This is my 6th complaint regarding postpaid bill not receive ..you people is not responding well ...if your not able to deliver my bill in time means i am not able to claim to my company ..this big issue facing last 3 year, i am not receive any postpaid bill in time...last 3 year i am paying in my pocket money ...this month i will not pay bill sory for that ...will i am calling to your customer care they are giving one call register number but ther no use...pls help to close this issue

dear sir,

i was using airtel number [protected], and i had closed the number 6 to 7 months before after paying all the dues. also i had no reciepts regarding the last payment done by me. now airtel official are telling me that i have to pay 4000 for clearing the dues. but i want to know why should i pay if i had already paid the due amount 6 month back.also when i closed the number at that time your server was down and i had recieved hand written payment slip from your official.please tell me what should i do.please revert me back ASAP.

i am highly disappointed with airtel RC bahulplaza jammu this time as i have been a customer of airtel from last 5 years.
I went to RC Bahu plaza for closing of my no [protected] as i am shifting to deli for official reasons.but they somehow convinced me to get my no reallocated to Delhi with first 5 digits of my changed & also changed my no to [protected] from [protected] .they handed me a slip with their stamp on it for relocation in Delhi after giving my address proof .they told me to go to any RC in delhi & provide the slip given to me to them & i will get my no reallocated without issues & they also asked me to pay RS 300/- in my account which i payed them.but now in delhi the are saying that jammu RC has mis guided me & my no can't be reallocated
& as i asked them my account balance it is Rs. -287/- & they also told me that i can't get this money back now .as i am on roaming i have to discontinue my no & i contacted 121 for this & they deactivated my sim .Now please help me out .
please do something so that i don't lose my money & also take some action against the concerened RC officers for misguiding
me & taking extra money from me as i have faced lot of embarassment at southex RC delhi.the officers there are very rude.

first of all, air-tel have substandard customer care executive and they even don't know how 2 great people and how 2 hear their problem, they only just trying 2 disconnect the call as soon as possible, even when customer is paying for this call.
I have informed C.C.E about my customer care service was blocked for 4 months and they gave me first complaint no- [protected] and they ask to wait for 48 hrs. After 3 days level 2 people attended my phone and promise to solve the issue in next 48 hrs. now one week passed still my customer support service is barred.
beside this service provider also disconnect my mobile internet ...there is always setting's error.
now i am totally harassed and exhausted to continue using air-tel services.

My cell phone has lost recently and I asked customer care to block my number. This is very much frustrating that instead of continuously following up and making at least 10 calls per day to customer care, they haven't blocked it since last 4 days. I am very much worried about any misuse of this but the airtel guys are really irresponsible, very time they asked that server is down. I don't know if continuously till 3-5 days server is down than what service is Airtel is providing to its customer. This time I am really done a mistake to choose airtel.

i have got today call from aritel regarding Bejan daruwala event and i have cute it immidiatly but after 10 mins my reduced my 15 Rs in my account
what to do now ?
and i also know costomer care nomber for compalain department but they not beleive and not refund ! always ur company doing this with costomer

its the worst service provider i have ever come across in my entire life.From past 2 weels i m unable to make any calls .And if after trying for hours and hours the call gets connected it will get disconnected in few seconds with the amount deducted from your balance.Also the connectivity shows high & good on my phone inspite of that I am not able to get connected.When I try to call up customer care again it does not allow you or give you an option to talk to the representative.You can just browse to the 4th option or sometimes just keep selecting the language for ever.I even tried calling the other cell which was next to me & had a good connectivity it still shows error in connection for hours and hours.During an emergency this can prove fatal.I would advise everyone never go for airtel.Its very very annoying

on 6/11/2011 my inter net plan has been changed to 1GB without my confirmation earlier i was using Rs 98 plan 2GB, After using 1GB plan for 15 days, I maintained Min bal of Rs 105 for my next 2GB plan renewal on date 18/1/2011 but unfortunately on 20/1/2011 again it has been activated to 1GB plan with out confirmation for 14 days validity. During this period I was unable to surf the internet propery, against this i has raised complaint on 20/1/2011 cmoud30120600113 saying that it will resolve on 28/1/11, but problem has not been solved. on 2/02/2011 I have been charged Rs 34 for internet surfing as my validity for 1GB suring has been completed .this time also i have not got confirmtion saying that you will be charged 1paise for 10 kb please reimburse me the amount of RS 34+60+60=154 as early as possible for continue your services

I've taken airtel postpaid connection ([protected]) I'm not able to receive calls from some BSNL nos. Guy who are calling me hears the msg "this no. does not exist" 2nd thing is when I'm sending sms to any 4 digit no. (7575, 8888 etc) reply i got is "this facility is not available to ur no". I'm complaining from 14th june continuously but customer care executives are just giving another date. What a horrible service!

Airtel has given a wrong detail to me. The caller from airtel named NITIN says that i was among the special customers of airtel and i was given a special scheme that i can use the airtel unlimited internet plan of Rs. 500 for 2 months instead of 1 month. He also said that my speed in the internet connection will be the Hi-Tech speed i.e. 12-16 kbp/s. But i am getting the speed of maximum 4.1 kbp/s only.He also Confirm this issue by transferring the call to his senior and activate the service.

Airtel has no commitment and very poor service in Chinchwad region.
Airtel service engg are least bother about you isseses even they close you issues without coming to your place and resolving it. I have escalted these issues to airtel call center too but they also feel that chichwad service engg's are complicent and they don't want to work and resolve isse. they only speak about resolving it but never bring solution.

i request you all to look for better alternative like tatasky instead of AIrtel DTH ( this service gives lot of isses in rainy season due to poor coveage and network signels)

****ATTACHING THE COPY OF MAIL SEND TO NODAL OFFICER*****even this bounced stating that the nodal officer's mial box was full... of complaints ofcourse!
I am Binish one of the very unfortunates to have taken an airtel DTH and most regrettable to have spoken to the infamous airtel support personals.. Complaint raised on 10th of Jan.(as per Airtel its 13th!) – regarding not able to view top-up channels.
To have the entire story of one month conversation very short, I still do not have a resolution with my initial problem, even when I get messages regularly on my phone that the issue is resolved! from different departments. Out of pure frustration and no hope left for a resolution from Tech support, I am not calling back 12150. (There are numerous instances where, even escalation desk personals were indifferent and rude and non-cooperative)
Sum total of the issue is that after having recharged with 250 RS on 10th Jan I am left with a negative balance of –Rs 8 Rs on 8th Feb. Approx Rs 9/Day for the south new value package with no top ups working, which is blasphemous and ridiculous.. Kindly provide a resolution or return my money.

I AM A CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL FOR LAST 7 YEARS. IN 2004 I PAID RS.900.00 TO MAKE MY CONNECTION TO LIFETIME. I GOT SMS CONFIRMATION AS TILL 2024. TILL LAST DECEMBER 2009 I WERE USED THIS CONNECTION. BEING A DUBAI RESIDENT, I ALWAYS USING ON MY VECASION. AFTER 5 MONTHS I AM TRIED MY CONNECTION. NOW MY CONNECTION IS USING BY ANOTHER PERSON, HE TELLING HE GOT CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL.

I CONTACTED THE AIRTEL PEOPLE, THEY ARE TELLING IF U R NOT USING 3 MONTHS IT WILL BE RECYCLED AND ALLOTED TO OTHERS.

BY ACCEPTING 900 RUPEES THEY CONFIRMED THAT UR SIM WILL EXPIRE ON 2024.

PLEASE AWARE OF AIRTEL, TODAY OFFERS ONLY FOR TODAY DONT EXPECT MORE - LIFETIME CHEATERS

i got a sms from airtel on 23 december 2010 that khel khel mein service has been activated and rs.10 were deducted from my account.
many times before also airtel has done such things.
they unnecessarily deduct balance from my account.
i called customer care service.. they told me that they had recieved a call from me on 23rd & i had myself asked to activate this service.
i told them that i had not activated the service..
and without any further response they disconnected the call.airtel has become fake. they are not able to provide good customer care service anymore.
when my call was disconnected i again called up customer care..this another person talked to me and asked me to hold the line . i continued holding the line for a long time but there was no response.
already because of the illogical service activated on my phone, balance has been deducted and more of my money is getting wasted in calling and complaining at customer care ..
i am waiting for the scheme with which i will be able to change my connection to vodafone or some other connection..
i am dissatisfied with airtel..its very costly and harasses customers unnecessarily

I have a pre paid connection from Airtel representative (Rupesh) and had recently purchased a new post paid card which was claimed to be activated in 3 days. i am calling the customer care via my pre paid card and they dont address my query as its post paid query and tell me to call via my post paid card which is inactive. I insist to transfer my call to a post paid executive but in vain. They say they dont provide this basic facility. Even the representative who sold the card is absconding and does not receive my calls. The representative is an Airtel employee and i checked his ID. my spouse uses Vodafone and the service is remarkably excellent. I doubt the claim that airtel would be the most "loved" brand would come true. Very very bad service and experience.

I have purchased sim from airtel on9/07/07 and submitted necessary document after two months my service has been blocked reason that due to not submitting documents. I have again submited all document at airtel office pimpri branch which opp. to jaihand school. on 01/09/07 but till thay have not started the service, i ask to customer care but they neglect me and one employee name : DIPALI AROGENTLY ANSWERED ME ASK REGARDING THIS ONLY AT PIMPRI OFFICE WHERE U HAVE SUBMITTED DOC AND DONT CAL ME AGAIN.

I have been calling airtel customer care for the last two days since I am getting messages that Rs. 99/- have been deducted every instance because i have supposedly downloaded games from airtel live service which i do not access or use at all. Upon repeatedly calling the customer service center i was assured that no further charges would be deducted. Inspite of all these false assurances Today again Rs. 99 has been deducted from my prepaid account. this just goes on to show the complete inefficiency of the mobile service operator.

I am using airtel service from last 2 years, I am frustrated by airtel hello tunes service... It changes automatically without giving any request.. It is happened 2nd time to me... everytime i call to airtel customer care, they say I have requested to change hello tune through SMS, They say based upon their record and indeed i haven't have done anything from my mobile to change hello tune... I don't understand where should i go to complaint for... IS THERE ANY ONE WHO CAN HELP ME or SHOULD I SIMPLY DISCONNECT THIS AIRTEL? I have decided to file FIR against airtel as it happens twice and don't know in future how many times such things will occur. I have lost money for changing it again and again... It is my humble request to you that please make your customer care system proper and tell them to behave in manner also if you don't have good software system to track users hello tune and its request then BUY a good one... your executive says I have requested to change and I am saying i haven't requested to change, now where would i go to prove that i have not explicitly change my hello tune...

If you are not able to provide hello tune service properly then just SHUT it OFF...

My land line is not working, I assum it can be instrument fault. I complained on 7.12.10 and received the complain no.[protected], on next day I recived the message on my cell that complained has been resolved, I shocked that no body visited my place and the problem was still there then how could thay send the message of solving the issue. On 8.12.10 I again complained, then also I was given new complain no.[protected] and a promise was given that by next( 9.12.10) issue shall be resolved. It is unfortunate that 9.12.10 also passed and no body came. Due you call this aworld class service, that a phone is not in function for last three days and AIRtel is closing old comlains as solved providing new complain numbers to hide its unprofessional attitude & service.

Dear Sir,

I have a prepaid card of Airtel.
I am facing following problem:
Airtel activates certain services e.g. radio mirchi pack without taking concern whether I am interested to activate such service or not. It deducts the balance for such service. When I contact to airtel customer care, I get reply that I have activated such services when there is a call from Airtel for the activation of such service. Even Airtel do not refund me the money deducted for such service.

I want to know what can be done in a such matter?

Suggestion from my side:
Company should send a SMS whether customer want to activate such service, and if Customer's reply is YES then only such services should be activated.

i have got connection of aittel prepaid since last 04 year back on genuine address. 15-20 days ago, , i have recvd a mesg & taped phone from airtel customer care tha your doc. is not ok so pl. you deposite your all relevant doc. to nearest airtel distributor. As a sincere cutomer i have deposited my doc. to nearest distributor on 02.09.2010 and in regular interval i have enquire from them reg sending of doc. because msg was regular coming. on since 10.09.2010 my connection of airtel is discontinued due to non deposite of doc. then i go with local distributor reg the same and he has given me doc. no. 288972.. for talking with customer care.. he asked me that you have to connect with yr mob to c.care. but more than 100 times i have tried to connect c.care but not any response. from other mob i was contacted to customer care and they have given me ref. no. [protected]. till time not any action taken from airtel c.care. what I do ?.. pl take n.action

I had unsubscribed to "Missed call alerts" a few days ago and was surprised to note that today (29/10/2007) I have received a message "Your service to Missed call alert has been renewed and a sum of... has been deducted from your account". I tried entering the airtel website but have been unsuccessful. I will try calling them. I find it surprising that this has become a common recurrence with Airtel and would be happy if the Airtel customer service and those high above take note and keep the name of Airtel clear of such happenings!

I recharged my pre-paid airtel number through HDFC net banking.When I was doing so it didnot give out a confirmation which made me think that the transaction has not gone through.I made 5 transactions of INR 100.The money was debited from my bank account at the same time, however the balance has still not been transfered to my phone.I am appauled by the kind of service they are providing.I have launched 2 complaints but no one has bothered to call bankand give any update till now.They only know how to take money of consumers but they are absolutely pathetic whn it comes to customer service.

This is painful to inform you about the worst experience in my life by taking the service of Airtel DTH. The connection has not been established in last 48 hours. I have purchased a new Airtel DTH connection with consumer id [protected]. The set up box has been installed on 2nd May, 2010. I have paid Rs. 999 on 30th April, 2010 for new connection. I have called to your customer care cell and every time i got false promise to get the activation in next one or two hour. I have had a very good image for Airtel with mobile, but the entire image has tarnished in this new experience. You don't know how to respect customer. If you are unable to provide the service, you don't have the right to hard money of people and display the Annual growth of Airtel by misleading people. I have tried to contact your customer care 100 times in last 48 hours, but failed to get a response. Today, I could not even speak to CCE at 12150 as every time the call gets disconnected.

This is my humble request to please return my money and get you set box back. I will be thankful to you. My number is [protected].

I WAS USING AIRTEL SIM FROM 6 YEARS.THAT SIM WAS RECHARGED WITH 999 RS FOR LIFE TIME.VALADITY GIVEN BY THE COMPANY 2023. BUT WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION SIM MADE INVALID.AFTER CONTACTING COSTOMER CARE THEN ANSERED ME THAT U HAVE N USE 200 PER SIX MONTH SO YOUR CONECTION CLOSED. There is no network coverage in my area melnallathur. The response from their customer care is so poor. As they not taking the issue seriously, i'm going to change my network, not only me i prefer my sister, friends and relatives to do the same. I waited three years with mere network(lot of time no coverage) thinking that they'll improve their network but they didn't. They charging for complaints too. so they taken steps to stop complaints but not to rectify it. If you can't give network then why the hell you telecasting the ad seeking you are the best in network. Stop giving false information and cheating people. When you can't give signals to mobiles while you can give signals to television inside home. If you can't give a network just message me that you can't provide network to my area where more than five thousand living and famous for Caterpillar company, so i'll act accordingly.

On 4th of jan i recharged 20-

at noon all my credit lost expect 1.31 paisa

i call the costmer care centre but

1st assistance said that u r balence is deducted due to hello tune that is 15-

i call again then the second assistance siad

2. ur balance is detected due to hello tune but i dont call any whare and all the time they said ur balance is deduct due to hello tune

but in my mobile there is 19.31 paisa are left then could they tell me where that money gone

I have purchased 100 dollars worth of call time to India. When I was in US from Airtellcallhome.com. Before I could fully utilize the minutes I had to relocate to UK. So I sent mail for refund. They didn't respond. I called them after 2 weeks. They say they will not give refund and since I have moved they have locked the account.

I told them they have to give refund or unlock the account. So that I can ask my friends in US to use the remaining balance. They are not doing both!

This is regarding my AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION. I opted for one of the airtel services to reduce my local calling rates, so i spoken to their customer care executive , he told me to easyrecharge it by Rs88, to get airtel to airtel calls charges 50paisa and airtel to other network at Rs1. i easyrechagred with Rs88 on 19/10/2007 at 08:38pm. but the scheme is not yet activated. i have spoken to their customer care executives plenty of times but all in vain. i got no feedback, each time they told me either their systems are not working or down or they say we have registered your complaint and ll get back to you in next 24 or 48 hrs but no reply or feedback till date...
they are deducting normal call rates for my outgoing calls inspite of buying a paln to reduce my call rates..

I had been one(post Paid) mobile connection from Airtel company But this man who mentioned his name above who misguide us I asked him some related question about the connection. I want a postpaid connection without clip charges he said me all the connection of withou clip charges and he did not give me any receipt. After one month when the bill raised the company add the clip charges I had talk to the customer care regarding this connection but no body given the wright answer. but few days one call me you submitt the bill without clip charges. I submitt the bill. But after next bill same raised with clip charges. I had many complaint to the company related bill but no answer from that side. After few month one call from court the lawyer told me company chargesheet againt your bill if you submitt the bill your case withdrawl. I submitt the bill amount through the court pressure.

I had an airtel number [protected] and they have disconnected my number without any reason without any prior information. I have over 1400 rupees in that number and they are neither re-funding back my money nor starting my number again.

I took a number from airtel on Thur, 17th June and got it rehcharged of an amount of Rs.1500 on Sat, 19th June. I had been using the number since 3rd July until Fri, 22nd July when I saw my sim doesnt catch network. I called up the customer care - the guy told me my sim would start in 24 hrs. It did not start. Then I called up again they asked me to email nodal officer. I emailed twice (ref no. [protected] and [protected])and got an email saying they would get back in 24 hrs. They did not get back. I went to the customer care centre. They said they would call me on Tuesday they did not. Then i spoke to nodal office Arpana on Wed, July 28. She said the problem was "insufficient documentation". I told her I did submit my drivers license and also filled a proper form. And that if that was the case how was I able to use it for so many days. Also, you send a message to submit documents again. I did not get that.Then she said she would call me in 24hrs. She did not. Then i called her on Mon, Aug 2. She said nothing can be done. I told her I would raise a complaint. Please help. This is not the right way to deal with a customer. I want my money back.

I am a final year medical student here in kerala and have been using the same airtel sim for the past 5 yrs now. I recently have been receiving an umpteen number of messages from airtel service informing that my registration details are not upto par and that I will have to re-submit all forms a second time. As I was engaged in other promising works and could not do it myself, I sent my brother for the same and he submitted them in due time. It has been almost 2 weeks since the submission but Airtel service simply fails to recognise me as a loyal customer and continues to pester me with their crude messages. Its enough alone a disturbance when we have to receive advertisement messages clogging up space in my inbox but now in addition I have to deal with my own networks craze for spamming?

i have been having a problem with my sms service. i am being charged rs1.50 for every local sms, which should be 0.50 instead. and also Rs 1 everytime i switch on my cell phone. this problem has been there for more than two months now. complain has been registered 5-6 times with the customer care but no action has been taken. evertime i am sent a new complain no through sms, but nothing beyond that. all i get to hear is that "mam over system doesnt show any problem" or sometimes there have been cases where customer care executive have just hung up saying without completing the conversation. thats really rude and is something which is not expected out of a big company like Airtel.

This is the second time I am complaning against Mr. Abneet Khurana. Today again I called up Airtel Customer Service and the person who picked my call was Mr. Abneet Khurana. The issue was that I was supposed to submit all my documents ( e.g . my ID proof, residence proof etc.) to keep myself connected. I have done it already . I have submitted all my documents to Amrit Telecom, E - 23, Shop No. - 5, Dilshad Colony. Earlier I had called Airtel Customer Service and this address was provided to me by the Customer Service Executive where in I can submit all my documents. I have submitted the documents on the 7th of August . 2006. But this Mr. Abneet Khurana told me that I will have to submit my documents once again but he could not give me any solid reason why should I need to do the same again. I wanted to talk to a TL or may be somebody senior who could help me out . He simply said you cannot talk to a TL. also told that no TL or Manager can help you out. Only I can help you out. Tell me the purpose why do you want to talk to a TL ? and so on. Is Airtel Paying the TL just for coming to the office or they actually are there to help the customer out. And are we not supposed to talk to the TL ?

1. not recieving bills for my post paid connection [protected], despite repeated requests . the only answere given is 'we have already despatched '. have been paying bills based on sms recieved, however am not able to verify the authenticity/correctness.
2. have spoken thrice to customer care executive but to no avail despite assurances.
3. with effect from 28 aug 2010, i 've four times put in request for discontinuation of isd facility on my connection but despite confirmation that the same will be discontinued within next 48 hours nothing has been done till now.
4. planning to surrender my connection at first opputune moment.

I have got a connection from Airtel (Advance Rental Plan Rs. 699 for one year) associated with mobile phone number [protected]. However, I have only used the number for one year. After the completion od one year I received a call whether I wish to continue the plan again, I said NO and the next day I received a message that the same plan has been started again. I called up the customer service of Airtel and they refused to de-activate the plan.

I also received a call from them and asked them that I would not like to continue my number and I am ready to pay my bill. I requested them to charge the advance rental on prorata basis as I would be using the number and ready to pay the usages but only after I received the corrected bill that means rental to be charged on prorata basis not for the whole year. But they did not agree to me.

Now the number has been completely deactivated and late fees is being added.

My usages (including rental of 2 months) is Rs 600 only. And I am going to pay that much only nothing beyond that.

I need your help regarding this matter.

The SMS when complaint was registered

"Your service request reference no. for [protected] dsl is [protected]. We will get back to you by 24 Oct. 2009"

On 24 Oct which is yet to come their SMS, without addressing the problem, will come as

"Dear customer. Thanks for an opportunity to serve you. Trust your Ticket [protected] for Tel [protected] has been resolved. Call 121 for any support."

I faced this type of treatment earlier also. No one cares no one listens. Hope this time they send message after taking action on the complaint and not as a ritual without addressing the complaint.

I am using this airtel card for last 4 years. The card is on my cousin brother’s name (Kapil Kulkarni). I am trying to get it transferred to my name. I have submitted all the necessary documents, including ID proof, address proof ect. along with Airtel Form, To Ankit Communication, chinchwad, Pune. The documents were submitted to the outlet on 22nd of Nov 2006. The Airtel form no. which I had submitted is 1883014. Since then (last 6 months) there is no action from the dealer or company in this regards. I have followed up with the dealer for at least 10 times. Each time I was given some absurd answers like system down, Company is verifying the documents etc. But nothing has happened till now. The dealer is taking no responsibility of this matter.

Same is the case with the company Help line. I called up to 121 for the same reason & launching a complaint against the dealer. But even the company call centre is giving no response. They are not even ready to give the request no or complaint no.

As a customer I have suffered a lot due to this. Every body in the company is same & not a single responsible person is there in the company. Is this the way company treats all it’s customers. Airtel is growing at a very fast pace but the end-user is being given the least importance. Company is taking no steps towards improving the service.

Now the mobile is transferred but the dealer has still not submitted the documents because of which the Service is barred.

Very poor Airtel service!

Hi,

Unfortunatly i am one of your victim who opted for your broadband
internet connection whose speed is 10 kbps only whereas it was
promised 3.6 MBPS.
i bought this connection on 02/08/09 from your SHAHDARA ( DELHI )
outlet whose sim no is [protected], IMEI No is [protected], USB-300G,
I have not had words with your customer care executive but also
visited at your outlet several times from where i purchased this
BLOODY ###ING CONNECTION reagarding this problem but nothing has been
done from your side yet,
i am quite pissed off with your fake promises and services, if you
cant give proper services to your customers then why the hell you
introduced this kind of plan.

i did not expect this kind of service FROM Airtel as none of my kith
and kin is dissatisfied with your service in telecummunication field.
therefore i request you to solve my problem as soon as problem ELSE
refund my MONEY.
