Ackermans review: cell phone repair

I went to return a phone I bought this year April at Ackermans I didn't have the box of the phone the manager was so rude to me.

The phone even fell infront of her and got a scratch I got out the shop without being assisted I don't know what's the way forward.

Ackermans cresta staff is just the worst I have never been in that shop and came out satisfied the manager is just rude and doesn't know how to work with people.
