I have had washer and dryer from Aaron's and had nothing but problems from the start, sad part is the service I have received from Aaron's is disrespectful belittling as a customer. I have tried everything sitting down with service manager, store manager and called corporate it is sad they call me a valued customer but the entire company up to this point seems to just pass the the problem to someone else till the problem is lost and never handled. But they will call you 2 hours before store opens if you are one day late with there payment. So I ask is this company clearly more focused on the dollar rather then the customer that makes the business, and I can say that since I have bought multiple items for multiple homes and rentals but it is sad the customer service that is given and the service said so say valued customers receive
