Good day,

I ordered Puma Classic X Paul Stanley on the 05/06/2019 from the Dressinn website, the estimated delivery date should have been 14-17/06/2019 and to date I have not received the item from the SA post office. My order number is : RU378518051NL. I have been tracking the item from the 17/06/2019 till to date I have not received my item. I have followed up with the South African post office call centre countless of times and they keep contradicting each other and i have to hold for up 25 minutes when i call the call centre, I finally requested to speak to a Supervisor, I spoke to a Lindiwe Shilaluke with the reference number:HD3448559 who advised that the item referred to the Braamfontein post office on the 17/07/2019 with the local tracking number :RI359875135ZA, I went to the post office on the 23/07/2019 the consultant told me the item is not received from his side I called the call centre yet again and spoke to Lindiwe who confirmed that she would follow up and check where is the item. On the 24/07/2019 I received a call from a Sherly from the Braamfontein post office informing me that my item is lost. This is the first time that I'm using your Dressinn and the website to buy anything and I must say I'm disappointed with the atrocious service that I have received thus far from you and your service providers that you have contracted to deliver the items. I will not be ordering anything from you guy ever again and I will make sure I post this on very single complaint page I can find just to warn other customers of the kind of service your company and your service providers give to customers.

Please see the emails that I have sent to your post office address several times and till to date I have not received any feedback. I don't want a refund for the item I bought I want the item.

parcel delivering and mail to customer service

Send a parcel to my friend in South Africa on 23 May 2019 from USA by airmail still not receive in South Africa parcel search show it is stuck in Johannesburg South Africa. All mail to customer service are reject back as envelope are block reason. Tracking number HHOO282705OUS
Any body still interested in South Africa in service delivery?? The parcel which is stuck in Johannesburg South Africa are a gift for a child's birthday and must go to Post Net Suite 231 Private Bag X7214 Witbank 1035.
When complaining to Post Net their comment was they are unable to help because Post Office South Africa control all services PLEASE HELP!!!

tracking information and not responding to emails

I posted an item in Franschoek on the 17th April 2019. The tracking number is: CN037333633ZA. The last tracking I have is when it arrived in Cape Town on the 24th April, It is a signed picture of all the guests. from my son's wedding on the 12th April in Molen Vliet Vineyards Kylemore, and is obviously a very precious gift. I have tried emailing the South African Post Office for an update on where in the world this item is, but my emails are always returned to me. Can somebody please help me. A registered item addressed to me was handed in at the Simon's Town Post Office on 18 May 2018.

To date the item has not reached my local post Office in Faerie Glen, Pretoria

According to the tracking it has remained in the Cape Town Postal Hub since 21 May 2018.

Enquiries and complaints at my local post Office in Faerie Glen had no results. They simply say it has not reached them

South African Post Officeparcel delivery

On 14 August 2017 I sent a sturdy plastic bottle containing liquid supplements via Ordinary Parcel post, tracking no. PE [protected] ZA to Susan Groenewald Prins at 56 Buitekant street, Oudtshoorn. When the parcel did not arrive, Susan made enquiries and was told that the bottle had been broken in transit.

I find it very difficult to believe that the sturdy plastic bottle that the product comes in could have been broken, it would require a very firm blow with a large hammer to burst that bottle, however, it seems to have happened. Under the circumstances I can only ascribe the reason to negligence.

I am now required to replace the product, valued at R506. It would be adding insult to injury if I have to fork out postage once more, so I have requested the Post Office to at least deliver the replacement parcel free of charge.

In spite of numerous reminders, sent to customer.[protected]@postoffice.co.za and to local.[protected]@postoffice.co.za I have not even received the courtesy of acknowledgement of receipt.
