Critical Deadline and Prior Notification:
Both the installing technician and their supervising manager were explicitly informed that I would be out of the home starting on November 6, 2025, and that all work must be completed prior to that date. My last direct request to the technician to complete the outstanding issues was made on October 30, yet no technician has been scheduled or has visited the property since that time.
We have now reached a critical point where the system is not fully operational, and the pre-agreed deadline is being missed.
Outstanding Installation Items:
The following three essential components of the ADT+ system, which are critical for my property’s security while I am away, have not been installed or provided:
New Water Leak Sensor: Not installed for the ADT+ system in the Basement Utility Room.
Glass Break Sensors: Not installed in Maya’s Bathroom and Bedroom.
Front Door Bell is fussy can't see person face.
Outside camera does not give any notification during night time.
Key Fobs: The two requested key fobs, which are necessary to provide emergency access for pre-approved friends/contacts while I am traveling, have not been provided.
Statement of Liability
The failure to complete this installation before my planned absence on November 6, 2025, leaves my property vulnerable.
Please be advised that if the system is not fully operational and the key fobs are not delivered and linked prior to my departure on November 6, ADT will assume full responsibility and liability for any damages, incidents, or losses (including water damage or break-ins) that occur as a direct or indirect result of the incomplete system installation or the lack of emergency access during my absence.
Desired outcome: Please send Technician before toll Nov 6 to complete work.
