I rented a car at Alamo at Charleston, SC on 10/19 to 10/24. Upon return, I was told there was damage by an "agent" who could not or would not verify if the damage was there before I rented the car, as I told him it was. Instead, he wasted my time, was rude and refused to even attempt to determine if what I was saying was true. After 10 minutes of hearing that he had to document my damage (not true) and continued nasty attitude, I asked for the manager, Parker who at least attempted to be professional. I'd this is how Alamo runs its business you can be sure I will not be back. You need to fire the agent from today - I have rarely encountered such an attitude. And update your systems to the 21st century so you can check on a basic iPad what the car's history is. U believably bad service.
