiet badly I am complaining because if I could easily trip then it could happen to a elderly person I think something should be done and cage trolles should boy be left in or a side of a isle that’s basic health and safety my name is Philip smith

I was walking by the fruit isle. I said "excuse me" to the staff and picked up pineapple. Aldi Servis and behaviour

In the beginning, I would like to say, I love your shop with ALDI the prices and some of the products are fantastic I do shopping for years, but one of the shop in Solihull Shelly, it’s not quite right with the staff not all of them a few of them never say good morning, they never say how are you Which is not right when you working in the front of the shop with the customers are used to work in hotels and restaurants in my life and if you’re not happy to speak with the people go to the back of the house and I work there I’ve been today Just grab some three items and one of the manager, the blonde lady literally shouting to me to take a basket I don’t think so this is the rules of the shop 😕 that you have to take the basket which the not always clean and a not is a first time I’m really disappointing about the that manager who is talking to me like that when was the hair staff on around the stock products on the shelf

Usually I’m don’t complaints to ruin someone life, but that person they have to think what you wanna do on the front of the shop or she can stay in the office in the admin job. Maybe this is the better for her. I wish. All the best for Aldi

Aldi unavailable product in my local store

I have tried to contact you on your customer services chat line but this was absolutely useless.

My grandaughter is 7 mts old. She has been on your Mamia infant food 1 -since birth and has thrived well so I now wish to offer her Mamia 2 but when i enquired in my local store the manager told me that you do sell this but it is not stocked in Aldi New Southgate store London

He told me I'd have to find out which of your stores in London actually sell it and i'd have to travel wherever to buy it. I'm in my seventies and not as active as i used to be.

I was so disappointed with his response and ask if there is some other solution you could offer. I await your reply

Aldi Family size enchiladas

*9478 470/049/001/015 01/27/24 02:44 p.m. we had company and we purchased 4-family size enchiladas and we cooked them for 75 mins, When they were done we served them buffet style, with tortilia chips and refried beans. The enchiladas were terrible they tased sour and they tasted like they were freezer burned. the enchiladas were so bad when you picked them up they fell apart and crumbeled and you could not even eat them. The cheese was so strong it made one man throw up. It ruined our dinner for 11 people. This is my first time to have a bad experience with Aldi. Aldi Customer Service

I put my products on the belt before the POS.

The attendant didn't wait for the previous Customer to finish at POS.

Started to push my items through. i said ill pit the items in my lunch pack, i put my frank green water bottle on the silver part next to the attendant however the items were piling up as the belt kept rolling and the attendant knocked over my frank green water bottle and smashed photo attached.

No apology or compensation for his fault only to me and purchasing add on water to my transaction that i didn't need to pay.

I'm seeking compensation as i have had to purchase a new lid and extra water this day.

November 17, 2023, around 2:00 PM Eastern standard time I purchased a Beef Stew Kit at Aldi's on Alexis Road Toledo, Ohio. Upon opening the beef stew kit, the potatoes had a black film which I threw away. The meat had at least 25% fat lose in the package and more attached to the meat which had no consistence in size or shape, looked like for extra weight...

Good afternoon, November 13, 2023

First and foremost, most of the cashiers at ALDI are awesome! The cashier by the name of Nakita was very rude and very impatient! She just threw my groceries in the buggy which I thought was rude. While I was standing in front of the buggy waiting to pay for my items, Nakita asked me to remove my items because she needed her buggy which is understandable. However, Nakita did not give me enough time to finish paying for my items before she proceeded to roll the buggy over my feet. I had to push the buggy back and verbally inform her that she was going to roll that heavy buggy over my feet. Instead of her apologizing, Nakita ignored me. Nakita's actions were very unprofessional, impatient of her, and she could have injured my right foot.

From my perspective, this is a bad look for ALDI's, and Nakita could have waited until I was done or asked to use another buggy from the next customer like everyone else does. Unfortunately, this was my first negative experience with an ALDI's cashier.

Next, to express my concerns, I did address the issues before I walked out and she was still rude, I brought this incident to her manager / supervisor attention as well, and the manager apologized.

Moving forward, I understand that cashiers have a quota to make, but that doesn't include being disrespectful to customers because you are in a rush. I believe that Nakita needs to be trained on how to interact with customers, to make better decisions, and de-escalation tactics. As I verbally informed Nakita that she works for ALDI, I don't. Meaning that she should represent ALDI"s as an employee.

Lastly, Nakita a beautiful young lady with a very nasty disposition. These qualities in a cashier will ruin ADLI's reputation for giving fast and friendly service.

El 20 de octubre compré tres paquetes de bayas congeladas en Aldi, Avda. Josep Tarradelles 13, Girona 17006, España.

Los puse en una bolsa para congelar que contenía otros alimentos congelados que había comprado en Lidl, que está al lado de su Aldi.

Media hora después, en casa, saqué todo de la bolsa del congelador. Sus tres paquetes de bayas fueron descongelados. Todo lo de Lidl permaneció debidamente congelado.

Compro sus bayas porque son muy buenas. Probé las bayas; Tanto el sabor como la consistencia estaban raros, desagradables. No tenía intención de volver a la tienda, tiré los tres paquetes a la basura.

Algo anda mal con los congeladores que recubren la pared de esta tienda Aldi, la mayoría de los compartimentos están vacíos. Esto indica que probablemente algo anda mal, sin embargo, se da por sentado que lo que se ofrece a la venta es comestible. Es su responsabilidad asegurarse de que los alimentos vendidos sean comestibles. Si sus congeladores están defectuosos, no venda nada de ellos.

De haber tirado los paquetes, no tengo el código EAN ni el número de lote. Pero puede rastrear la venta a través de lo siguiente:

Aldi Trespassed for trying to help

I was just shopping in my local store when i observed a woman shoplifting. I saw the manager in the stockroom and went to tell him. I was only a few feet in the room and before I could speak he started yelling at me to leave the room. I started to walk back out and as I was doing so I told him I had some information for him. He said he didn't care just stay out of the back room so as I walked away I said "If you don't care that your being robbed I guess I guess I don't care any more either." A few minutes later he came to me at the register and aggressively demanded I tell him what he had just refused to hear. I replied that I was no longer interested in giving him that information and he became livid and started screaming at the top of his voice that I was entitled and had better speak up. I replied that if he wasn't being an [censored] about it I would but now I'm not. He then made false claims that I came in the back room cussing at him and trespassed me from the store. As I was walking out the door he followed yelling the whole time and extended his middle finger towards me.

I am a sixty year old veteran with health issues and no car and that store is the only place I can conveniently shop. So now I have to find a way to get groceries that I can't afford from a store miles away.

Desired outcome: I would like the trespass removed and it wouldn't hurt to hear an apology from a man who seems to me has let being a manager go to his head. All he had to do was be civil to me from the outset.

Purchased with Instacart Aldi order! This is the Aldi bagel and the bagel was BURNT! Not just 1 the whole bag was Burnt…. What happened to quality control? And I purchased tomatoes on the vine which were all oosing split and had mold! I’m disappointed in both quality not being checked properly to damage to my purchases! Please check these items

Aldi Aldi Cream.

Bought Aldi Cream useby date 16/9/23. From Churchill Centre Store S.A.

On the 7/9/23 put it on a Bakery $15 Apple Pie when having friends for Dinner. The cream was put on everyones pie and my Husband started eating and on first bite spat it out and no one could eat it. The taste was horrific it was off as something else was in it, just disgusting.

Desired outcome: Compensation for ruined Apple pie that had to be thrown in the bin because of the bad Aldi Cream. The Cream Told sorry about the Apple pie!!! not good enough. The $15 Apple pie had to be thrown because of Aldi cream..
