Activision review: Perma ban / incorrect ( 2 comments)

Dear Activision Support Team,

I have received a notification that my Call of Duty account (Username: Suprim#8600800) has been permanently banned due to alleged use of unauthorized software or game data manipulation.

I want to clearly state that I have not used any cheats or unauthorized software and have always played the game fairly. I am shocked by this ban.

It is possible that my account was compromised. I have already changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication as a precaution.

Please review my case again and let me know if there is any specific evidence or suspicious activity that triggered this ban. I am willing to fully cooperate to resolve this issue. Additionally, someone logged into PSN but I play on PC?!
