AccuServ Repair ripoff

Dear Sir/Ma'am, On 8/11/2010, I contacted AccuServ to get fee quotes. After talking with the representative, I decided to make an appointment to have my Sony Trinitron, mdl # KV32HS510 diagnosed and repaired. Approx. 5 - 10 minutes after hanging up a repair technician called from AccuServ. He asked if the power led was blinking and if so, how many times?...
