ABC Financial Services review: Anytime fitness and abc financial

I was never told by membership sales that the contract was AUTO RENEW. NEVER, was it pointed out to me or I warned. I called and canceled my membership in July 2023 because I noticed I was still being charged.

I spoke with John. He never said anything about the auto renew the first time we spoke. But he did let me know I had to send a letter canceling, so I did. He denies receiving a letter. I sent it again took a p8cture. Got an email from ABC saying my account is passed due. I reiterate I CANCELED IN WRITING! AND LOW AND BEHOLD I TALK TO JOHN AGAIN TODAY and he tells me that I CANNOT CANCEL UNTIL PAST DUE IS PAID! I said I canceled back in July. He let me know ulI will Astill be charged monthly EVEN THOIFH I CANCELED OF I DO NOT PAY THE PAST DUE MONTHS THAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY CANCELED! He would not give me the area managers info. He refused to answer simple questions. I have pictures of the letters I sent post marked by the US POST OFFICE! Letters never came back to me!? I confirmed the address with him. He again said he never received it!

ANYTIME FITTNESS AND ABC ARE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES!

IF I CANCEL THAT IS IT! IF I AM NOT TOLD DIRECTLY ABOUT AUTO RENEW THAT IS OUT RIGHT THEIFERY. AFTER I DO WHAT THEY SAY TO CANCEL THE DENY EVER RECEIVING THE LETTERS.

THEN THEY SAY THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE MONTHLY FEES UNYIL I PAY PADT DUE!
