I just got shadow banned for no reason. If you want this game to succeed go back to warzone 1 ways this is sicken how long yall take to unban an account. Hire a team to go to review accounts is the first step

I literally just downloaded the game a few days ago. Played the campaign ,and then today I got on Multiplayer and BOOM, immediately in a shadow banned lobby. I dont cheat MW period. This is bs needs to be fixed soon. I hate this anticheat so much.

Got put under review today and cant load a lobby of any game mode. Have never cheated and dont have the slightest clue as to how this happened. Have spent countless hours and lots of $ on this game grinding. Pretty disheartening to potentially lose everything over what is likely someone spam reporting mid match. I feel like Im one of the few remaining people that actually still enjoy this game. Really hope that this is resolved soon and doesnt result in a perma ban :/

Activision A few days ago I logged onto warzone on my PS4 and there was an update

A few days ago I logged onto warzone on my PS4 and there was an update. Once it finished updating, it made me log into my activision account again. However, it would not let me log in. So I tried resetting my password *** it would not send me the resent link. Then I signed up for another activision account using the same email and my PSN account was linked to it. Once I got into warzone on my PS4, I saw that all my stats had disappeared along with everything that I had bought from the store (season 3 battle pass, all previous battle passes, several operators that I had bought including Nikto, etc.). My activision ID was also changed. This is extremely frustrating as I have spent a lot of money on this game and have over 36 days played with 150 wins. I have screenshots of my previous account along with many YouTube vids of me playing. I have submitted an account recovery ticket but have not gotten a response yet. Please help me out!

Based on the "COD Players only want one thing" playlist naming alternatives, I believe you are aware of its popularity. I 'm sure I'm not the first, but I wanted to address [whoever] directly. I don't need to tweet this, and put it on some public Reddit forum for virtual support. I want to go straight to the source. I'm emailing every relevant email address I could find online, because you all don't make it easy to contact, or make us feel it's been received.
I implore you to allow us to indulge in the game modes we enjoy. Isn't that what gaming is all about? Let meindulge. Otherwise, when the maps alternate between Chesire Park and th dreaded Tank Factory, I'm going to be apt to grow up and stop gaming for the night. I'm 30+ yrs old, and I'm not inclined to play game modes/maps that bore me to an early bedtime so I can complete my honey-do tasks in the morning.Â
During these pandemic times, gaming is the only interaction I have with most of my friends. Many of my friends have not moved on to the new Cold War game because of the strain on resources. If one of our friends can't afford to update, then none of us will move on. (This was an issue in previous games as well when we could not spend the money for add-on maps)

Activision I have no real complaints with COD Warzone or Activision Blizzard

I have no real complaints with COD Warzone or Activision Blizzard. I can't find a way to contact them except for having a game issue. I don't have an issue, I have a suggestion for something I would like to see in Warzone. Activision Blizzard does well with bringing out new operators and skins for them, and many are part of the veteran community which I am thankful for as a veteran. My suggestion for a new skin would be Ephraim Mattos. He was a Navy Seal that deployed to Afghanistan and other places, but after he got out of the military he went on his own to Iraq to help out with a group called the Free Burma Rangers. There is video and articles about what he did there. He then started his own charity called Stronghold Rescue and Relief. If you put out a skin of him and give a link with it to the website for Stronghold Rescue and Relief it would be a huge help worldwide to bring awareness of that charity and what they do. I hope Activision Blizzard takes the time to read this, look up Ephraim and his charity, consider it, and let me know. Thank you.

First and foremost, I absolutely love this game which is why I am very pationate about this issue. I am immensly disapointed by Activisions lack of transparency in account banning procedures and their total lack of customer support (including zero human to human interaction). False positives have been frequent and affected many innoncent players, myself included. When this happens, Activision won't even send an email to the affected players to inform them of their decisions. Let me get this straight, you'll send me an email telling me I received a friend request, but you can't be bothered to tell me that I have been "banned" and why? Activision also makes it impossible for affected players to plead their case, nor does it offer proof supporting its accusations. The "Appeal a ban" feature does not trigger any email responses/followups and seems to only confirm the decision without having an actual human review the case. If humans did review ban appeals, they should have access to gameplay, stats and real data that would clear false positives immediately and undoubtedly. I feel I have been robbed. Robbed of the two 80$ copies of MW I bought for PS4 and PC. That's Activision barring me from my purchases totalling 160$ under false pretexts. These false accusations have also taken a toll on me psychologicaly. I have been fasly flagged as a cheater, which is embarrassing and humiliating because some friends believe Ricochet to be 100% accurate. Activision's unreliable service has cost me financialy, and has also affected my reputation. Please, Activision, get your act together or change your vision of what a FAIR customer experience should be.

Activision False permanent ban

Dear Sir / Madam,

In relation to the email sent at 11:36pm on the 12/23/2024 stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" (case number [protected]) and that my ban will not be overturned is completely unfair for someone who has never run any type of cheating software on my Xbox or any console for that matter.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game, as I have been enjoying the Call of Duty franchise for many years. I am a casual player who has never engaged in any form of cheating, hacking, or the use of third-party software that violates Activision's policies. The accusation of using unauthorized software and manipulating game data is entirely baseless. As a casual player, my primary focus has always been to enjoy the game with friends and participate in its community. I have not engaged in any activities that would warrant such an accusation.

Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my Xbox, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my Xbox. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.

To summarize I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my Xbox along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my Xbox to investigate, either through physical or through a remote session.

Furthermore, I request a detailed response as mentioned above, along with the required evidence proving I am guilty of the offence as mentioned by yourselves. I am disappointed that a company like yourself, will not supply the evidence in your appeal response, as I am certain you have no evidence to share. To date, I have received no specific information or evidence detailing what actions led to my ban. This lack of transparency makes it impossible for me to understand or address the issue effectively.

This ban has unfairly restricted my access to a game that I have invested both time and money in. It has also negatively impacted my gaming experience and trust in Activision’s player support process.

I kindly request that my account undergo a thorough and detailed review by a senior member of the support team. Additionally, I ask for clarity on the evidence or data used to justify this ban. If no concrete evidence exists, I respectfully ask for the ban to be lifted immediately and my access to the game to be restored.

I take pride in following the rules of any game I play, and this situation has been deeply frustrating and disheartening. I am more than willing to cooperate fully to resolve this matter fairly and transparently.

I expect a response as soon as possible.

Activision Unrightfully voice chat banned.

I was faced with malicious teammates whilst playing black ops 6 who repeatedly used sexist and degrading remarks (I am a female). He told me that my body was HIS choice aka saying he could assault me or do whatever he wants with my body. I called him a predator and it got me instantly comms banned. The guy degrading me however got no punishment. I’m [censored]ing pissed. Sounds like sexism to me!

This abuse of power positions closing every way possible to contact them as consumer service. I haven't dealt with this headache from support staff like this ever.
I am requesting to look into the enforcement auction that's happened on my account to retrieve because they are full of lies and deny unwilling to help and admit its false banned or full refund for £84.99 as the Digital content I paid for is not fit for purpose.

Activision They are banning so many innocent people with their anti cheat system

False accusations amongst me, I have been playing bo6 since the game launched I have never in any of cods used any type of “unauthorized software” to manipulate game data to give me any sort of advantage in game. I am an xbox only player where none of that is even possible to do. All because of their anti cheat system detecting innocent accounts. Their support team is no help at all it takes forever for them to contact u back and its always the same automated response. This is a serious matter people have spent so much time and money into their accounts all for it to be taken away for no reason. I would like my account to be overturned. I would always like them to provide specific details on why my account was banned if thats the case they are sticking to and further investigate this matter.

Defend your case about the wrongful ban to Activision once again and ask them to extend their answer or provide another evidence apart from proof of account linkage. Ask them - why did they win the first instance? If they continue to provide automated responses, change the place of the legal action of account wrongful ban to gaming community or follower of gaming advocate group. It is recommended always on all correspondence to keep as evidence.

Activision False permanent ban from call of duty black ops 6

Yes I've been playing the new call of duty black ops 6 and was recently banned for "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data", I would never and have never used any software to try and cheat against other players or manipulate game data. I've been playing these games for years and it recently happened. I filed a complaint and they where quick to dismiss it. The way I got this ban is I was playing the zombies game mode by myself, and I would use an autoclicker for my melee attacks since I have arthritis so it hurts to spam left click. I've been using it for weeks with no problems, only for melee kills in zombies not against any actual players. There no accessibility to make it hold fire for melee. Recently they added a new drill melee weapon that swings twice as fast, i had just started to use it in a zombies match with my auto clicker and got banned. if I had to guess this is what triggered the flag for unauthorized software, if that's the case then it may be a bug on there part because the game detects me swinging so fast I'm not sure. To reiterate I've been using an auto clicker for weeks since the game released to help me attack against zombies with no problems or warnings until I used that weapon. I'm wondering what I can do to get my account back or if I can get a temporary ban, I'll make sure to never use an autoclicker on the game. It just doesn't seem fair to have a track record of never causing problems with call of duty games and when I get banned It was all automated, I never got to speak to a human or have my side of the story heard. I hope you or activision could help me get my account back. If you need any other information please contact me

Activision Black ops cold war

I was falsely accused of using unauthorized software or manipulating game data 12 November 2024

Call of Duty Black ops Zombies Appel: What I did when I was unfairly banned, hadn't played in a while

I started up black ops cold war zombies, I was browsing all the guns to see what I needed to lvl next and what challenges I need to do to unlock others, I looked at a store bundle then I noticed I had a free store bundle to redeem which I did, then I noticed I had another one and redeemed that aswell and it happened a few times I don't know if free bundles that you can redeem store up so you can collect them later or if it was a bug, if it was a bug that's not on me

Then I went back to loadouts to see that I was setup right for what I wanted to lvl and changed my ability to Lightning Storm which I haven't used before so it was unupgraded and I also checked weapon class upgrades I had for zombies, then I choose the map Die Maschine switched to Kitsune started the match loaded in and walked a few steps then screen went black and I thought it froze/crashed, then I waited and saw a notification of a permaban out of nowhere

I'm an honest player of the franchise and own every single game that's not console exclusive. i've got 1000 of hours and have never once cheated during my lifetime of gaming online

Claimed loss: i've lost the cost of what the premium edition of the game cost + various packs that i've bought through the in game store of value and the cost of battle passes

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and unbanning my account if not please refund me for the costs of what i've used and never let an unfair ban happen again

I would literally say i'm begging to be unbanned cause i love the franchise i would prefer unban then getting refunded to be honest, i'm just sad and hurt the ban even happened and if i can give any information or help they need to unban i would happily provide what i can :)

Activision wrongful banning of my gaming account without any supporting evidence of cheating or violation

I am writing to formally request an investigation into Activision's practices related to the wrongful banning of gaming accounts without providing adequate evidence or support for their actions. My gaming account DYE_Famous84 has been banned by Activision on 10/21/2024, and despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I have received no response or resolution. I have never violated any of the security policies that warrant a ban. They are essentially stealing from me what they sold to me.

Activision has failed to provide clear justification for the ban, preventing me from accessing a product that I have legally purchased. This has caused significant frustration, and I am seeking assistance in holding Activision accountable for their actions, which I believe violate consumer rights.
I seek resolution in the form of account restoration or a full refund of my purchases.

Activision Call of Duty

Dear Sir / Madam,
I’m reaching out about the email sent at 12:07 on the 10/03/2024 stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" (case number [protected]) and that my ban will not be overturned.

I’m respectfully asking (maybe even begging a little) that someone please manually review my ban. I’ve been playing on this account for almost 20 years now & have bought pretty much every yearly COD game on this account. My k/d is around a 1.05. I have never cheated & would not jeopardize my account with over 8,000 cod points, countless hours played, many bundles purchased & all the earned camos etc. I’ve also pre-ordered the Black Ops 6 Vault edition. I’m sure you agree, none of this fits the profile of a cheater/hacker. If someone could just look & see that this is all verifiable, I’m sure the ban would be lifted. I’m using my personal email & my phone number on this account which I can easily verify on a call or remote session. My computer is an “open book” so to speak if I can just get some human help.

I wasn’t playing at the time of the ban & the only thing that could possibly have triggered the ban is a Windows update. I’ve been all over the internet on chat forums looking for a way to overturn the ban & I’m seeing various posts that say Windows 11 updates have started to make kernel level changes. I’m not techy enough to know if this is true or not, but if this is even “possible” that this could be the cause then I implore you to look into this on not just my account but all the others I’m seeing that got caught up in this false ban wave.

To summarize I am requesting further investigation into the false ban I received. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my PC to investigate.

Activision Account

Hello Ive been trying to get in contact about my call of duty account i have over 900 hours in and money spent. I was falsely banned for “manipulation of game data” when i only play on ps5. I dont own any other consoles. I checked my activision account and there is a random account linked to it. I cant remove it because of the permanent ban. I can’t get into contact because your automated system tells me there was no suspicious activity. Ive never used any software as i play on ps5 and it is impossible to include any cheats.

Activision Call of duty Warzone

This event happened around 11:06 pm at september 19 on call of duty ® warzone
Im just having a good time, playing the game how its supposed to be played and all, with my girlfriend then all a sudden I get smacked with a 14 day comm ban. For no reason. I said nothing harassed no one. Yet I get comm banned. There was no shred of offensive behavior geared to any one. I'm trying to figure out who to talk to, to get this ridiculous false comm banned removed so I can have no restrictions.

Activision Modern warfare 3 & Warzone

Hello, my Xbox account was wrongfully banned from COD AND MW3 around March this year after 14 years of use.

My account was hacked into from people overseas as I was notified by friends while I was at work that someone was playing on my account that was obviously not me speaking another language, I scrambled to check and unlinked their linked steam account I found in my account settings, than enabled 2 factor authentication, and reported it. I did not receive any response to my report and I continued playing as usual and deleted their loadouts they made on my characters. Mind you, I play on Xbox series X, a console.

Then out of nowhere a week or 2 later you guys banned ME, the actual owner the account for something THEY did apparently. I have screen shots and everything. I have never hacked and have no way to hack, I play on a Xbox series X, and am a fully time working father/husband who plays after work. I’ve spent a fortune on this account over many years. Please help me retrieve my account. I will not play again if it means making a whole new Xbox account because this is just wrong and feels like I’ve been wronged by activision as well as the hackers. Also I have not gotten to speak to one actual human during my entire attempts at getting this appealed. Appeals have been auto responses where obviously no one is looking at what happened to me.

I havent checked their toc in a while but last i checked they point that accounts are responsiblity of the owner [op] to keep secure. the company yes has to keep it secure on their end. im not sure on their end how it works but i am sure they first check if the breach came from their end. if it hasnt then it falls to the owner as fault.

though it is a pain when your hacked to recover from. hopefully they will assisst you in fixing this.

Activision Modern warfare 3 (banned unjustly)

I have had my Activision account banned unjustly for using hacks. I have been playing call of duty for years all on the same account and don't see why I would throw all my achievements and hours spent for hacking? I had a weak password and someone clearly has gone on there and used hacks. Ivr had my ban appeal rejected twice and to be honest it's disgusting. Ive paid £50 for a game I can't even play now all because of a account breach. They need to consider some key factors

Activision Missing in-game items I bought or earned in both mobile titles.

I've been playing Call of Duty Mobile since the first Pre-Season in 2019, and Warzone Mobile since the beta.

Additionally, although I'm almost exclusively a mobile gamer, I've played MW2 and MW3 on Xbox quite a few times at a friend's house.

I used to have a YouTube channel dedicated to Call of Duty Mobile that I started back in 2019: gameplays, crate openings, that sort of thing. Around a year ago, I stumbled on my old raw (unedited) footage of my account and realized that I had bought a couple items back then that weren't appearing on my account currently. I contacted Activision support, provided all the information they requested of me, and submitted the footage of me unlocking those items. Months later, they reissued my missing items via the in-game mailbox, and I've had no trouble with them since.

However, shortly after that ticket was resolved I went back and watched all of my footage out of curiosity. To my disappointment, I was missing more items from a handful of draws and crates, mostly between 2019 and 2020. In the nearly five years since I had been playing, I created a second Activision ticket meant as a follow-up to the first in the hopes that whatever issue my account was facing would be resolved.

It's been nearly a year since then, and nothing has been done to rectify this. I have provided bank statements, emails, receipts, all of my account information a dozen times over, and definitive video footage of me earning or unlocking these items. In response, I've been told that I must have been playing on an alternate account in light of the fact that I don't have one, or that my account was created in 2021 in light of the fact that my publicly visible collection confirms my account's creation date (got Ghost / AK47 - Red Action and many more S1 exclusives), or that their support can't do anything to fix it in spite of the fact that they already had on my previous ticket and are more than capable of doing so again.

I have taken dozens of hours searching through every bit of information and footage available regarding my account so as to aid Activision support however best I can. I am not in the habit of contacting support, or creating tickets, or leaving feedback; however, I KEEP having to reopen the same ticket just in hopes of finally getting this issue resolved. It's absurd how an issue with a simple investigative process and an even simpler resolution has become so complex.

With each new update to the game, I'm let down over and over again when these items are still nowhere to be found. Additionally, I've had a few items go missing more recently than 2020 / 2021, which is even more concerning to me as it seems to indicate that there's something wrong with my account itself. I've received conflicting information from the Activision support staff numerous times since this has started and been told that they can't provide any information to me about my own account.

I need the Activision team to reissue these items via the in-game mailbox. I'm tired of feeling alienated from a game that I've put so much time, money and energy into, and I hope you would offer the same resolution that fixed this problem on my first ticket.

And do not tell me to create another support ticket or email you. Your in-app chat has not responded IN MONTHS, and your web / email support is nearly as bad. You close my tickets before even responding, or ghost me for weeks on end. I want you to read this ticket, view the ample evidence I've provided, and reissue these items I own. You will not hear from me again once you've resolved this issue.

I am missing characters, weapons, and a few other items from a handul of releases - the majority of which were from 2019 to 2021. They are:

From [protected]: the Battery - Demolitions (1), Nomad - Garden (2), Nomad - The Distraction (3), and Urban Tracker - BISH (4) characters

From 2020 - now: the Manta Ray - Freerunning (5) character (first ground forces subscription - it was available in only certain regions at the time, which might attribute to why it's missing today; I have the Apple confirmation email and bank statement from when I purchased it), the Ghost - Red Team 141 (6) character (successfully redeemed my code to unlock him on the Activision redemption center website; never issued to me), and the Dusk - Otherworld Ensemble (7) and Kestrel - Twilight Symphony (8) characters (both GFL draws were in the Global files last season and were VERY briefly accessible via the 1 CP coupon's prompt to "go to store"; finished the Void Implosion draw, and pulled the character early on the Wisteria Visage draw, with the screenshots to prove it)

Additionally, T.E.D.D. (9) was one of the three character choices during the Radioactive Agent Redemption event. I got the event token to redeem a character of my choosing, and wanted to redeem T.E.D.D. as I had recently bought both the Soap - Hazmat and Hazmat Bomber bundles. However, the event was bugged so T.E.D.D. wasn't selectable.

I'm missing a few weapons that complimented the releases of each of these missing characters, as well as a few from crates / draws in the same timeframe:

M4 - Void Implosion (1) Man-O-War - Dream Crystal (2), Pharo - Dream Crystal (3), BY15 - Red Action (4), Karambit - Color Burst (5), HG40 - Lava (6), ASM10 - Plasma (7), Locus - Dark Matter (8), RUS-79U - Glacier (9)

Additionally, the Chopper - Rules of the Game (10) blueprint currently appears in my weapon blueprints, but is missing from my collection. When I equip it, the Chain Reaction skin is equipped instead meaning I can't use it. I have no problems with any of the other rewards I own from that lucky draw.

Lastly, I'm missing a few of my ranked frames, emotes, and various other items:

Frames: Special Ops 4 Frame (1), Merc 2 Frame (2), Merc Yellow Snake Frame (3), Bomber Frame (4), Steeled Frame (5), Series 8 Frame (6)

Emotes: Clucked Up (1), Gunslinger (2), Sweep This (3), Selfie (4), Fowl Moves (5), Holiday Magic (6), Shadowboxing (7), Cheers (8)

There was also an emote released in the Royal Flush crate without a name that was removed almost immediately after its addition. In spite of the fact that I bought it upon the initial release, it was removed from my account, then reissued in the next season, and then missing again sometime between now and then. I only have screenshots of both the reissue and its inclusion in the Royal Flush crate upon its release. I call it the 'Mock Suicide' emote (9) as that's what it is.

Backpacks: Holiday (1), Zero G (2), Cosmos (3), Meteor Shower (4)

And the "Backpack 1 - Dark Matter" (5), not to be confused with the heart-shaped Dark Matter backpack.

Operator Skills: Annihilator - Red Sprite (1), Ballista EM3 - Firepower Focus (2)

Throwables: C4 - Lunasia
Sprays: Spoof Threat, Ghost Jailbreak
Calling Card: Perfect Landing
Charm: Gilded Glutton

If it seems like a lot of missing items, that's because IT IS.

It's absolutely wild to know just how much content I've purchased or earned that I'm missing from my account, and it's saddening to consider how happy I was when I unlocked these items initially, and how jaded I've had to become about it due to the handling of this case.

Fortunately, these items are from a select few releases, and even more fortunately is that I have definitive proof of both purchase and ownership for every item listed. Although I've provided a lot of them on previous tickets, I'm more than willing to provide this evidence again in an itemized list that addresses each item so that this ticket might FINALLY be resolved.

That accounts for the items that I am missing from Call of Duty Mobile.

In Warzone Mobile, there are a few operators, camos, and various items that I own on the console version and are supported by the cross-progression mechanic, but don't appear in mobile. I've been told this is an automatic mechanic, but have seen other players on mobile utilize these items that are missing for me.

At the request of Activision's web support a couple months ago, I took a screen capture of my account that showcases all these items on the console version of the game. As it includes personal information, I'm inclined not to attach it here, but I can readily provide it so as to resolve this issue.

The items I am missing are from a small handful of in-game events and redemption codes; all of them are supported by cross progression.

I'm missing the Horangi - Collision (1), Rangers 1 - Apparition (2), Nova - Titan 239 (3) and Jabber - Tester (4) operators. Additionally, the Shredder (5) operator I own went missing with the latest in-game update.

I'm missing both the Dual Kodachis - Dual Yield (1) and the Lachmann Sub - Gamma Power (2) from multiple completions of the Champ's Quest in MW2.

I'm missing a few event and specialty camos that I earned and / or redeemed: the Cheetah Print (1), Flow Thru (2), Ghoulie (3), and Magma (4) event camos, as well as the Royalty Tiger (5) special camo.

Lastly, I own the "Santa's Right Hand" execution (1), the "Moon & Stars" calling card (2), and then all 10 MWZ Mastery calling cards on console (12).

I shouldn't have to jump through hoops any further. I have demonstrated time and time again that I own each of these items in their respective mobile title, and all of this should be verifiable in your system.

I've been told by Activision support members that "according to the information available to (them), it looks like (my) Call of Duty Mobile account was created in 2021". This disparity, although I have no way to confirm it myself, could be the ENTIRE cause of me missing these items that I bought at a time before my account's start date in your system. Additionally, I can't find any consistent information about my account's region, as that may be causing this issue.

As for Warzone Mobile, cross-progression should be an automatic mechanic. I used to assume that I was missing these items due to how new the game was, but seeing other players use these items in-game negated that argument. I don't know why I'm facing this issue, but I know that a resolution is needed.

The resolution is to reissue these items. Call of Duty Mobile has an in-game mailbox through which these missing items can be easily reissued, and doing so would resolve the bulk of this ticket immediately. For Warzone Mobile, you may have to reissue these items manually, but that would resolve this ticket in its entirety. After nearly a year of working tirelessly towards a resolution and providing any and all evidence and information requested of me, this proposed resolution is both prudent and warranted.

I have had my account for 18 years and spent thousands on each game . And you have banned me and taken content I own away from me,I was banned on the 500k ban wave . I asked for you to look into it and was told the ban stands. I was not hacking I was banned due to people with less skill than me I was streaming at the time and have tge footage

Activision Call Of Duty

I reported through battle.net and activision that my account had been hacked in March 2024. I managed to recover my account by unlinking the steam account and email that the hacker tried to use.

Following this, it appeared that I had been banned by Activision for violation of terms. Upon appeal, I recieved an email back to state that:

"Your appeal has been reviewed and we've confirmed with our security team that your account has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data. As you were the account holder at the time of infraction, your ban will not be overturned."

I have been unable to speak with any advisers on this matter or to raise a further appeal to discuss/investigate my claims of my account being hacked.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this and feel a little bit unsure what to do next. I have spent a lot of money on the franchise to date and have never used any software or otherwise to "cheat". If you review my actual game stats you would see that I am actually a very sub-average gamer. I would just like to have my account reinstated so that I can continue to enjoy the game, including the latest release.

Given that my account has clearly been hacked and that I reported it, it is really frustrating to be advised I have no course of appeal at this point.

You’re not taking this situation with Activision lightly, and for good reason. It’s frustrating to be punished for something out of your control, especially after you took the right steps to recover your account. Hopefully, they’ll see the error in their decision because, as you pointed out, your gameplay stats alone should clear you of any cheating accusations. It’s time they take a closer look at your case!

Activision Permanently banned for no reason

The reason why I'm banned after my account was compromised I created a 2fa and Unlinked the accounts that were not mine. As per the instructions from Activision on your recovery page. I then created the account recovery but due to the 2Fa I created and unlinking accounts. The account shows that there are no issues other that the Ban. I Need A supervisor to look into this and get the account unbanned please.

Desired outcome: I would like my account to be unbanned because I was not the one on the account when it was banned. It was the person who hacked my account that got it banned.

Activision Call of Duty Modern warfare 3 & warzone.

I have been falsely permanently banned from the games and also my battle net account I was playing the game fine on 01/08/2024 and I woke up on 02/08/2024 to a permanent ban I think I have been unfairly treated. I believe the account should be reinstated as I have not had any warning of this happening. And I think this is a injustice they have not proved any wrong doing. Please could this be done at the earliest point as possible I am losing out. This game also help with my mental health as it give me time out from reality.

Activision False permanent ban

Hi I was taking on my Xbox last night 30/07/24, I have now been permanent banned yet I was only using my Xbox to play. I have now lost my account with all my hard earned weapons, camos and skins on it. Activision Limited matchmaking and shadow bans

I have been shadow banned 4 times this month for suspected cheating. Everytime, my account is cleared because I do not cheat. The system bans people based off of user reports. However, these user reports are made by people who are upset they lost a fight or have no actual understanding of the other player. I purchased the battlepass and operators to play the game with and I have been unable to play it effectively. At this point I can only play for about 48 hours before I am banned for 7 days. This system is holding me back from utilizing products for which I paid for. When placed in limited matchmaking your servers are limited and it takes more than 45 minutes to find a match. This is unacceptable business practice.

Desired outcome: Remove me from limited matchmaking and stop this from continuing to happen or refund me for the game, operators, and battlepass which I have purchased.

It's unfair that the system relies so heavily on user reports, which can often be made out of frustration or misunderstanding. The frequent bans and long wait times for matches are preventing you from fully enjoying the game you paid for, and that’s unacceptable.

I hope Activision takes note of this issue and works on improving their system to prevent wrongful bans. You deserve to play without these constant interruptions and enjoy the products you've purchased.
