Alamo Rent A Car review: Service ( 1 comment)

Hello Team Alamo,

My name is Ogechukwu Amasiatu. I rented a VOLKSWAGEN GREA/SILVER with Designation Nr: WI-UD6174 from Alamo at the Munich Airport in Germany on 27.07.2026.

The personnel who attended to me has the name Mr. “MOMO” on his badge.

This person collected all my information and payment, but I did not receive the usual Rental Agreement as I usually do via email in the past nearly 2 years of renting from ALAMO.

I think it is quite a strange development and new. I also noticed that this person did not give any digital document to sign. I saw that other ALAMO staff offered digital documents to other customers.

Although, Mr. MOMO was very rude and disrespectful (This person slammed my driver’s license and National ID back at me on the counter and told me "NO MORE CAR FOR YOU all because I told him my information in the ALAMO system since I booked a car). I will suggest this person receives proper training on how to behave towards customers as this is very offensive and not good for driving especially.
