All other stations in the state of Washington use the standard green badge on Diesel pumps only except 7/11. I want your company to take off the midgrade badge that is in green and relabel a different color such as red, white, blue or black. Why are you labeling the mid grade green like diesel? This complaint is due to adding the mid grade to my diesel and it cost me about 3000.00 to get it running again. I have submitted a complaint through the WA state attorney generals office and you did not respond to them or me. I would appreciate if you would consider this change to your pumps and contact to my email address with some sort of compensation. I am not impressed with the customer service which is based on poor communication with the 7/11 business. After discussing this with many other people I have discovered that this is a pretty common issue.
