I am filing a complaint regarding ABX Express shipment number ABXMY1000009522495. The tracking system shows “Delivery Completed” on 29/04/2026, but we did not receive the parcel.
CIDB has clarified that their invoice/record is addressed to our correct office address:
DIVINE ENTERPRISE
SH3-1-1, Lot 1, 1st Floor, Block SH3, Suria Shop Office Phase 1, Taman Suria Mile 5.5, Jalan Lama Penampang, Kota Kinabalu, 88300 Sabah.
However, the photo/evidence shown for the ABX delivery appears to show 24, Jalan Bundusan, HSK Industrial Centre, 88300 Penampang, Sabah, Malaysia, which is not our office address. This raises a serious concern that the parcel may have been delivered to the wrong location or wrongly marked as delivered.
I only received the tracking number from CIDB on 01/07/2026, so I could not report the matter within 14 days from the delivery date. ABX should not reject this complaint solely based on the 14-day timeframe because I had no tracking information before 01/07/2026 and only discovered the issue after CIDB provided the tracking number.
The proof of delivery is also incomplete. The ABX tracking page shows the delivery image as “Image In Processing”, with no clear receiver name, signature, photo, or confirmation of who accepted the parcel. Since the delivery evidence does not match our correct CIDB address, I request ABX to investigate this shipment properly.
Claimed loss: RM60.00To reissue the card, it cost RM200.
Desired outcome: Provide valid POD, receiver name/signature/photo, rider details and exact delivery location. If delivery to the correct recipient/address cannot be proven, compensate or assist recovery/reissue.
