I subscribed to 3999/- INR plan. However, voice, SMS, and Data are not activated. First of all, it is very difficult to reach Airtel (you are on hold on Whatsapp for a significant amount of time, which wears your patience) and when the rep comes, he 'parrot's the same msg. Does not raise a ticket or solves the problem. Hangs up the session. So, my time is wasted even trying to resolve.

I have been a customer of Airtel for 15 years. Planning to move out .

Claimed loss: 3999 INR

Desired outcome: Refund the amount. I don't have any higher expectations from Airtel.
