7-Eleven an employee

On several occasions I have witnessed an employee buy marijuana on the job several times and I've smelled it coming from behind the trash can. I go into 7-11 all the time and I know what it looks like to be under the influence. Next time I am calling the cops. She is a big black girl with short hair. Not only that but she sold one customer the free Marlboro cigarettes off the phone and wouldn't do it for another one. She does for her friends only and that's not fair.

7-Eleven 2 employees and the manager at this particular 7-eleven concerning phone minutes that I purchased from this location

I have been purchasing minutes for my cell phone from this 7-Eleven for nearly two years. This particular time that I paid the $62 for my phone minutes, the pin number that I entered was rejected. after several attempts I called the phone company and spoke to somebody that told me that I need to go back to the 7-Eleven to get a refund or get the correct plan because they had made a mistake. I went to the 7-Eleven the next day and was told that the manager was on sick leave and wouldn't be back until the next week and that there was nobody else that would be able to help me. after the third attempt the next week I finally came face-to-face with the manager. after hearing my reason for being there, the manager promptly snatched the receipt out of my hand and spun around and walked away toward the cashier's, then handed the receipt to one of them and walked back past me and through the doors leading to the offices. she didn't say a single word to me or look at me again. I spend the next 45 minutes standing at the front of the store while 2 employees made some phone calls then proceeded to treat me like I was a criminal or somebody that was trying to pull a scam on them they made a half-dozen or so attempt to explain to me why I was wrong in front of other customers and each time they ended up telling me exactly what I had been telling them the entire time... that I had been given the wrong plan. in the end they told me that there was nothing they could do about it because they don't give refund for phone minutes. I told them, once again, that I wasn't looking for a refund, I simply wanted the correct plan. The one that I paid over $62 for. they insisted that there was nothing they could do and that I need to talk to the phone company which I did do again and I was told exactly the same thing by another customer service person. they told me that I had given the money to 7-Eleven and they had given me the wrong plan that it was simply their mistake. I realized that I wasn't going to get very far with this manager so I called the corporate offices for Hawaii. I left a message on at least three separate occasions over the past two weeks and have not gotten a call back whatsoever. This problem could have been solved in a matter of minutes but instead I've been given the runaround and brushed off but argumentative employees who acts like the money is going to be taken out of their paycheck. I don't understand what the problem is with making this right

7-Eleven manager/employee

Store Location is 1001 U.S. 301 South, Tampa, FL 33619. I entered into the store and witnessed the store manager belittling her employees. Yelling, cursing swearing. I just listened and was like what kind of work culture is this. How is this allowed to happen. Why is she speaking to good humble people like that. Does she not know that that will cause people to quit and just now want to work for this company. I have came in that store location multiple times and the same thing every time. Same manager she looks like she may be hispanic. She is extremely rude, does no behave in a professional manner, has a really nasty mouth, vulgar and that type of person should not be in charge of people making the workplace a horrible place to work.

7-Eleven bathroom and ceiling tiles

The bathrooms at this 7-11 have been closed for months. The ceiling tiles and lights are hanging. Please address the bathroom issue ASAP.

Also the fiberglass installation is falling. The employees are great at this store it appears that the store is not being take f care of by 7-11 or inspected to keep the highest quality standards. I think who ever is in charge of construction and fixing things should be suspended for lack of initiative and inspecting what they expect for high standards set by 7-11

7-Eleven customer service / false advertisement

I had to wait in a 7-Eleven store for more than 30 minutes for a large pizza, which is priced at $5.55. The woman inside the store urged me to pay $11.00 for a pizza and said she would give me a refund. I refused to pay because this happened to me a few weeks ago and they overcharged me for the pizza. I politely let all the customers behind me go first so I can try to pay for the pizza at the $5.55 advertised price. There was no difference in the price. At first the register said $5.00. When I informed the worker that I was using an EBT/ Food Stamp card the price rose to over $11.00 which is outrageous. The clerk there told me she was then unable to help when I refused to pay again.

Finally after another 20 people went ahead of me I tried again. This time the pizza came up to $5.00 and no tax. I was able to pay for the pizza then I had to wait another 15 minutes before it was cooked. I do not appreciate this type of discrimination, long waits, and overcharging me for food because I am paying with a Government issued EBT / Food Stamp card. After 30 minutes of waiting I received my pizza and I did not even get any napkins. I am not going to recommend this store to anyone because of the occurring events that continue to take place. This was the longest time I have ever had to wait at a 7-Eleven and I will never return there again.

7-Eleven false advertisement

I am at 7-11 and the whole pizza sign say 5.55. When I get to the register they are trying to charge me 11.00. This is false advertisement and something needs to be done about this today. This is the second time this has happened to me in a 2 week period. This is very annoying and highly unacceptable. They are overcharging people like me who use EBT/ Food Stamps at 7-11. I refuse to pay $11.00 when the sign clearly says $5.55.

I use my new debit card inside at 7-eleven in Pinellas Park FL on Park Blvd for the first time on 8/18/2017. Well yesterday I tried to use my card in Walmart and my card was decline. I reach out to my bank and they advise me there were 4 transaction on my card they thought was fraudulent so they suspend my card. Well I find out there were 4 charges of 99.96 were made on my card. I fill out an fraudulent claim against 7 Eleven due to that was the only place I use my card before using it at Walmart. Your company has non trusting employees working there. I can't see a stranger putting those skimming device at the register. I am very disappointment.

7-Eleven rude employees

On the morning of August 20, 2017, I was at your store on 5920 Pulaski Hghwy in Baltimore, MD around 9AM. I was shopping in the store like I've been doing for the past 15 yrs. Already pissed off from 2 prior incidents, I reacted to the manager's(tall white female with pulled-back brown hair)comments about acting like I was loitering when she knew me from prior transactions. I left the store and waited for the bus which was 5 ft. away from the parking lot. Another employee(a short, stocky white female with pulled back brown hair)told me(via the manager)to leave the property because they said I was loitering I then went back over and confronted them for trying to talk down to me by accusing me of loitering. They let me know that their minds were already made up and were hearing nothing I had to say. All they kept saying was to leave. I then told them they had no right to talk to me like that because I wasn't one of those other panhandlers/vagrants they deal with on a daily basis! I admit was aggressive and make no apologies for it! The one employee told her boss to get a baseball bat so they could go upside my head and she picked up a bag of chips to assault me! I realized I got in her face and she really could've used a good "back-hand", but I wasn't trying to get locked up! I instead yelled at them and viciously cussed them out. She then told me if I say another word, she was pressing charges! For what?! Giving them a good "earfull"?! PLEASE! I turned and left and told her to go "F" herself and she made a crack at me and that closed the confrontation. To repeat, I've been shopping "on-and-off" at that branch for a while, and I didn't deserve that from them. Because I was already in a foul mood, that added fuel to the fire! They need to be grateful that I just went off on them, because if they'd rolled on somebody else the way they rolled on me, there would've been "hell-to-pay". But to also repeat, I wasn't going to get locked up due to idiotic employees. I'll do my shopping elsewhere! I don't need that type of "BS"! I understand that branch has had major issues with people actually loitering, panhandling, etc, .but I will not under any circumstance be disrespected/mistreated!

7-Eleven customer service

Hello,
My name is Jessica and I wanted to let you know about a terrible customer service experience I had twice now at 711 in Massapequa, New York. I believe the store # to be 11181. I would like to preface this statement with the fact I have been in the hospitality industry for 18 years, restaurants to be exact. I understand what it takes to deal with people all day everyday and I usually give places that provide services a great deal more leeway then the average person.
The experience I had not only infuriated me because of their blatant disregard for the sign posted, but also because my family and I frequent this 711 and others 3-4 times DAILY. We make a 711 run almost every time we leave the house.
To begin, I wait for your 2 16oz Red bulls for $6.33 all year, I drink more then the average person does in Red bull and that promotion is the cheapest you will find them anywhere on Long Island. So imagine how happy I was to walk into your store and see the sign 2 for $6.33. So I grabbed my two 16oz Red bulls and went to the counter. Now I know a lot of stores do not change the pricing in the computer so they never ring up properly, but a lot of stores have a bar code near the register they ring them up on. So I didn't think anything when they rang up for 9.20. I politely told him that the sign says 2 for $6.33, this is where things went south and fast. He started arguing with me that that was not the case and telling me it was the 12oz. Honestly I thought maybe there was a little language barrier and also that it is a rare promotion so maybe he didn't know. I went back to the refrigerator and grabbed the sign and showed him. HE CONTINUED TO ARGUE WITH ME THAT I WAS WRONG. I tried showing him the sign said 16 oz and I had 16 oz. He took the sign and threw it behind him in what I can only assume was the garbage pail. I think he gave them to me just to get me to leave. I just assumed he didn't really understand me and let it go. Fast forward 2 days until this morning. I went back to 711 to get my Red bulls. I went straight to the refrigerator and happened to notice the sign didn't go back up (I know the promotion was still on because I went to the 711 in Massapequa on sunrise highway last night and they still had them) So I took my Red bulls and went to the counter, of course they rang up for $9.20, the man who helped me the other day was next to the girl who was helping me. So I tried to explain to the girl what happened the other day and motioned toward the gentleman who was helping me 2 days ago and HE LITERALLY TOLD HER NO, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. The girl told me the promotion was over because they weren't ringing up for the right price. I explained that they never rang up for the right price and that I gave that gentleman the sign and he never put it back up. He just kept shaking his head NO. At this point I am done with this place and I ask the girl for a phone number or website to contact 711 and tell them about this, she tells me there is no phone number or website and tells me to come back tomorrow to speak to the manager. Honestly I will never step foot in that 711. So I left my Red bulls and traveled to the other 711 where I know I wont have to argue with the counter people about pricing. Low and behold I went to the other 711 and the promotion is still going strong and there were no issues ringing me up. They also tell me the website and customer service number are right on the coffee cups!
Honestly I will not threaten you with loss of my family's and my business, because lets be serious the 100's of dollars a week we spend there probably doesn't mean anything in the long run of the profits of that store. I will tell you, that if the counter people act the way they did to me the past two days, you will loose a lot more then just my business. What angers me the most is that all of this happened because it wasn't ringing up properly, and instead of trying to figure out why they took the sign and threw it away to not deal with this ever again. People wait for your awesome promotions, and to loose people because this franchisee employees are unaware of the promotions is a shame. Honestly Speedway has 16oz Red bulls 2 for $7 and the extra .67 cents is worth the better service!

7-Eleven product/price

The seven eleven store is located on 116th st and 5th Ave in NYC.I went there this morning, 08/22/17 to buy two slices of pizza. It cost $2.99 w/ a free big gulp.I noticed when it came out of the fountain it wasn't a Pepsi. It was thin, but cold and tasteless.I poured in down the drain in my kitchen.I'm surprised seven eleven is still in business. The lousy pizza was not worth eating. The crust was like cement. It's kept in a glass enclosure after its' cooked under lights.I bet downtown stores aren't as lousy as this establishment.

7-Eleven management

I have been working for 7Eleven for over 2 years in the kitchen Department and enjoyed my job until today. I quiet my job today (8/21/17) because I got tired of the demands of the manager Mr. David and the assistant manager Vanessa.. I got tired of feeling discriminating because they always make us clean the fountain drinks and make us put up cups and cleaning up the restrooms and take out the heavy trash and NO ONE from the cashier or store does when we complain they always said that is our job to do that too. We work very hard in the kitchen for them to make us work more. I feel humiliated and discriminating the way they treat us because we are hiring to work for the kitchen department not for the store department. They are more people like me but they are afraid to talk and most of us think that you are not going to do anything about it or not even listen to us.. They are always checking us to see if we have our area clean or in order instead of them checking the store that they have it all dirty.. I feel more discriminating know that we have to wash that walls of the restrooms too and only us from the kitchen this job.. I was happy to work for your company but with management like this I don't feel comfortable no more.. My store # 36524 300 E expressway in mercedes texas Thank you for your time and for letting me be part of your team for this long Yaneth Hernandez

7-Eleven rude/unprofessional store clerks store #24355

August 16, 2017 at approximately 7:20 am, I went into the store which was not busy to purchase some items. When it was my turn to check out, the clerk at the "second register" reached over my purchases to ring up the customer behind me. The clerk at the "first register" didn't even acknowledge me standing in front of her. I finally had to say outloud "hello" to get her to even look at me.

This is the second time at this store that this has happened to me. I am not rude or disrespectful to these employees as I keep to myself and am always alone when I enter the store. In addition, both times have not been busy, so there is no excuse for their outright rudeness.

The store manager needs to address this to his/her A.M. crew. I have no receipt as they don't ever seem to offer any and that's for all customers from what I've witnessed. The employees do not care or seem to have been trained on how to interact with customers. I would rather pay extra somewhere else than to deal with these untrained counter clerks.

7-Eleven employees

I have had many problems with many employees at the 7-Eleven down the block from my house. Every time I walk into the store they stare at me follow me around and I feel that they profile me as some sort of hoodlum not to mention the racial slurs that they have sent towards me very discreetly many times ! I am getting sick of it I go in there every day and every night I spend literally hundreds of dollars in there and I can prove it because I use a card every single time and I want something to be done about this especially what I am about to show you. What is most disturbing and unsettling is that I have reported this before and the owner got in touch with me and did absolutely nothing about it he told me that it was because his employee had something wrong with his hand that made him not able to control his hand gestures if so then why would he be working at a counter at 7-Eleven. This was not even towards me it was actually towards my fiance because we went in at one night and she got singled out as I do all the time and the Roundup getting into a confrontation over it and she was humiliated and verbally abused so if there is not something done about this soon I will make sure I try my hardest two make something be done! 7-Eleven 10314 Victory Boulevard and Bradley Avenue

7-Eleven unfriendly employee

On 8/13/2017, I went to store 10882 at 6:30 a.m. There was hardly any coffee made and there was spilled coffee in the coffee area. The associate was in the back. There were empty coffee pots on the counter. Also, the associate, Meghan, was very unfriendly. This is not the first time I have experienced Meghan's "I don't care" attitude and lack of coffee being available during her shift.

7-Eleven prices not being honored as advertised in store

Hello;
This is the third time I have had issues with this particular 7/11 not honoring prices for the hot food items that are currently advertised in the store. I've also had issues with the cashiers charging the wrong sales tax and lying about it. In your hot food section where they display the hot wings, they always have a advertisement insert with the prices of the different items, yet they always try to charge me almost twice as much claiming those prices are not correct. I have been extremely polite and have even asked them to remove their false prices and all I have been getting is a rude attitude. Please stop falsely advertising or inform cashiers of correct pricing. Thank You.

7-Eleven steak & cheese sándwich

I went to 7eleven for my break to get something to eat. When I get there the worker had a mean attitude cuz of the long line he had I'm guessin. Once I get my sandwish & stuff he told me I can't pay it wit my foodstamp card because they don't do that no more. Which I didn't believe. I get the same sandwish every day from different stores. So I had to go to the next nearest 7eleven to get the sandwish which I paid wit my ebt card. I'm complainin for the simple fact that I was on break & wasted an hr driving around trynna get something to eat. Maybe Josh need retrained or something...and most deff a change of attitude. Or maybe too much work for just one person...I'm just very disappointed.
